I’ve been training with Nev regularly for the past 4-5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my time. Nev pushes you to your limits and is committed to seeing progress. Another great touch to this gym is that osteopathy sessions are also on offer. I’ve seen Jodie several times about sciatica in my left leg. She’s very knowledgeable and detailed. The stretches she’s given me to do on my own have resulted in a meaningful improvement; symptoms have significantly reduced. I would highly recommend this gym for anybody looking for both personal training and osteopathic work.

Jodie has been training me for the past 12 months. I first started training with Jodie 4 months after the birth of my 3rd child. She has been great helping me rebuild my strength but also pushing me to go that bit further. Jodie is extremely flexible and has allowed me to bring my children to my sessions which has been amazing. Without that flexibility I would not have made the progress I have. I would highly recommend PT with Jodie!

Having endured ongoing issues with a shoulder injury for over a year and seeing various physiotherapists and trying different treatment options without any luck, I was left in pain and unable to complete training sessions. I got in touch with Jodie when I had a rotate cuff injury. Having tried several different approaches to managing my condition, she was by far the best. We combined massage, strength training, pilates and yoga to solve the problem. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Most productive and holistic personal training session I’ve ever had. I’ve been to top gyms across the world but left Duo feeling the most invigorated and encouraged I’ve ever felt. I have a slipped disc and Neville practically eradicated my pain whilst pushing me to my fitness limits with exercises specifically tailored to take the strain off my back. Jodie the osteopath is also on hand to treat back problems and a nutritional service is available. I love the holistic approach! Thanks guys!
