My time at F45 Camden was brilliant. I lost huge amounts of weight over 7kg in 4 weeks after several months of inactivity beforehand; it has been a great way to jump start a health drive. The trainers were all experienced, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. The studio was spacious and there was more than enough room to accommodate the variety of stations necessary for a full on workout. I highly recommend.

I signed up to the 45 day challenge to get back into shape after a couple of years of not working out. The classes were really challenging but really fun, and I ended up losing 6.5% body fat and gaining 1.4 kg of muscle in that short time. The instructors are brilliant and the studio has everything you need. I experienced such positive improvements - not just physically, but also in terms of my mental health and wellbeing. 100% recommend to everyone.

I initially joined F45 Camden to lose the fat gained during the last lockdown. I have to say the overall experience blew me away. Not only did I reach my goal of losing 8% body fat, but I never thought I would have this much enjoyment training with everyone. The studio is great, clean, spacious and fully equipped for the workout at hand. The trainers are super friendly and make the effort to ensure the workouts are done correctly with proper form. I also love the community spirit of everyone training together trying to reach the same goal, it's very encouraging.
Overall, I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to challenge themselves, reaching their fitness goal and improve their health both physically and mentally.
I would like to thank Palomie and the gang for providing me with such a fantastic experience. The journey has been incredible and I am sad that it’s over, although I will definitely be partaking in the challenge again in the near future.

I could blame lockdown etc, but my weight gain had been a number of years in the making. Being well over 100kg I found myself in hospital with diet related issues.. On the way home that day I found f45 and never looked back.
The workouts were challenging and in the 6 weeks I only repeated the same workout a handful of times.
Whilst the meal plans provided took a little deciphering as a complete novice chef, the majority of the meals actually tasted really good! And were easy to make.
Purely by following their meal plan and turning up to my classes I managed to lose 2 stone in 45days which was unbelievable. And that was with a couple of cheat days thrown in with weddings, birthdays and Euros.
I would recommend to everyone, regardless of your personal goals.

I love working out at F45 Camden & have been doing so for a few years now. There’s a great friendly atmosphere and the instructors and fellow members are all supportive so it’s not scary regardless of fitness experience or level. All workouts can be catered to your level too so as you get stronger the workouts get harder!
Palomie and the team also did a great job recently of creating a COVID-safe studio and I feel completely comfortable working out here! Extra happy with this as it has helped me shift the lockdown kgs!

If someone would have told me, i would love it, i would have not believe it but here I am enjoying it and having more energy than ever ( and a bit more muscles !).
I started the F45 challenge think i needed to loose a bit of weight and for that needing clear guidelines and a community. The app is fab, you get recipes for everyday (which you can batch) and a grocery list an if you want to splash the case you can even order the meal. It is delicious and i did not have any craving but i took some liberty with it as recommended. But the best point for me is the training, it feels like being out for dancing except you follow exercise shown on a screen, cheer up by coach who also help you do it right or adapt it. Overall it is great fun and for the gym phobic like me who never felt included ... I can tell you it is very diverse and everyone is welcomed. I thought I ll get told for forgetting my trainers and being barefoot but instead they just ask if I needed more support :-)
Fun team and intensive workout (i can't believe I am saying i like cardio now lol).
In any case, i can only recommend you give it a try. It is definitely worth it.

When I signed up for their 45-day long challenge, it was really a way to get back in shape after too many lockdown takeaway meals. I’ve tried similar programs in the past – with mostly limited success – so especially in hindsight I had no idea what to expect. The results feel nothing short of a transformation (I went from almost 22% to 9% body fat, while increasing muscle mass) but the most unexpected result is the change in body feeling I’ve noticed since I started the challenge.
The exercise part is complemented by a low-carb diet with super detailed instructions (so no excuses not to cook!). You have a dedicated trainer who helps with questions, checks in on your progress and motivates if needed – all outside of class. The whole set up makes it easy to implement this new routine into your daily schedule. Just keep in mind, people here are committed, so sign up early to classes and don’t rely on getting off the wait list ;)
Overall, this has been an amazing experience that will continue to be part of my life. Try it out and see for yourself! Reach the goal you set yourself at the beginning and there is a great reward.

But towels are not being provided in this center under excuse of covid whereas all other F45 and fitness studios do provide it.
Also, water dispenser is not there. You're supposed to fill it from bathroom located at the end. Individual attention to form correction is not great compared to other centers.
Edit: Why does the Covid concern only come at the time of providing towels and that too only at your studio? Where does this concern about safety go when you allow people to roam causally in those tight passages with no masks on, and allow the instructors to touch and place the sweat loaded equipment of the people post workout.

I did the 6-week F45 challenge at the Camden studio, to get in shape for my holiday to Bali. The classes were fantastic! Every class was different with specific muscle building classes every Tuesday and Thursday and had a mix of workouts which I loved! The trainers were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable and are so encouraging to help you reach your goal. I’m not going to lie the initial workouts and diet were very hard but after finishing the challenge I felt so much stronger, fitter and healthier. I loved it and would highly recommend!

