Reviews of Spirit Health Club
S. M.OK went out on a spa day with an afternoon tea. Firstly visited the Spirit Health Club. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lockers and changing room was clean and in good order. The gym had good clean equipments and wasn't that busy so was able to try most of the equipments without waiting. On to the sauna and steam room, which was nice and as expected. The jacuzzi was a little busy and as expected popular but managed to squeeze myself in 😊. The water was nice and warm, it was activated for 10 mins with 5 mins break. The only downside was the swimming pool which was rather cold.

E. O.After work gym/swim spot for some of the local business' at Wellington square and Wellington place. Very small pool (less than 2m deep throughout) and gym. Has some parking facilities and friendly guy on reception.
