Had an awesome time here with the family. All went on and were very tired at the end (bouncing is hard 😂) so glad we took a change of clothes. 10 year old son loved it so great for kids and adults! Cafe was nice and modern and menu looked nice (food that we saw come out did too) but we didn't eat. Great way to spend a day out in the hols.

All I can say is thankyou! My little boy had his 5th party in Bounce house and it could not have been any more perfect. From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us, making sure we had everything we needed and everything ran smoothly. It was so organised from the minute we arrived and I really didn’t have to worry about a thing. The staff working were amazing and truly gave my little boy the best party ever! The food was lovely all the kids cleaned there plates and loved there dessert. The park was over all spotless and there was plenty of parking available for guests. I highly recommend bounce house to anyone who wants a party or even just a day out. Thank you again bounce house we will be back very soon!! :)

Dad and lad day out and my 6 year old was loving life in this place. So safe and full of friendly staff. I know its only an hour but it's a proper work out for the little kids (& big kids if you go on with them). Parking is sound & the Cafe is decent. Will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic afternoon at Bounce House. They had a Halloween themed event. The entertainment was brilliant!! The premises were really clean, staff were cleaning up regularly . We booked the gaming party for my son’s birthday. 45 mins bouncing and 45 mins in the gaming room. They all had a great time. Staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived getting us checked in, to serving the food and cutting the cake - always there to help. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to go, the children enjoyed themselves. the cafe is really disappointing the price was expensive and poor quality. I ordered cheese and tomato, only half of a tomato was in my sandwich and they didn’t even cut the tomato.

Great place to take the kids for a couple of hours, great exercise and they love it here. Some times the lads that work there play with them on the trampolines and do fortnite dances which make it extra fun. Its great for all ages

Kids loved it. £32 for 2 kids 1 adult for an hour bounce is pricey but kids really enjoyed there day. The castles themselves are not the cleanest. Fluff an dust in alot of places. Sitting area is good with views of the castles. And the party area looked brilliant with there own private dance floor area

Kids enjoyed it. There wasn't actually much there, expected more trampolines and foam pits but it was alright and the kids had fun. 2 things - firstly the heaters in the cafe are sweltering! Felt like we was being cooked as they were right above everyone's heads and on full blast but apparently they could not be turned off. Secondly, the staff (3 members so not all) were incredibly snotty. Especially a lady on reception. There's a way of speaking to people, paying customers in this circumstance, and THAT was not it unfortunately. X

Nice place, bit expensive for only an hour but alright to keep kids entertained. My only issue whilst we were there is that while waiting for our children’s turn on the jump bag we noticed the staff member in charge of that part sat down & falling asleep with his head in his hands. It is my understanding that he is there to advise/supervise (as well as parents) and ensure children are safe. There was a number of children using the jump bag at the same time, and as one of our children went to bounce he woke up and shouted “wait.” I feel this is very unprofessional and to abruptly shout at a 4 year old is out of order. I believe this was a matter of a one off incident. Upon speaking to the manager yesterday and once this morning the problem has been solved. Thank-you Lyndsey for taking time to check up on this matter and explain, it was dealt with accordingly.

Visited today 9th Jan 2022. We wanted to arrange a postponed xmas party for 16, U12 girls football team but unfortunately we left it too late and party slots were all booked up, however the team at Bouncehouse were exceptional and found a way to accommodate us. The girls absolutely loved the inflatables and activities. The manager on duty and her team were just fantastic, very organised and really attentive, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend for a day out or party.

Brilliant day out. Kids loved it, so did mum and dad. Very clean and safe. Clean down done after every session and plenty of staff. 4 year old issued with a coloured vest so staff knew his age and made him more visible to other older bouncers. Will be back soon and would recommend to anyone...

What a lovely place! Esp when you can't read and turn up for a 2 hour toddler session one hour into it! Manager couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Love the fact that after your timed session you can wander up to the cafe, which has a small softplay, and can stay and relax and let them play and grab some lunch without being rushed out. Wonderful.

Such an amazing place for children. They have taken every possible step to ensure the place is safe to be open. Temperature checks, one way systems, masks when not bouncing or seated at a table and lots of hand sanitizing stations. My daughter is quite nervous and hasn't been out during the pandemic so she was so scared going in. The manager went out of her way to help reassure her and make it a fun experience. She even lost her toy on the way in and was so upset, we tried looking for it but couldn't find it so had to give up. The manager searched the car park and even checked the CCTV just to find her toy. We could never express how grateful we are!