The trainers at F45 are definitely the energised and positive boost everyone needs in the morning! I love joining them for their 4-6 week challenges as it really gives you the opportunity to learn/focus about nutrition and not have to worry about the workout! Just finished the 8 week challenge at F45 Camden. My first experience with F45 and with the Camden Studio. Wowee what a journey! Although it’s been extremely challenging on many levels I’ve absolutely loved it. What an incredible studio with insanely good vibes that makes you want to go back each day. The trainers and staff are so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. It’s surprising the impact a smiling face (that also knows your name from week 1) has each day when you enter the studio.
I signed up for the challenge as a couple of friends are now long term members of F45 and now I can see why! I’ve always been a fairly active person but with a few injuries, holidays and life events I was looking to get my fitness and strength in check before starting to train for a marathon next year. Over the course of the 8 weeks I’ve seen a huge difference in my fitness, strength, energy levels and mental well-being. Although chasing that set goal to get my money back was good motivation especially in the last leg, the financial cost has been a huge investment in my health and well-being and it’s been 100% worthwhile. Feeling happy with my fitness and strength results has been the biggest reward.
Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had. So just want to say a huge thank you to Jake, Ray, Jay, Stephen, Sage, Veronica, Sheree and the team, keep doing what your doing, you’re amazing! 💪🏽✌🏽

I signed up to F45 early February in order to improve my overall health. I had an amazing time and achieved an impressive 10kgs loss in just 7 weeks. It was a combination of lifestyle tips from their website and program with daily training sessions. The studio is very well stocked up with nice amenities and complimentary towels which is a big plus for me. The trainers are absolutely amazing and a great source of inspiration. As well as the sense of community and mutual help among all other members. Totally recommended. One of the best fitness experiences I ever had.

I did the 8-week F45 challenge at Camden in May / June this year in a last ditch attempt to get in shape for my wedding. I would highly recommend joining, the workouts are different every day and great for toning and burning fat. The studio is lovely with towels and nice showers. All the the trainers are amazing, they are such lovely people and are so encouraging to help you reach your goal. I'm so pleased with my results and have met some lovely people during the process. If you are thinking about joining don't hesitate, it is 100% worth the money!

I joined F45 Camden mid-February for a 6 weeks challenge but had to stop after 4 weeks because of the lockdown. I miss going at the workouts. They are definitely very difficult and challenging but everyone is so nice and helpful. It is really like a community more than the gym you are used to go. I will go back to the classes as soon as they re-open.

I started F45 after a bit of a christmas blow-out. It was amazing exercise to get me back into shape, if you're playing football or other sports the improvement you'll see in other areas in incredible.
The Camden studio has a great vibe, the trainers are knowledgeable and engaging. There's some great characters there and they help you get the most out of your workout whilst making you feel welcome and its clear they enjoy it and value you.
The workouts are varied and engaging, once you think you've adapted there's always other gears to go too if you want to improve more; lots of compound movement, weights, resistance exercises, bikes, rowing machines, ropes, its all there and the course set up just makes it a workout you cant get elsewhere.
Would highly recommend if you want to transform your body or just take things up a notch and the Camden studio is one of the best there is.

I absolutely ADORE F45 Camden - I started with their 4 week challenge, they motivated me, guided me along the way and made it fun. Suddenly, I was managing to get out of bed for a 7.45am gym class every morning. What I particularly love is the quick, turn around at each station during the class, meaning the class doesn't become boring! Also, the variety of each class, so every day is different. I hadn't done a lot of weight training before, and was worried it would bulk me out, what I didn't realise until I had the coaching from the team was the benefits of it. I loved how by the end of the 4 weeks I was challenging myself by managing to lift heavier weights. Ultimately, finishing the 4 week challenge, I felt in such a better head space, I was fitter physically but actually my change mentally was what I was so amazed by and have been enjoying the most. F45 Camden is a great atmosphere and everyone cheers each other on. It's energy and results has me hooked, and it's part of my routine! Couldn't recommend more. Thanks guys!!!!

I joined F45 as I wanted extra help and motivation to lose the weight I wanted too. I was extremely nervous at the start, the classes looked super hard and were like nothing I had done before. Looking back over the last 4 weeks its the best time and experience I have ever had at a gym. I lost 8kg in my 4 week kickstart challenge and I feel great for it. The trainers at the gym are just awesome, everyone is friendly, motivational and inspirational. They knew when to push me (I did my first chin up with lots of encouragement) and when I needed to focus on my form (I can now do a great weighted squat) The vibe was always positive, fun and energetic. F45 Camden really gave me the confidence boost I needed to keep pushing myself to achieve my goals. I would thoroughly recommend this gym even for the most gym shy people you will come out feeling positive and motivated you couldn't ask for a better experience.

