Stephen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what specs we'd like and also suggesting alternative provisions which are available. He also was able to compare different models and provide us with the required knowledge in order to choose the model that would suit our needs best. He helped with the ordering process of both the models inside the shop and those not on show.

Had a quick drop to the store today for checking out spinning bikes, and Stephen has introduced me many different models. He is quite knowledgeable in all areas as I’ve been served by him 9 months ago when I bought a multi gym. So I bought a nice spinning bike without any hesitation. Would come back again.

I am delighted with the equipment I bought and the advice I received from Stephen. I was in the shop for about an hour trying various different machines as I did not know what I wanted at all. Stephen was very knowledgable and not at all pushy. When I left he sent me a quote and more information on the machine I did eventually return to purchase. Delivery was plain sailing and prompt. I can’t fault the service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An excellent selection of equipment. You can email the branch in advance and ask whether specific items are in store for purchase. Response time is quick and usually all items in stock. You can just go, purchase and have your items straight away. Always exceptional service from Rob, Stephen and Juste.

Spent a lot of time debating buying gym equipment and the staff are really helpful, spent a lot of time with us and didn’t force a sale, which I find refreshing. It made me want to go and buy my equipment from them. I would go back to them for future items and must say they do have a wide range of items in the store. It’s also nice to walk around and see equipment rather than buying online. Saved me a lot of hours in the long run.

Good selection of equipment on display, well set out so it didn't feel cramped. I was very impressed with the staff, they seemed knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy, it's a shame all sales staff aren't like them! Although I visited with a specific purchase in mind, this store made it easy for me to decide.

We weren't sure which type of exercise equipment we wanted when we visited the Fitness Superstore. Rob, the store manager, demonstrated a wide variety of options, encouraged us to try each for ourselves, and clearly explained the pros and cons of the different machines. He didn't put us under any pressure to buy which no doubt contributed to our decision to buy! Delivery was prompt but, beware, they do just leave a 75kg piece of kit at your front door. Very pleased with the equipment so far.

Visited the Fitness Superstore today with more than a little trepidation as fitness stores are far out of my comfort zone. After easily parking up my first impressions were that the store was very spacious and welcoming. There was a vast amount of equipment to choose from, all fantastically organised by equipment type and clearly ordered from basic versions through to commercial applicable equipment. After wandering for a little while I was initially approached by a friendly member of staff (apologies I have forgotten her name) who clearly took me through the various levels of cross trainers, from the basic compact ones, through to the top end of the market. She was very knowledgable about all models and was able to clearly explain the features of each one, the key differences between each and the pricing was clearly shown. After imparting her own personal preferences she invited us to spend some time trying each one and left us to use the equipment we wished to. A while later having shortlisted the models we were interested in we were assisted by Stephen, who again was equally able to discuss the advantages and key features of those shortlisted to help us make our decision. All along he was able to offer his honest opinion on where money could be saved and what the main features were we would be paying for if we chose the more expensive of our shortlist. Ordering, paying and arranging delivery was also professionally efficient. I will certainly be back, and I never thought I would be saying that before I set off from home this morning let me tell you!

A huge new store with extensive equipment spanning many releases and brands. Our advisor was Stephen Bux, who was the most courteous, patient and knowledgeable sales person I've come across! We bought a home cross trainer and mat. I would highly recommend going into store and trying the equipment before buying!

He also studied sports science in college so was very knowledgeable in the science behind the fitness. Large variety of gym equipment, more for gym owners than gym goers. Though they do have all of the smaller items such as kettle bells and and wrist straps. Prices are not displayed however, and you must ask for the price of each item.
