My experience with Fitness Lab has been excellent and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
I first started here in the summer after dealing with a severe hamstring injury. The inital consultation was very thorough and the training plan is tailored to meet my particular needs. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It is a lovely environment to train in where everyone takes the time to get to know you.
My trainer Rhys has been wonderful. He is very encouraging and supportive in helping me to achieve my goals. Sessions are interesting and effective and I am really pleased with my results.

I've found the team at Fitness Lab to be very professional, knowledgeable and flexible based on my capabilities and fitness goals. My PT, Rhys has been a great help in tailoring sessions and even adapting them whilst I had some sporting injuries. He has also taken the time outside of sessions to send tips on diet, demo videos of exercises to do at home and just generally communicate with me outside of the hourly sessions to keep me motivated, which is not something you normally get from past experiences elsewhere. I would highly recommend Fitness lab if you're serious about improving your fitness and/or have hit a brick wall with your 'run of the mill' PTs out there. It's well worth it in my opinion.

I’ve been training with Rhys at fitness labs for a few months now and have made more progress than ever before. Helping with diet and routine and as well as training with a focus on mobility and technique has meant I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight as well as kept injury free. The sessions are fun, change regularly enough that it never feels stale and the team are real experts in their field. Rhys has a sports science degree and speaks with incredible confidence and knowledge on the subject. Everyone I’ve met there is friendly and encouraging. You really feel in safe hands. The facilities are well located in the middle of soho and the machines and weights are all kept to a high standard. The body scanner, showers and towels and laundry service are also all great. This is definitely a higher end service as the soho facility only has 1-3 clients in at any time, all with trainers. Would definitely recommend.

Last time I was staying in London I used Fitness Lab for the duration of my trip to try and keep on top of my training. Not only did the training offset (somewhat!) some of the fantastic food London has to offer but a few specific weaknesses I had in some of my training was addressed making me much more effective at those movements and protecting me from injury in the future.
If you're looking for personal trainers in London I would highly recommend Fitness Lab, they are superb.

I've been training with Olivia at Soho Fitness Lab since the beginning of December and the experience has been brilliant. As a newbie to working with a P/T I was nervous going into it, but from the first session I saw I had nothing to worry about. The space is unlike your usual gyms - it’s private and just the right size, and has a smart feel to it. It's a perfect spot for pre-work workouts if you are in or around Soho, or live there like I do. Never thought I'd be happy getting up at 6am to go to the gym but always look forward to it as I see the progress I am making!

I had a couple of sessions at Fitness Lab in its previous guise as a rowing/HITT venue and I loved it then. I love it even more now! The quality of the training is superb and facilities are clean and tidy with everything you need post-workout.
I have experienced gyms where form has taken a back seat when training but not at Fitness Lab. There is a real focus on doing things properly, and I can see the benefits of working towards well structured goals and a distinct plan.
The trainers are lovely and friendly, there's always a warm welcome from them and anyone else there. Emily is an awesome PT, she knows her stuff. She's encouraging but doesn't let me off the hook easily, and that has pushed me to do more outside of the studio. I don't live or work any where near the studio but I'm happy to travel because this little place is a gem. I can't imagine going anywhere else whilst I live in London.

As someone who has worked with 6 personal trainers over the past 13 years, I can honestly say that Fitness Lab is the most professional and well run training facility I have ever attended. I've been coming into Fitness Lab Soho for my PT sessions regularly for few years now as I find everything about it perfect. From the location of the studio, to the space and cleanliness of the gym but most importantly the team of instructors - they are very professional! I was given a gift voucher to Soho Fitness Lab from one of my best friends but was rather reluctant to go to a gym for personal training as I enjoy being outside and running. However I am really pleased I did go. I want to work on my strength and my training is tailored and specific to this objective. The team are professional (blood pressure, heart rate monitors and body composition are routine) and the equipment impressive in an efficient space. The gym/shower area are immaculately clean. I can’t recommend Fitness Lab enough. The whole team are super friendly and always remember your name and say hi when at the studio. Super professional approach to their work and most importantly they are amazing personal trainers.
As well as attending one to one sessions at the studio I’ve also followed home programs delivered by my personal trainer Brett also which have been super helpful. He’s also help guide me on my nutrition which has helped with my weight loss goals.
The facilities are immaculate and the team have adapted to be COVID secure allowing tons and space, no sharing of equipment and everything clean and sanitised. Makes you feel very safe in the space.
Couldn’t recommend any more highly. If you want to achieve health and fitness results - this is where you need to go!