I did the six week challenge and would really recommend it. I wanted to loose weight / tone up and hadn’t seen any results from other gym classes I had previously been attending. F45 classes really push you and I started to see results after just a few weeks.
Everyone in the gym is really friendly and it does feel like a little community. The personal trainers especially Sage and Stephan were so good at motivating me every day and keeping me on track - they are always so friendly and energetic and I love that they are always on hand to help you / correct your form.
I lost 10.8kgs (1.7stone) or 8.7% body fat and plan to keep it up! Before attending F45 I felt at a complete loose end with my weight / fitness however now I couldn't be happier!

I've absolutely loved getting to know the instructors and staff at F45 challenge. The workouts are tough (you'll definitely get results), but what makes this studio different is the people who run it. It's a relief to know that they'll save a space for you if you're running late, switch your classes around if you have a last minute meeting, and keep your water bottle when you leave it behind. It's such a relaxed group which makes it all the more fun to come 4-5 times a week to get your workout in.

I joined f45 Camden about 4 months ago and am loving it. I joined as I wanted to take the hassle out of the gym and this does exactly that. There's no planning required, you just turn up, work really hard and go home. Every class is different, and alternates between resistance and cardio days, so it makes it easy and appealing to go every day.
The trainers are all really knowledgeable and supportive, but also really friendly. You get to know your classmates well too and it feels like a really supportive environment. I was quite nervous of lifting weights prior to joining, but with the help of the trainers, I've conquered this fear, and now really enjoy the weights days, and love seeing the improvement I've made as I've got stronger.
I participated in the 8 week challenge I lost 4% body fat, and it's inspired me to keep going, as the results speak for themselves. The culture and vibe is really addictive, it makes you want to make progress, in a safe, fun environment.

Just finished my first experience with F45 and the Camden Studio having participated in the 8 week challenge. What a journey it's been - challenging to a dot, but so unbelievably positive and motivating. The trainers and staff are incredible - you truly feel that they are there for you, whether you want to rant a bit, ask the same questions they've probably heard a million times already, or seek a bit of motivation - you got it. And they truly take time to get to know you, observe and push you do more.
The classes are never the same, giving much needed variety when attending 4 - 5 times a week. And they are fun, those guys never miss to add a bit of a laugh. Music pumping, trainers always smiling and welcoming you, no matter it's 6am or the last class of the day.
These 8 weeks have shown not only physical improvements, but have given a boost in energy levels, conditioning, strengths and mental wellbeing. It's the positive energy you get from exercising and people that surround you, along with confidence you gain from all the improvements. Such a rewarding journey.

I joined the Camden team for the 4 week F45 challenge at the start of the year to help kickstart a fitter and healthier year ahead of my wedding in September. As expected, the challenge was just that, a challenge, but I wasn’t going to let it beat me! I usually hate classes, I hate HIIT workouts and have never enjoyed circuits so I was dreading the workouts let alone the added meal plan that I was going to have to follow for the month. The first few sessions were really (really!) tough, but after the first week it all really started to grow on me. The team at the Camden studio are absolutely amazing also and always gave me that extra motivation to smash every class which ultimately enabled me to loose 6.4% body fat in the four week period of the challenge (2.4% above my target). I can now safely say that I have been completely converted and look forward to going back for another 8 weeks!

I join F45 Camden challenge to see if these challenges really work (I am pretty fit already with experience) as I needed something to take me beyond what I thought was my fitness peak. During the 4 weeks I following the programme that was giving to me and I am very impress with the results and they have set a new bar for me. I have gain muscle mass, lost weight and lost body fat percentage from 16% to 10.7% which surprise me as I had a few weak moments during the challenge.
The studios in Camden has a great space to work out and the facility is modern and well kept. During the 4 weeks was all trainers and staffs (especially Stefan and Ray). The ability to keep me motivated and interested during the working out is massive for me as I can lose concentration and get bored which was a never. Also what I love was the ability to change the exercise for me during the work out to make it more challenging and I see the trainers do that with others as well to make them reach there goals.
I would recommend F45 Camden if you want to reach your fitness goals or even to have a body transformation.

I’ve heard a lot of amazing things about F45 and having now completed the 4 week challenge at Camden, I can understand why. I joined to lose some weight before going on holiday and managed to lose 7.6kg in 4 weeks. The classes are fun and well organised with instructors making sure you always perform the exercises correctly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to build their fitness and getting back into a fitness routine

I seriously can not recommend F45 Camden enough. Jake, Jay, Jamie & the rest of the team are all really supportive, professional and encouraging. Everyone there, both the team & members create an atmosphere which encourages you, and makes you feel part of the team.
Having tried a tested various other gyms, nothing hooked me in quite like F45 Camden - with the trainers keeping me motivated to go to classes 5 or 6 times a week. The classes are tough, really pushing you to your limit. However, even if you've never exercised much before, the trainers will work with you to build up your fitness.
Best decision I made in 2018 was joining F45.

