Fitness Hub 21 is a great gym to train at. Lisa, Howard and the team are so dedicated to their clients, they always go the extra mile to support and personalise the training. Having been with Lisa for over 8 years, I am able to do so much more than I would have imagined doing myself in the gym.
The gym itself was always a place that was never welcoming, but Fitness Hub allows you to push and challenge yourself or work at your own pace, in a friendly, kind and enthusiastic environment. I have met some great people there, some of who will be lifelong friends! Highly recommend if you want to change your mindset about training and exercise for the future.

I am so pleased I made the decision to try out Fitness Hub 21….it’s coming up to 3 years and I’ve never looked back. I feel much healthier and stronger and my aches and pains have all but disappeared.
It’s a great way to train in small groups with a trainer. The staff led by Lisa are professional, knowledgeable and very encouraging no matter what level you are working at. Lisa has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere over the years.
The gym has recently been renovated to a high standard.

If you’re ready to change your body and most importantly your mindset then this is the place for you! The trainers are incredible and support you with all of your fitness and nutrition needs. Most importantly I feel part of a community with shared goals and the support to achieve anything you set your mind to.
To say it’s changed my life would be an understatement and I can’t thank the team enough!

I have tried gyms in the past and found them to be intimidating, would spend time faffing and by the end of a session had achieved nothing.
I thought I would give it one last go with the small group PT classes at Fitness Hub 21, and so gald I did. 45 minutes of a good workout at your level and capabilities, there is no pressure or judgement from the excellent trainers who give the right amount of encouragement that you can achieve more.
The Fit Strong classes are more intense but again you work at your speed, although I have found that I do push myself more to achieve the level of some of the other members but thats just me!

Fitness Hub 21. A place where you can laugh, lunge and lift weights in a space that’s perfectly proportioned for small group personal training - non intimidating, personable and awesome trainers with a community of members who are keen to see you lift your best, squat your lowest and get to the top of the meps leaderboard 🤣
I can’t pretend I love a walking lunge - but I know that I’m fitter, stronger and a tiny bit more snatched than when I first joined and my coaches help me go harder and do better whilst making you accountable and aware of your choices in a non pushy but assertive, persuasive way. It’s not the cheapest but it’s a worthwhile investment in my mental and physical well-being and I highly recommend particularly if you are returning to fitness or haven’t worked out in a while.

I love my time training at Fitness Hub 21! Lisa has created the perfect space for focussed gym sessions, and her ability to create challenging workouts to suit any level, keeps me motivated to keep going. Along with her fantastic trainers I also get realistic nutritional advice and ongoing goals to help me reach my targets. The timetable has flexible options and which suits my lifestyle and now with a mix of online and in person sessions it means I am able to train regularly around my work and my children.
The gym is super clean and I feel comfortable to train there any day of the week. Win win all round!

I came across Lisa a year ago and can honestly say Fitness Hub 21 has changed my life. I always wanted to be be a gym goer but never prioritised it until I started here. The programme structure has resulted in noticeable fitness progress. The environment is fun and un-intimidating, and the trainer attention means I know I am safe from injury. In addition to the fitness, Lisa provided me with excellent advice on nutrition and the support needed to get me eating wisely. My commitment and consistency to training has never been this strong and I put it down to the trainers and the Fitness Hub 21 community. Thanks for giving me the drive I needed!
