ELP is amazing and the best Pilates forum I've tried. All teachers are fantastic - knowledgeable, supportive and focused on giving you the best learning and exercise experience. The flexibility do in person or online classes makes it so much easier to fit Pilates into a busy schedule.

I started Pilates before the pandemic and was amazed at how much stronger both physically and mentally it made me feel. The instructors found a way to keep going during lockdowns and they are still going using Zoom together with some "in class" sessions. Recordings of zoom sessions are available in case you cannot attend via zoom and you have the option to attend other classes to catch up. I have found it invaluable to continue pilates during such an uncertain time and can only thank the instructors for their perseverance.

East London Pilates are amazing. It is the perfect way to keep fit and healthy, mentally and physically, with classes scheduled at hours to fit everyone. The instructors are brilliant, I really enjoyed the in-person classes and during lockdown the Zoom classes are just the boost I need.

I have completed two terms now at ELP and have to say it has been a really enjoyable experience. The setting is fantastic, the teacher’s are knowledgeable and there’s also the opportunity to take lessons via Zoom should you find you can’t make a lesson on a given day. I generally come out of each session feeling like I have realigned my body and am ready to start the day in a positive way.

Can’t recommend this team highly enough for so many reasons; not only are they incredibly highly experienced, they truly care about every single person who attend their courses and plan all exercises within each course to benefit the needs of their class participants and they bring a real sense off community to the group.Class numbers are also kept small enough that individuals can be given maximum attention and the teachers are very hands on to ensure correct technique is being achieved.
Unlike many Pilates classes (which are just glorified abs workouts), each course is meticulously planned out to balance all muscle groups in the body and allows for all elements of core strength, mobility and flexibility which is why I ALWAYS recommend ELP to my patients.
The other thing I love is the fact that it is a course which progresses over 12 weeks and so everyone really does improve every week!

Kelly and her team are extremely professional, as well as being friendly and helpful. They have a new programme of exercises every term which follows a progression through different levels, so we students all feel real improvements in our core strength and flexibility. There is also flexibility in the timetable! If you have to miss a class you can make it up on another session, for instance on another evening. I come to East London Pilates sessions regularly and find they help my health and general well-being a great deal. I used to suffer from back pain but it is now really under control thanks to ELP. I thoroughly recommend Kelly and East London Pilates!

I've been a regular for over 10 years and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was able to participate in multiple sports without injury for many years because of the benefits of regular Pilates sessions.
The instructors are incredibly professional and friendly, and the classes always very good fun.

I've had many pilates teachers over the years and Kelly (and her other instructors) are by far the best - unsurprising given extensive teaching experience and good qualifications behind them. Pilates is most successful for the body when classes are structured over a term allowing you to progress and get stronger. Kelly's classes are well thought out, challenging and fun, and she does well to foster a supportive environment for all. Going to ELP - as I have for two years - keeps me pain free and fitter. I'd encourage anyone regardless of age, ability etc. to join us.

I've been a regular at ELP Pilates and Yoga classes for several years now and can't recommend them highly enough. Kelly and her team are all fantastic instructors and there's a variety of classes, so something for everyone whatever level and ability. The classes are designed to get a bit more challenging as each 'term' progresses, which keeps you on your toes and stops them becoming 'samey'. Most importantly, they're very friendly and everyone's made to feel welcome.

Amazing sessions with a very knowledgeable Pilates instructor. Kelly is amazing, she loves and cares about what she does and it shows.
She is able to comment and help each individual in the class individually. This provides a uniquely enriching experience. It helps getting a well-being for your body and an hour of quiet my body time.

I've been going to East London Pilates for years. The teachers are all lovely and take relatively small classes so they can ensure proper technique and give support to any injuries. The programme changes every term (with progressions during the term) so you don't get bored with the exercises and you feel like you're making progress all the time. I'd highly recommend to anyone (particularly if you have back or postural issues)

I have been attending ELP for over 12 years, in that time I have had two children, one naturally and one via c-section and I cannot praise the value of Pilates and the ELP team enough. Pilates helped me regain my figure after both children and helps repair the continual damage of carrying children, shopping, strain and poor sitting position at work. Pilates classes are varied, teachers are committed and the strength you build over time is phenomenal. I also value an hour of pure focus just on my body and movement, and the tranquillity and satisfaction it provides. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone.

Pleasant staff who introduced me gently to Pilates building up my knowledge, strength and agility to being much more confident. I am now stronger and fitter for Pilates and it has improved my back back enormously.
The lessons are structured but there is flexibility if you miss your routine lesson to do a different one at no extra cost to catch-up.

If God made Pilates classes... this would be it. I can honestly say its changed my life. Im more healthy (which my body loves) and I’m more flexible (which my wife loves).
My sciatica has got tons better and I have far less back pain. Just knowing how to sit properly and what stretches to do after long periods of sitting down is invaluable to know.

I have been a client and fan of East London Pilates for practically as long as it has been running (years!). I do long hours of sedentary office work and without Kelly and her team would probably have seized up completely by now.
I am not a gym bunny and not particularly good at Pliates, but the programmes of excercises, changed each term, are carefully planned to cover all abilities, fitness levels and muscle groups. The exercises are carefully designed to push you further than you may think you want to go. Having said that each exercise has levels of progression so everyone is given options to go as far as their body will allow. There is no success or failure, no judgement, just an hour of "good for you" and encouragement.