Life Changing - If you're willing to change your life!
I Joined F45 because i needed a change in routine as I was falling into lazy habits. So I took part in an 8 week challenge at F45 which included attending the gym 4-5 times a week. The first week was my hardest week as I went from doing absolutely no exercise to going 4 times in one week. So my body felt it by the end of that week. Once you get past that its time to put your head down and be strict with your exercise and your nutrition (All provided by F45). The sessions are quite fast with not much time to break but the trainers in the studio (Jay, Ray, Sage,Stephan, Holly, Jake, Veronica, Tom, Kate shout outs to you guys) are amazing very helpful, motivating always put a smile on your face and get you to push and do as much as you can every time you attend. Even the small things like learning your name the first time you come, make your experience more personal. So you can do more and more every session as you get fitter. The sessions are always different so your training is varied and doest get stale.
Eventually you feel like you're in a small family as you get to know the Trainers more and also go to the same classes with other people with similar goals. I was never really someone who particular like cardio and strength based gym sessions, but i find myself waking up wanting to do them everyday now (Particularly at F45) after my challenge as i feel so much better than when i started in my fitness, mental well being and energy levels, I have shed a lot of weigh and gained muscle in a small amount of time.
Would definitely recommend to anyone willing to change, but you have to be strict to get the best results you can and get the money you paid back if your hit your predetermined target.
I'll also definitely be back! So don't be scared just take a leap, put the work in consistently and watch your life change.

When I joined f45 I had no idea what I was doing. I had a lot of doubts in my head and a lack of faith that I could change my lifestyle. Well, not anymore! People say routine is the key to success, and while this is not always true, it is true in this particular case. An outstanding team, full of enthusiastic people ready to motivate determined souls lost in the London heat. This is not a typical gym, which more and more resembles a fashion catwalk. It's a place that gives a lot of energy while reducing unnecessary fat that has settled over the years. After each workout I couldn't wait for the next day and better results. People create the place and the atmosphere and they made this place awesome. It was thanks to the team from Camden that I managed to stay motivated. If you want to change something in your life, develop good habits and feel definitely better, I recommend you without hesitation f45.

Great staff and studio. Had heard of F45 but had no interest in joining until I saw an ad for an 8 week challenge. Best decision I made as I have never really looked forward to working out as much as I have with this amazing group of trainers and people. Exercises are varied and challenging but also really fun. Honestly the best time sweating you'll have out of bed. I lost 12.4KG in 8 weeks and could not have done it without the help of the team, Ray in particular, who checked in weekly on me to make sure I was on track. Highly recommend if you want to see results!

With a family wedding looming I was signed up to the 4 week challenge by my daughter .i have never used a gym before so was a little apprehensive about what to expect . The team at F45 could not have been friendlier and more encouraging especially as I think I brought the average age up by about 30years!
The ever changing work outs made sure you did not get bored or over use one set of muscles . Someone was always on hand to guide you in the best way to exercise . I even looked forward to getting up early
To get to class and best of all my ‘dodgy’ back definitely benefitted from the fitter me.

I joined F45-Camden on whim, after being dragged by a friend, but it’s the best decision I have made in a while. After the first week trial I was completely hooked.
For first time in a long time, I have consistently committed to an exercise regime with very little effort. You just have to show up. The classes are fun, varied and challenging; you almost don’t notice the pain. :-). Over the last few months, not only have I consistently lost weight but grown stronger both physically and mentally.
All the trainers are amazing, friendly but professional. The general atmosphere in the gym is very welcoming and supportive for all levels of fitness (unlike many gyms/studios); and you quickly feel right at home.

I joined F45 in Camden, signing up for their eight week challenge in April 2019. I had broken my leg in the January, four months earlier, and had done little (none whatsoever) exercise in the previous few months, coupled with the extra mince pies from the Christmas before that I hadn’t had the opportunity to shake off after the holidays and I wasn’t in the best shape.
It was either join a gym and shed some weight or buy a new wardrobe as my ‘fat clothes’ were no longer fitting. I’m pleased that I chose the former. I lost 8.5 kilos in the first 8 weeks losing 10.6% body fat.
The loss is down to grafting, hitting the gym, discipline and a little stubbornness. The F45 studio is a lot more welcoming than other gyms I have been to. There are no mirrors to distract you or hulks flexing to show off. This allows you to simply focus on the weights or the exercise in front of you. The staff have a positive outlook and show genuine interest in your progress, checking you’re lifting correctly and helping you get the most out of that set or politely motivating you to get in a couple more reps. It is a healthy, safe environment to work out in with clear instructions from the trainers, first rate equipment, and helpful instructional video clips throughout each session. I’m proud of what I have achieved through the effort I have put in but it’s also thanks to the great staff, delivering what for me has been a winning formula, that I have been able to stay motivated, continue working and accomplish what I have. The positivity runs throughout with many F45 members mirroring the staff’s enthusiasm, adding to the overall experience, creating a great environment to train in.
I’ve lost more weight than I thought I would and have extended my membership. My new goals are to stay with it, continue eating well and working out.
This gym and initial challenge/membership worked for me. I would strongly recommend to others wishing to change their lifestyle and or shed a couple of pounds to consider it also 🙂

I signed up to the F45 8 week challenge to really kick start my fitness before summer kicked in. It was definitely a tough 8 weeks but i could not be happier with the results! Over the 8 weeks I lost 6.4kgs and dropped my body fat % by 9.5%.
The team at the studio were all awesome - Jay and Sheree were legends and kept us going during those early 6.20am classes. The workouts themselves are great fun and they flew by. The classes never felt too full and the team were always on hand to help with technique and add heavier weights!