Training sessions are all developed to suit an individual's needs, and the attention to their clients' overall health & wellbeing is first rate.
Never a fan of massive gym chains, I like the intimacy (if that's the right word?) of Fitness Lab Soho - where it's easy to keep focussed on your own workout (No, Jack, l'm not saying the workouts are easy!!!l).
Re. Covid? I've had no worries at all, to date. The facilities are spotless & the equipment cleaned after every use.

I first discovered Soho Fitness Lab via a brief online search. After seeing the positive reviews, I decided to pop in after work and have a tour of the facilities. Alex, who then became my Personal Trainer after that tour, showed me around this fantastic space, along with everything they offer.
The space itself offers some really high-quality work-out kit, and the shower/changing rooms and toilets are always impeccably clean. The free use of towels are a real bonus too. They even offer a service to wash your kit for you to be available every training session for a small fee; perfect if you have a busy schedule. I really like the small touch of being gifted a MyZone heart-rate monitor which gives real-time feedback on your condition as you train. I've found this incredibly motivating.
I agree with every positive review made about this private gym. I really like the fact that the sessions never have too many people training at any one time; allowing you to train without feeling too self-conscious about your figure when first starting out.
It gives me such a boost to see genuinely nice people working with and around me. All of the trainers interact with every client, even if they may never necessarily work with them. The owners are as friendly and approachable as any other member of staff, and in my training, the level of attention that has been given to my correct posture when lifting weights (something you don't get from self or group classes), is second to none.
I have become visibly stronger and fitter in the 6 weeks I have been training here, and I can't recommend them enough. I have extended my membership and plan to continue to train here for a long time to come in order to reach my goals. Thank you!

I've always been rather allergic to the idea of going to the gym so was thrilled to find Soho Fitness Lab (especially as it's 5 mins from my office).
It's an incredibly private space to train in and whilst I was rather anxious about starting my sessions with Jack I am loving it! The support and accountability is brilliant and it's not just about the exercise - you discuss diet etc...as well. It's a fully rounded approach to your fitness as well as your physical and mental well being.
The facilities are fantastic and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, even if you're not working with that particular PT. I can definitely already feel a difference and look forward to continuing on this particular journey.
If like me, the idea of going to a big gym with no real clear idea of what you're doing fills you with fear & dread, then you should seriously look at Soho Fitness Lab, it's FAB!

Fitness Lab Fitzrovia is definitely one of the best place for personal training. All the staff are very experienced and Brett Durney is also one of them who can provide the best workout and Fitness Training to suite your Needs. Results can be seen within first 2 to 3 weeks so why not just give them a try and see for yourselves.
The thing that makes this studio very special is the layout and sanitising systems they have in place to keep everyone in there as safe as possible.

I absolutely love the soho fitness lab, I have been training there since August and the positive changes in my body shape, strength and energy are great and I couldn't do it without my amazing personal trainer and the team. Their physical and nutritional knowledge is second to none and truly inspirational and make me want to put 110% into each session. The facilities are great too, very cool and contemporary and what is best is that only three people train at a time. My kit is washed after each session and kept safe in a personal locker. I started to use the lab back in November of last year with a block booking of 6 sessions and thought I would give it a try
Being a fuller figured gent I thought I would give it a try because I have tried the gyms from local ones to ones filled with mirror hugging Adonis
So I tried here. I'm glad I have and I'm still going twice a week and lifting the slam ball and doing a range of activities all of which have improved my posture significantly ( I'm 6'9" always slouched ) my general wellbeing and feeling
Working with Romy one of the numerous skilled PTs I get put through my paces . She is responsive to my challenges ( my grumbles) but equally challenging and supportive. I will be using here for some time to come

Leanne's been great as a physio so far (back/leg problems), setting exercises that fit in with my lifestyle (lots of business travel). She diagnosed the problem super fast and set me a range of exercises that have helped in the long term (healing up) and short term (dealing with pain during flights/before meetings, etc).
