Great local gym with friendly staff. Note some of the gym equipment here is quite 'old skool' in that they are plate operated, however they still function just as well as modern machines. Moreso some even prefer if that way! Me being one of them. There is a variety of gym equipment to suit every person's needs for getting fit, building muscle or losing weight. Changing facilities are available for both men and women. Would definitely recommend friends and newcomers to try out this gym!

Fantastic gym. Very friendly staff. Excellent equipment and atmosphere. So great to have such a gym locally ! People come to train rather then sit on benches looking at their phones ! Affordable with different payment options including couple deal which is great for my husband and myself.

I live locally and Giant's gym offers me all I need for my daily work out. Great variety of weight machines with 2 Peloton bikes and a Stairmaster as the latest additions to the Gym for your cardio! Love this gym and the team their! This gym is focused on getting results with great equipment to work on any area you want to improve, they also have fitness plans and nutritionist advice! Just signed up for another 12 Months

Hard-core old school gym. The dumbbell sections is a dream. Dumbbells go up to 60kg. The variety of machines is outstanding especially for legs & there is also a boxing area. Many classes are run here aswell as personal training. Friendly and helpful staff. No matter if your a gym bunny or just want to shed a few pounds make sure you visit this gym you WILL NOT be disappointed. The gym goers here are very friendly aswell.

I really enjoy my time at this gym, it's clean, the staff are lovely and the equipment are great as there are machines you won't find anywhere else! There's a wide variety of equipment which target all of your needs. Definitely give it a try, I highly recommend it!

An easy and convenient gym without the thrills. This is a small place with what appears to be second hand equipment (which works just fine) and no classes. It offers daily and monthly memberships (£30 for the latter) and no joining fee, so an easy and cheap option. It's not particularly busy so easy to get the equipment you want. The staff are friendly and it's not full of massive meat heads, so quite a chilled place to exercise.

Friendly well equipped gym. Open to all kinds of fitness, very rare to have a gym like this that is as welcoming to new customers as it is long standing. Would recommend this gym for anyone living in the bows park/bounds green area

If you have a grasp of working out with weights, then this gym is for you. It has a good range of functioning cardio and weights machines if you need them. More importantly are the dumbbells and barbells. You can do the basic lifts: squat, deadlights, chest press etc. The gym is not pretty to look at, but if your there to work out, then this is the place for you.