Bit pricey but kids loved it. And me. And my mate. Couldn't walk for a few days after it. Good for kids party's and can be hired out privately. First timers get there early to sign insurance waiver and watch safety video and to put belongings in lockers. Most of the lockers are jammed and it took us 10 minutes to find one that worked.

The price for an hour is too expensive. It cost me £15.50 for me and my 4 year old as I had to supervise. I literally stood there and lifted him off the jump bag, and I had to pay for that luxury. The staff kept telling him quickly,quickly, hes 4. Otherwise the staff were actually lovely and polite, the place was very clean. Just overpriced for me.

Great venue for kids. A safe place to exercise and let off steam, with a cafe from where all the activity can be viewed by parents. It's not cheap ( buy the safety socks at first visit) but it is good value.

Fun, but only one size of socks. Third party pairs arent allowed, and mine fell off. I'm a size 13, and got the same pair given to a size 2 - they slipped off continuously and when I lost them I was kicked out, and told to get another pair of small socks. At reception, they said they wouldn't give me another pair because time was short Overall, it was fun when I could do it, but I couldn't at the end of the session

Fun trampoline park including a place to practice flips, basketball and dodgeball. They also have VR gaming. We went 3pm Monday and had the whole place to ourselves! There were 42 kids on at 2pm though from a school, so we did get lucky. £12 for 2 hours and free lockers. They had party services for bigger groups. They did have a cafe but no vegan options (some vegetarian)

On arrival the lobby was busy(Which they obviously can't do anything about) but when being served we were instructed to fill in our details on a computer... After ten long tedious minutes we discovered the computer wasn't working! After filling out a paper copy and buying socks etc. There were no spaces available in the session so we waited a hour(again not there fault as we didn't book!) So while waiting we went to the cafe. I ordered some chips and the other members of my party also did as well. Mine were the first to be ordered and last to arrive. The order hadn't been put through and when they finally arrived the staff didn't really seem bothered that I had been waiting 10 minutes longer than I should have been. Then the trampoling session started. Felt safe and enjoyed myself. Overall trampoling fab but certain aspects of visit could be improved!

Spring City is a great place for children, even very young ones. They are very safety conscious and the facilities are excellent. The staff is friendly and there is a nice area to watch and buy drinks and snacks.

Good place to go, highly disappointed th at we arrived at 2.10 when the place was empty we were the only 3 people in the place we were made to watch the safety video even though we had been before ( no subtitles or sign language so that needs addressing) after all the fussing got on the trampolines at almost 2.30 and told we had to get off them at 3 as sessions run hourly. I understand this makes it easier for staff but £8/£9 each plus £1.50 for socks for half an hour and the place was empty they coulf of let us stay the full hour as an hour is enough anyway.

This place is a really good trampoline gym for the children, we attended a party and was impressed with the lady taking care of everyone. The slime was good but I recommend to maybe offer cling film to wrap up at the end. The reason I give 3 stars is basically down to the poor food and service ordered from the cafe for my partner. The order was 2 coffees and a turkey and stuffing barm which came after 15 minutes, but it was not overly busy. After this wait we expected hot coffee and a warm sandwich. The coffee was luke warm at best and the sandwich as you can see from the picture was sliced turkey and a very chewy and overly done stuffing. For £5.95 we was very disappointed. (It was eaten due to the sheer fact of hunger)

Staff pleasant and polite only problem was the music speakers are creating a bad vibration because they are BADLEY sited and the very high volume of the music BEING played is deafening WHICH would put me off going there again and I would not recommend your facilities to anyone especially people with CHILDREN who are autistic I have 2 autistic boys and I WOULD never take them were extremely load music is being played constantly. It sends them into sheer panic mode. Use your common sense and sort it out . Good luck.

Spring City, whilst fun, is not all it's cracked up to be. For non-gymnasts, the hour-long session can become unbearable in the heat of the place and even boring. However, the place is good fun, featuring a large, sinking bag to let you jump in. The dodgeball on trampolines could be fun, but the 'referee' simply stands there and does not send people out.