I completed the 2019 February – March 8 week challenge at F45 Camden this year and it was a fantastic experience all around. I lost 16kg (not a typo!) and my body fat percentage decreased by 9.6% by sticking to the plan and attending one class 6 days a week. The staff were all great but special mention has to go Veronica, Jay, Sheree and Jamie who always cheered me up even when I was dragging myself to the 6:20 am classes.
The circuit training cardio and weights classes are brilliant and, though they’re tough, they never feel like they take too long because of the quick pace and slick design of the workouts. Some gyms can have a bit of a competitive and off-putting atmosphere but F45 Camden doesn’t have this problem, the staff and members are friendly and supportive no matter your starting point.
The membership is worth every penny and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I’ve signed in to give fitness a last chance. Is very hard for me to exercise as I get bored very quickly, well with this system there’s no way you’ll get bored.
I was ok with my weight but always wanted to be fit and now I can finally, and only after 8 weeks, feel comfortable and like my body. The studio is very clean and staff very friendly. Love the fact that everyone knows your name and how they encourage the team work. The trainers are the best always cheering you up and push you to your best version. As a non gym-goer before attending I didn't know what to expect from this gym or any gym. But straight away from my initial induction and the first week of classes it was an extremely enjoyable and rewarding experience. Life circumstances made me stop training and doing any sportive activities for a couple of years To the point where I have gained a lot of weight and started to feel unhappy about myself and my physic which were reflecting on my everyday mood and the way I was caring myself.
That’s the main reason why I have decided to train again and join F45 in order to regain my fitness and have the support to rebalance my diet.
The challenge wasn’t easy at all, the two first weeks were really challenging for me, on the diet side with cutting and reducing my sugar intake (sweet tooth :) ) and the cardio classes I wasn’t even finishing my sets.

Great workout, great staff and great studio! I couldn’t recommend F45 Camden more highly! I used to have a PT for years and whilst I would try lots of other classes, I never felt that anything was a viable substitute for a PT but F45 has finally done it as combines a rigorous workout with the fun of group training! I also never get bored as no two workouts are the same! A special shout out to all the amazing trainers too, as they are what set the Camden studio apart! My only minor niggle is that the changing rooms can get quite busy but that’s a small price to pay for all the other amazing benefits! It also doesn’t come cheap, but it’s 100% worth it!

After talking about losing weight for far too long I finally took the plunge and signed up for the 6 week challenge, one of the best decsions I've made! The sessions are hard work but a lot of fun and they keep them varied so you don’t get bored of the same routines (I’d recommend buying the F45 heart-rate monitor for the added competitive edge!). The trainers are really helpful and very approachable and the studio has a positive vibe, promoting great camaraderie between users. After 6 weeks I managed to lose 7% body fat and I am looking forward to the next challenge!

I've just finished a 6 week challenge and am soo happy with the results! I signed up because I'd completely fallen out of exercising and was lacking motivation so needed a kick start. I didn't expect it to be as effective as it was! I lost 7.9% body fat :O and am generally feeling really slim, toned and strong.
The classes are hard work but they are really varied and pack a lot in to a short amount of time, so it doesn't ever feel like a chore. I've never voluntarily gotten up early in my life but I ended up going to classes before work - something I honestly thought I wasn't capable of and something I'm going to continue doing now.
It was really satisfying feeling my progress over the weeks and managing to push myself more and more. The atmosphere is fun and the trainers are all really encouraging and great at correcting my form etc. as when I started I really had no idea what I was doing. Now I feel confident I can go to the gym or exercise at home, and I feel really motivated to keep it up. Thanks so much!

After my training regime fell to pieces at the end of last year I needed a shake up to get me back into shape and Camden’s F45’s 4 week kickstart was perfect. The trainers hit a perfect balance between knowing when to push me and when to support me.
Classes follow a monday, wednesday, friday cardio and tuesday, thursday resistance pattern which suited me well. Although all the sessions are rapid so the resistance is closer to a body pump vibe than a heavy weights session down the gym.
They provided a full dietary plan but juggling family, work and normal life I struggled to follow this. However the trainers quickly got back to me with macro breakdowns for the weekly plans and I was able to track my own food so sticking to their programme but with my own flexability.
I thought dropping 5% body fat in 4 weeks was an impossible task so utterly shocked and delighted to find that I’d hit the target and got a full refund. It isn’t cheap but as long as you commit to 5 sessions a week then it becomes comparable with pay per session fitness suites. If you’re ready to commit and want support, structure and motivation that delivers results I’d highly recommend it.

