OJ has made some great improvements in that it is a joy to come to the gym, he always has time to see members if need. be. OJ has a lovely smile and makes you feel most welcome. I am delighted that Pearl has commenced her focus class amazing and we are all working on our six pack!! Keep up the good work.

Very happy with my experience. I’ll be honest I’ve always been apprehensive about doing classes but after doing the spin class with the lovely Gabriella my opinion changed, She’s a very friendly approachable and motivating instructor and the class made me change my mind about getting involved in group classes which have a great vibe. I’d recommend this club to anyone coming to Camden and totally recommend the welcoming and knowledgable Gabriella!

Fantastic team at Fitness First Camden. Pearl, the customer memberships manager is very approachable and always goes above and beyond to ensure the members are happy, she has really helped me to stay on my journey when I wanted to quit.The rest of the team are amazing too, Darren, Cedrick, Leon, Djammilla and Gaby. Camden Fitness First has such a great team of instructors. The gym is definitely a highlight of living in the area!
I’m still recovering from Gabriella’s lunch time class! I’ve taken a few classes with her.
Gabby is such an energetic, encouraging and vibrant instructor. When I see her at the reception, she’s always friendly and makes everyone feel welcome.
In her classes, she has a way of pushing you to your limits but without being pushy. Her sets are really effective and on more than one occasion the resultant aches have reminded me that I have muscles that I did not know existed!
The short 45- minute focused workout is worth doing on a consistent basis. I’d definitely recommend her classes and rate her as a highly commendable fitness instructor. Thank you for waking me up and giving me such great work outs to look forward to!

Best club in Central hands downnnn! The club is in immaculate condition, the classes are great, the staff are very friendly & OJ the general manager was very welcoming & full of banter! Everyone needs to come down & check out this club!

I just joined this gym a few weeks ago… And I cannot rave enough about the classes! I just took the first ever, boxing class offered… And it was absolutely fantastic! The instructor was amazing and he really was a great teacher for all skill levels. I have done boxing before, and this really was up there with one of the best classes! Great people and a fun environment… Plus I got a good sweat on and a great workout! Please continue this class, I’ll definitely be back next Friday!

Front-of-house staff member, Djamila, is always a delight - a friendly greeting and smile no matter the time of day or evening.

Been a member of fitness first for 17 years and this has remained my go-to weekend branch. It's a nice little gem with friendly staff, easy going no-nonsense clientele and decent equipment. It's clean, never too busy and well kept. Its also benefited from a refurb not too long ago.
Attended a Shred/HIIT class there recently led by an awesome instructor (a special shout to Gabby🙌🏿🙌🏿) and now totally hooked :)

Having just joined FF I am loving the classes. Gaby’s spin class is fabulous - she’s got lots of energy which I find motivating. She’s also responsible with safety - which is reassuring with my ankle injuries.

Gabriella is such an inspiring fitness instructor. she really motivates us to try our hardest, whether it's cardio or strength training. Her poise and elegance show her training as a dancer (I guessed and asked her). With this experience she brings different ways to exercise the legs, especially thighs, without using machines or building bulk. We really enjoy Gabriella's classes, it's a great way to start a Saturday morning.
A comment about this club in general: please could you provide towels like many of the other branches? It would really be much more convenient, not having to carry a wet towel in my rucksack all day. Thank you for listening.
