T. S.Great fun! Classre that leave you feeling better in body and mind! Everyone is really friendly, the classes are high energy but also relaxed. I LOVE the music. There is always such a good variety. The biggest plus is that I joined to get fit and I ended up losing half a stone .
s. t.I highly recommend going here. I am really new to trying to "keep fit" as till now I have always been scared and ashamed. I heard about burnr from someone at my local dentist and she mentioned how the classes suit everyone at all fitness levels, with much persuasion I plucked up the courage and went along to a class and she was 100% correct. I have never been to a class and felt so welcomed and no judgments at all. everything at your own pace and the vibe is absolutely terrific. I now have taken out membership and go twice a week. just to add the music is great!!!
