E. C.Did a week of different training in a class and I really enjoyed all the classes.
Also I went for a sports massage and it helped with my achy muscles as I jog and my job is very active. Chloe is very knowledgeable at what she does and a lovely girl.
Both Martin and Chloe are very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Martin if anyone is after a personal trainer or would like to join classes and recommend Chloe if anyone is wanting a good deep massage!
Excellent studio and clean and tidy.

C. Q.Martin trained me and he got my fitness levels back up with Muay Thai Boxing work outs. His MMA game is on point. There is so much to learn from all of his sessions