Having just completed the 4 week challenge I can honestly say it was the best thing to do post Christmas slump.
The trainers are really motivating, especially Ray who will make any exercise harder if he see’s you’re not already drenched in sweat, and as long as you’re there they will work with you to get the results you want. As someone who was already a member of another gym, it’s nice to balance out with classes where they are set up for you and you don’t have to do much thinking, you’re in and out before you know it!
The only slight downside was the food, being Australian the food was quite obscure but finding a couple of things that work per week and repeating them wasn’t difficult, just a bit repetitive (which makes for easier batch cooking). I’ve heard great feedback that they have already improved the 8 week challenge menu which is good to know they’re listening and evolving.
Overall I was really happy with the results, being aware of what you eat before was eye opening as the first few weeks sugar (or coffee!) withdrawal was greeted with killer headaches, but so worth it once you push through.
If you need a push, then definitely give f45 a go!

The trainers are so professional in what they do and make you feel so comfortable and are all incredibly friendly!
The atmosphere is amazing which makes you want to work harder and the trainers definitely make you more motivated, Since the isolating rules came about f45 have done an amazing job to maintain the cleanliness in the studio and to make sure everyone has there own little spot For their workouts, which to me hasn’t affected any of the workout classes and actually i find it much easier to stay in one spot then running around to find your next number station in time lol. The team have done an amazing job to ensure everyone’s safety comes first so I want to give a big shout out to Palomie for being professional and friendly. My day one girl jay i rate her for putting up with my craziness from day 1 don't know how shes done it really? F45 is the best exercise I have done so far. In the past I have done HIIT training at home using an app and have not gained results like you would in a gym.
Very motivating as you do it as a team and the friendly staff walk around so you can’t slack and help you with correct technique.
Not only have I gained results visually and strength wise, I am also happy with how the challenge meals have made me a better cook using healthy whole foods.
The challenge has helped me to make fitness a routine and overall I feel a lot happier in life.

I cannot fault F45 Camden at all. The slogan of the franchise is life changing and literally, it is! I didn't do any of the challenges, but I've been an active member of this studio for the last three months and the changes in myself both mentally and physically have been amazing. I'm so full of confidence and I've completely fallen in love with fitness again because of Jake and his amazing team. I have a knee injury and the trainers are constantly ensuring I don't do anything which might injure me more, helping me with modifications and pushing me to achieve more. It can be quite daunting joining a new gym, especially when you were as out of shape and as unfit as I were. But that’s not the case at F45 Camden. I took part in the 8 week challenge and was made to feel welcome by Jake and Jay and the rest of the trainers as soon as I got there and the other members in the gym were all pretty awesome too!
Now at the end of my first session I thought that F45 stood for “Feel 45”. My first proper bit of exercise for over 5 years and it was tough. But it’s suppose to be. It’s called the 8 week challenge for a reason. But with the trainers constant motivation and encouragement, variety of awesome classes and the great diet plan you’re provided, I’d managed to lose 7kg at the 4 week stage and felt great for it. At the end of the 8 week challenge I’d managed to lose 15kg and I’m in the shape of my life and have F45 Camden to thank for it. And a big thanks to Ray also 👍

I signed up to put on 2kg of muscle mass in 6 weeks because I wanted to challenge myself to achieve a very tough goal that I've never been able to do before. I had a great time doing exercises I've never done and worked my muscles in a way like I've never even thought of doing. I achieved the goal and am very proud of myself. I would advise anyone putting on this much muscle in 6 weeks that you would need to go gym twice a day, nearly every single day for 6 weeks, only resting when you're absolutely shattered. I did one session of F45 in the morning and then went to the gym in the evening, and I was always in a calorie surplus eating every few hours! You need to eat and train like a bodybuilder to achieve this goal. Mixing in almonds into you protein shake is a great way of increasing calories count without going to too much effort. The trainers at the gym were great and couldn't have achieved my goal without them.

