I've been training with JJ and going to fitness classes here since July 2021. I was 8 months post-partum at the time and looking to lose about 10 kilos. I take classes twice a week and have PT once a week with JJ as well as follow a nutrition plan. Not only have I lost the weight (and more) but I feel (and look) fitter than ever. I'm now setting new goals for the future. I didn't think I would come this far in a few months. JJ is a true fitness pro and athlete, an extremely nice person, and a great motivator for anyone who is looking to improve him/herself. He's found a loyal client in me and I recommend Leap Into Fitness as a fantastic place for classes and for PT. Thank you JJ!

Starting personal training sessions with JJ was the best decision I made in a long time! JJ is super professional, his workouts are extremely varied and he really focuses on what you are looking to achieve. His workouts challenge me but I already see the results after 2 weeks (2 sessions a week). I could not recommend Leap into Fitness enough!

I have been personal training with JJ for roughly 6-7 months now in his studio. The facilities are amazing, exactly what you would expect in a big cooperate gym and even more I’d say. Everything is personalised to suit individual needs, there is a great variety of brand NEW equipment and everything is so clean and well presented. Great for peace of mind if you are worried about working out due to the current pandemic, JJ cleans before and after you use the equipment as well as a deep clean of the whole facility after every session.
JJ coaches you on a personal level discussing in depth your goals, why you may not have achieved it so far, and what you need to do to get there and maintain it. I am testimony of this as I started at roughly 78.8kg at the start of my journey and I currently stand at 72.5kg with a high percentage loss of belly fat and lean muscle building and I am nowhere near finished yet!
JJ’s group classes are also great either on top of personal training sessions with him as I do or as a standalone, there are plenty of variety of classes to keep you going and they are great fun as well as challenging. Each individual regardless of their different abilities are pushed to their own personal limits and JJ gets to know each attendee at a personal level ensuring no workout is too hard, or too easy for each individual throughout the whole session. Regardless wether you are solely a class attendee or a regular PT client, JJ has always been super quick and efficient at responding queries and questions regarding fitness, nutrition and diet even outside of training sessions, his phone is always on helping even remotely keep me on track of my fitness journey!!

I have been training with JJ at Leap Into Fitness Studio since February 2020. Without the help of JJ I wouldn't have been able to achieve the same results. JJ is a brilliant PT who will always push and challenge you to achieve your goals. I have one to one PT sessions in addition to regular group exercise classes. JJ is not just another PT, he is also an athlete, so will also help with nutritional advice to make sure you achieve your peak performance.

I can't recommend Leap Fit and JJ highly enough. Since I started exercising here I have found that working out has gone from a chore to something j look forward to everyday. JJ is great at teaching you about fitness and is always looking for the best solution for your needs. I really couldn't imagine training anywhere else with anyone else!
