I have been in several Crossfit boxes and is the first time that I found an amazing atmosphere, team and trainers. The box is well equipped and you will be able to see your improvements almost on a daily/classe basis :)

Best box I've been to.
The quality of Ged and his coaching team is really excellent - they are super attentative to each member of the class - regardless of ability.
There is a nice variety of classes available and the programming of each of them is great. The Olympic weightlifting sessions in particular were my favourite - I've never progressed so quickly!
The quality of the the equipment also deserves a mention. Everything is pristine despite being used so much.
Overall a great setup and and I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a CrossFit gym in the area.

It's not a cheap option but you absolutely get what you pay for. The trainers are attentive and incredibly patient. The clientele are a far cry from gym bunnies of old so I doubt even the shoes attendee would feel self-conscious. Everyone is friendly, helpful and encouraging. There are different activities throughout the week and the trainers take part in competitions; hence they really know their stuff. Also a minor point perhaps but the space is clean and well maintained. 👌🏾

I've been a member at a couple of Boxes now and I Couldn't recommend CFNL any more, Ged and his team of coaches are welcoming, knowledgable, and experts in developing individiauls.
The programming follows cycles with clear overloading and progressive principles and I saw massive changes to my strength and fitness without having to even think about my own programming.
There is a very welcoming enivoroment and the gym has an option for people of all abilities; and, shapes and sizes. The gym is a massive space with all the equipment you need for crossfit, budybuilding, and powerlifting.
The only reason I'm leaving is because i'm moving out of the area and even then i considered an hour commute!
Big thank you to all the CFNL team for all thier knowledge, tips,
& motivation over my time with them!

Absolutely love this gym. Great coaches, great facilities, great members. Always loved coming in to do a big workout and, as a crossfit beginner, I felt welcomed and guided along the way. Made lots of progress. Sadly I’m moving away otherwise I would still be there working on my PB and complaining about burpies ❤️

Great crossfit box with super professional coaches (Oliver, Ged and Dan) giving out advised tips 👌 and pushing you when you're not feeling that well. The facility is also huge and well maintained. Everyone is welcoming ! A shame that I didn't spend more time due to COVID, but I will come back whenever I'm in London ;) All the best and thanks !

The best box in North London.
Began my CrossFit life prior to moving to the UK 2 months ago. I had no experience with olympic lifting, gymnastics or calisthenics prior to CrossFit. I know I have a lot to learn and my goal in every class I go to give the HIIT programs all I've got and to constantly try and improve my technique.
The strength programming and instruction is excellent in this box. All coaches pay attention to what everyone is doing and correct mistakes, help you improve, gently push you and are always available for a brief chat about scaling. I can't stand it when coaches yell to try and push me and this never happens here.
To assist you in improving and because there is very little to no time for detailed demoing of movements during the WODs this box runs an excellent Olympic Weightlifting class twice weekly, gymnastics once weekly and an engine tuning/skills class once weekly.
Of the four boxes I have come to in the last 2 months this is by far my favourite and I'm proud to call this my home away from home.
