K. M.Great softplay, reasonably priced and a large area for both small and older kids. They accommodate parties too. The food too, is decent and reasonably priced. Parking is freely available but at busy times it can get full but there is parking on the main road if needed.
C. S.The place itself was great but it was way too cold. My child is under 2 and whilst eating had to put his coat on cos his hands were getting a blue tinge. Was alright when running around. Another parent came prepared by making their child wear a hat so I guess its known for being cold. The activities themselves are great tho and I guess during busy times it probably warms up quicker.
S. L.During the holidays they charge each adult! Where as, during non holidays one adult is free per child. It should be like this all year round. It’s not like we can send our child in without adult supervision. I paid £1.50 for myself and £5.50 for my 3 year old.
We got there at 4pm for 2 hrs slot. They turned the lights off in the soft play at 5:50pm. Some kids were crying as it was pitch black, no warning, not even 6pm and the lights went off. The staff wanted to clear our table at 5:30pm even though we were still eating. Not very pleasant.
A. D.We love Fun Valley and know our LO will always have a great time. Big soft play, decent little cafe (real coffee would be amazing but can't really deduct points for that...), staff are cool. Like how it's open later than lots of others as well.
O. R.Always a pleasure to bring my children to this soft play venue ..have been coming here for years ..great place for the children to let off some a clean and friendly environment than most others in Leicester also the staff are friendly and welcoming ☺️

L.Me and my daughter wanted to try a different soft play, so we came to fun valley it was a good choice 👍, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff, who showed us where everything is, it only cost us £4.50 to get in and you get two hours. Food was very reasonable and tasty. The toddler bit was very good we loved the ball bit, the mirrors and ofc the slides. The bigger bit was even better with loads of slides, a football pitch with two basketball holes, and loads of climbing bits and bobs. The slides we amazing. I find the hole place nice and clean. We truly had a fanatic time
N. P.We had our daughters birthday party here. From the moment we booked to the time we turned up, it was great. Every time I called to ask about timings or dietary requirements the staff were really helpful and accomodating.
On the day it was easy to park and get in, there was a dedicated area for the parents and children in our party group. The party room upstairs, was set up beautifully, the food arrived warm and on time. Even the adults loved the food!
All in all, nothing was too much trouble for them and we all had a fabulous time. Thank you fun valley!
d. m.Great place to visit with the kids however the price on a Thursday was £6.50 per child and £1.50 a adult which is overpriced I think. The kids will love it iam sure. I may return

L. J.Lovely and clean inside the play area and the seating area. We'll designed toddler section with easy viewing and access for the adults too. My older boys loved the bigger section especially the football area. Plenty of parking and staff very friendly both face to face and when I phoned prior to my visit. Didn't eat here but the coffee and slushy were reasonably priced. Cakes loved lovely too.
S. K. P.We had my sons second birthday party here. We hired out the venue privately. Everything was extremely well organised, from the childrens food all the way down to the three course meal for the adults. Service here all round was impeccable. Incredibly clean and staff provided a safe environment for all who attended. Cannot wait to be back and will be booking my daughters birthday here also.
s. s.It was over crowded but that was expected in half term holidays. Plenty of space for kids to play around. Very clean . ,🙂
d.I took my child with ASD there today. She was already tired and got overwhelmed by the crowd and cried. However, from car park staff to check in staff , everyone was very kind and helpful and supportive. They knew us and treated us really well. I felt we were both cared for to provide the best play experience for my child. Even though, I had to leave as my child could not take it, they refunded the entry fee even without being asked. They didn't have to, but they were so understanding. I feel most at ease there with my child. I am grateful that there are people like your staff who are working there today.

Worth every penny.
Gets busy on weekend,car park is approx 40x spaces ,but weekend afternoon no space,but can park on side streets.

H.we went there on friday with the grandchildren 15 month and 4 yrs old,we got the train from sheffield to leicester then the no 16 bus to the play centre,the place was very clean including the toilets, and mohamed and his staff were excellent,the grand kids had a great time so many different things for them to play on,including a nice play area for our 15 month old, in my opinion better than the ones we've gone to in sheffield and chesterfield, the prices of the drinks and snacks were very reasonable as well,a big thank you to mohamed for his kindness, warm welcome, and his generosity,as arne said I'LL BE BACK.