I signed up to the F45 8 Week Challenge 22 (April-June) because I was inspired by some of my friends in Singapore who had done it and who had seen some tremendous results from it. I wanted an overall change in my nutrition and body. I hated seeing myself as I was prior to starting F45 - the heaviest I've ever been and although I was working out regularly, my nutrition wasn’t fantastic. I wanted something to push me to finally lose the weight I'd gained over the past 3 years and kickstart a healthier lifestyle overall. It was a bit over my budget but I was determined to make the most of the money and since I’d signed up on the early bird deal, Jake gave me the option to avail of 3 weeks of training prior to the challenge starting. It really helped me get used to the intense workouts and deal with the DOMS that kicked in after the first few sessions!
The entire experience on the challenge has been amazing and as F45 claims, was definitely “life-changing”. In addition to seeing a total transformation in my fitness levels and my body, I have made some incredible connections both with the fellow challengers, as well as the trainers. I love that we were placed in teams for the challenge and the whole team-training mentality truly helped me get through the hardest days when I was just tired, undetermined and craving all the food! Whether it was Kelly getting me to sign up to the same classes so I was accountable, the two Nicks pushing me to complete more burpees, or Ray being the absolute best hype trainer, to Sage telling me I’m looking strong or Jay squatting down beside me and pushing me on as I did the dreaded ‘shoot-throughs’, or people on the group chat/Facebook page admiring my culinary efforts, the camaraderie and vibe at F45 Camden is infectious. Within two weeks of joining, I was obsessed about F45 and apart from work, I lived, breathed, talked about (incessantly) and constantly looked forward to classes at the studio - that hasn’t changed by the way. As for my results, I achieved my goals and then some! I’m down 12.3kg at the final weigh-in of the challenge, down 3% body fat and lost a whopping 11cm off my waist! I’m a dress size down and my leggings are all loose at the thighs and hips! Stats aside, I feel absolutely great. I still have a ways to go in terms of reaching my final goal but I already feel so much healthier, fitter, stronger and more confident in my body. I can also do exercises I never knew I could!
I can’t speak for all F45 studios but F45 Camden has truly changed my life for the better! Highly, highly recommend those who are thinking of doing the next challenge to get up and get signed on!

All the staff I have met have been very friendly and have a positive attitude. The instructors are excellent and will move around the room correcting your posture and motivating you to dig deep and push yourself further.
The gym is new so the equipment and facilities are in good condition.
As a lot of other people I have tried the gym but I haven’t really known what I should be doing and on your own there isn’t much motivation to keep at it and push harder. But at F45 you move around the room usually with 1 or 2 others doing the same station so even if you don’t know them you don’t feel like your alone in the class.
I’ve tried other HIIT before which was just a treadmill and weights. Here they have a wide variety of equipment and this helps pass the time and not doing the same thing over again for 45 minutes.
I signed up for the 8 week challenge and after 2 weeks I already know that I’ll be staying on at this one after the challenge is over! (There are others closer to my home and work).

Have had so much fun at the classes here. They change the moves and structure of classes regularly, which means you don't get bored as it's a different workout every time you go. This also means your body doesn't get used to the exercises, which is great to stop plateauing. After a month I managed my first ever pull up (with resistance bands, but I couldn't even do this before!).
The instructors are all really friendly and come round to correct your form if you're not doing an exercise correctly.

I randomly saw a message pop on on my Facebook about F45 and thought great timing and this is just what I am looking for!
I’ve played a lot of Rugby and over the last 10years have had multiple big injuries, dislocating both shoulders, ruptured knee, hip surgery, ankle op... and everyone says give it up and stop doing sports! I can safely say I found an amazing alternative! Doing F45 meant that I could work evenly on my muscle groups and build up my stamina while focusing on rebuilding my muscle balance and core strength! 10 years of injuries means you never fully recover but I can safely say that I have never felt better!
I followed the meal plan and smashed out the classes! Some days doing a double which was a struggle but I wanted to get the most out of the 6weeks! And it paid off losing a whopping 13.6kg (2stone) and over 12cm on my waistline! Yeah I am big, but was a lot bigger!
The studio is great and all the team make a huge effort to get to know you from day 1, encourage you and push you harder! I got my confidence back and even started to challenge the trainers to some of the exercises! If you want pushing challenge them to do box jump burpees!
It doesn’t just stop with the family vibe with the trainers this feel good factor is felt throughout the gym, I’ve made some training buddies which is ace as it always help when pairing up and really pushing each other!
If you really want to change your habits and lose weight I heavily recommend this for everyone!
But...
You do have to put the hard yards in and with the sessions and diet you will come out as a new person so good luck and be your own champion!!!

I can say now that those 6 weeks have gone in a blink, I managed to lose 6,9 % of body fat. FlashBack to October 2019, I had signed up to the F45 8 week challenge - a Functional 45 minute HIIT based fitness challenge for EIGHT-WEEKS at F45 Camden!
Cold, early mornings and trekking an hour, now you can imagine how unenthusiastic I was to embark on such a challenge that promised to upend my entire routine and be mentally and physically draining..
Outgoes the weekly kebabs, KFC’s and biscuits and replaced with daily HIIT classes, limited caffeine and an almost carb free nutritional plan.
So was I ready for these 45-minute circuit classes that combine interval, cardiovascular and strength training to build muscle and fitness? Hell no!
And, why did I sign up? I was tired of yo-yo’ing at the gym and on/off Keto diets diets. Since being married I’ve put on HELLA KILOS (didn’t help both me and my wife have a massive sweet tooth craving). I also wanted to breakaway from the traditional strength training I’ve been doing forever as nothing was working for me. I just couldn’t get into a routine nor was I enjoying anything (5x5; Push/Pull etc).
Flash forward to December 2019, I’ve just completed the challenge. Let me first say, this was by far the most gruelling 8 weeks of cravings, mood swings, tiredness and soreness and pain! BUT BOY I’m 100% glad I signed up! The level of contentment and just happiness has no value. My work shirts and trousers; polos and tees all now fit properly. No more bulging chest button and belly popping 🤣🤣😂
Finally, I really want to thank the F45 Camden family, you guys have been truly amazing. Here’s to you guys for being fabulous and awesome - Ray, Stephen, Sage, Hollie, Shree, Veronica, Jay, Tom and lastly JAKE!

