I attended a 3Pillars Fitness boxing class taught by Steve and was impressed by the extremely high standard of coaching. Steve is brilliant and gives focused coaching, helping you understand what to do but at same time pushing you to work that little bit harder. The class is also particularly well-designed and offers a great mix of drills, conditioning, solo exercises and group work. I felt like I was working really hard but, importantly, having a lot of fun whilst doing so - the perfect combination!
Thanks very much to 3Pillars Fitness for my first ever boxing class, I can't wait to do it again.

I train with 3Pillars Fitness at least twice a week and can't recommend them enough. Their classes are always varied, challenging and fun! I've recently attended one of Steve's boxing classes too and will definitely be running, it was a fun and different way to work up a sweat!

I've been training with 3Pillars regularly in my lunch break and after work for over 9 months. They're awesome and I love what they do! I always get a good workout with circuits and strength sessions. Boxing classes with Steve are my personal favourite - such a fun way to exercise and let off steam after a day in the office. But what makes 3Pillars stand out is their ethos and that they're genuinely lovely guys. I highly recommend!

3Pilars is a powerful company that does 3 things really well:
- Gives top notch coaching either in groups or to individuals,
- Trains people up to coach at a really high level,
- Makes the whole process fun,
I work a Clearscore which partners with 3Pilars to offer a few different clubs. The main one I do is boxing (every Tuesday and Thursday evening) which is always starts on time and gets progressively harder, this is all thanks to the Steve the boxing coach. 10/10 would recommend

Went to a boxing class run by Steve O’Meara. Brilliantly structured session, building up from working on footwork through to practising different combinations. Steve was very welcoming and made the session feel accessible for people (like me) with limited boxing experience. Will definitely go again. and again. and again.
