Such invigorating and refreshing experiences!!! Bam Bam runs Twerk after work classes EVERY day! Fitness classes with a focus on mind, body AND soul. Bami has an undeniably magical energy, she's uplifting, motivating and literally a life changer ❤️ Her classes are designed to sweat off 600 calories per hour, encourage you to feel your own power and bring out feminine energy. Finished with a small meditation, her classes have changed my life, made fitness fun for me and has kick started my own journey under the Bam Bam Boogie umbrella as a @TWERKAFTERWORK INSTRUCTOR. Such a fearless and beautiful woman with so much dedication to every class and event hosted. Thank you!!! Xxx

I've been to a few classes. My only issue with Bam bam boogie is not going to more classes 😅 This is the most supportive environment I've been in. It doesn't matter the skill level, everyone is truly welcome and able to follow the routines. The routines are always fun and acessible while still giving you a great workout. Bami is an amazing instructor! the classes helped me build up my confidence. Good vibes only!!!

Never had more fun at a dance class! I always leave physically feeling like I had a great work out, and mentally on a high from the good vibes and all round fun this class brings. Bami is such a positive, encouraging, and creative teacher, choreographing routines that a dance newbie can learn but without being boring. I’ve been attending classes with Bam Bam Boogie for over a year now and the good vibes never end! The atmosphere established at Bam Bam Boogie classes (whether you have Bami or one of the other instructors) is immediately welcoming and free-of-judgement. The classes are fun and lively and the choreography is authentic and planned to consider both beginners and seasoned dancers. A fantastic class!

I went to my first Twerk after Work class in Brixton 10 months ago and loved every second of it. I've been to classes most weeks since and due to the high demand they have grown from one to five classes a week. Every class has a welcoming atmosphere with a combination of people who attend regularly and first timers (who nearly always come back). Bam Bam is a motivational and inspiring instructor who makes exercise fun, exciting and easy to follow. You really notice the progress and I always look forward to Twerk after Work. I attend classes in Aldgate, Brixton and King's Cross and always leave in an upbeat and positive mood. A must try for anyone who likes working out, dancing, trying new things or having a good time!