F45 is the best physical challenge I’ve ever done. I’ve never sweat so hard in an exercise class, but the way they set up the circuits means you’re never bored and the time flies by. The team - Jake, Jay, Sian and the rest of the gang - are all extremely friendly, fun, supportive and motivational. Definitely a big part of the reason why I’m going to keep to the classes. I’m in the best shape of my life, both physically and mentally, and I can see the results in the mirror, when I’m playing team sports, as well as in my concentration levels when it comes to work. If you feel like you need to lose weight, get fitter, or you’re just stagnating in your current routine, definitely check out F45, you’ll never feel better.

I recently finished the 8 week challenge at Camden F45. I wanted to force myself into more high intensity training but having never done anything involving PTs or organised classes, I was pretty apprehensive to stump up the money, but never regretted a second after the sign up. All of the team there so obviously care about your progress and lead the classes excellently. The classes are extremely varied with thousands of different exercise pods which change day to day so you never feel a sense of repetition. The nutrition plan which comes alongside it is excellent too even for someone who can barely cook (I would know). The result was to go from 16.3% BF to 13.0% in the 8 weeks, which could easily have been improved if I had any sort of discipline to cut back on the weekend social life. More importantly than the results though, it's actually just a lot of fun, builds good life habits and seems to give you a new lease of energy. Particular thanks to Jay and Ray who seem to be there more often than most to summon some energy out of me in the 6.15am graveyard slot! It was a no brainer to sign up again.

Ill start by saying that Camden F45 team are fantastic - for starters Jake (the owner) is super attentive and knows each member, he’s always on hand to give advice! Each and every trainer has their own way of motivating you and no matter who is running the class - the vibe is awesome!
I’m no newbie to such training, I did Kayla Itsines Sweat (BBG) for a years and did TRX training prior. So when I started F45 I kind of knew what was coming my way. But I was blown away at the set up of it all - it’s a dream. The studio is always clean, there’s towel service beautiful shower facilities as well as hair styling accessories in the changing rooms.
I do not have to think of a thing, I show up and it’s all ready - I just have to bring my A game. And some days, I’ve had a long day at work and arrive tired, but the Camden F45 team have a way of getting you to do those extra reps and push yourself, because they truly believe in each member. (As a side note; I suffer from a few injuries which can hinder my training at times, the team are always there to offer me alternative exercises and ensure I don’t hurt myself!)

Started going here full Time in November 2018 after a 2 weeks of trial in October. Weighed in at 87 Kilos when I started and start of July 2019 weighed in at 74.5 kilos so over 12 kilos lost and I gained muscle. This could have been more If I didn't miss most of April and May due to surgery and travel. Classes were varied and trainers were always there to push you and correct technique. F45 is a fitness phenomenon sweeping across London but this studio is a hidden gem. Jay, Jake and the rest of the team have created a great vibe and have a studio which has all the things you need and space to fail about when you're doing burpees.
All classes follow the F45 formula (MWF cardio circuits, TT strength, Saturday full body) and has decent showers/space to change after classes complete with hairdryers and cowshed products.
Conveniently placed a 5 minute walk from Camden high street, highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a studio which will welcome you but still push you when you're trying to sneakily hold a lighter weight or finish an exercise early. 10/10

There’s a reason F45 is taking over the fitness world and Camden is no different. Follow the signs down to the well-lit studio in the basement of the Centro building.
Where you’ll find a friendly face on reception ready to show you around and make you feel welcome, onto the studio you’ll see the screens that provide the base of each day’s work out, these are the magic behind F45
Each class starts with an introduction and run through of each exercise, followed by a warm up to ensure you are ready for what’s to come next, suddenly 45minutes will be flying by as you work your way through each exercise set with two trainers there to ensure your technique is correct, modify an exercise to suit your abilities and provide lots of encouragement.
Before you start trying to talk yourself out of giving it a try. Here some answers to those excuses you’ve came up with.
No towel – was that a shower or sweat towel you needed?
Forgotten your hair tie – ask for one at reception?
Worried about holding the handrail on the tube home? – Spray deodorant is available in the changing rooms.
What are you waiting for, book a class, before you know it you’ll be addicted like the rest of us.
