Absolutely amazing little studio, has been instrumental in my weight loss since the summer. With their help keeping me on the right path I've lost 14kg. The small classes are great and really personal.

Brilliant and challenging training sessions. The small group classes just for teens makes for a really personal experience. Taught very safely & with great enthusiasm. My son’s fitness really improved and he really liked the instructors.

Love Mighteefit! Great classes, small enough groups that it’s almost like a PT session.
Instructors are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and motivate everyone no matter your fitness/shape/size. Still hard work though - I’m in better shape than ever, thanks to these folks.

I have been training with Elias at MighteeFit for over 3 months now and feel incredibly motivated by his constant encouragement and interest in all aspects of my training. He always has sensible answers to all my queries and gives general health and nutrition advice as well as tailor making programmes to help me achieve my goals. I have been weight training in gyms for over 35 years and always with a personal trainer who I require to push me to achieve the maximum I am capable of and current goals I set myself.
I highly recommend Elias as someone who is fun to work with, knowledgeable , genuinely focused on working with you to achieve whatever your goals may be !

Great fitness studio! I was visiting from Florida and Sam and his staff were so welcoming. Coach Elias is fun and encouraging, as well as very engaged with the class. I highly recommend MighteeFit for an intense, challenging workout.

I've been a member at Mightee Fit for almost 3 years. I've always been an active person but joined Mightee Fit because I wanted to be pushed that bit further and learn how to use weights and my own body weight correctly to tone up.
Over the years not only have I achieved my goals but I've made some great friends along the way. The classes are small and intimate and in no way intimidating, everyone is made to feel very welcoming. I was even able to train pretty much all the way during my pregnancy thanks to all the trainers who were able to adapt things for me. This defiantly helped me to stay fit and healthy during my pregnancy and helped me
to snap back into shape relatively quickly post birth.
My husband also joined and he loves it just as much.

MIGHTEEFIT gym is so addictive and a fantastic place to get fit and in shape – it has such a great atmosphere and is super friendly, supportive and inclusive.
Previously I’ve spent loads of money on joining gyms, attending classes of 20+ people and hating it as there’s no personal attention and the class is overcrowded. So I would stop going and would pay money each month for a gym I didn’t use. Not anymore!!!
I’m 3 months in at MIGHTEEFIT and really love the small group sessions where you get individual attention and support. The range of classes on offer are all great no matter what your fitness level. You work really hard – there’s no place to hide especially in Tee’s Hurricane!! All the trainers are terrific and really push you to make sure you achieve the most out of the session.
I now hate missing a class through work or holiday as I enjoy going so much and catching up with the new friends I’ve made. MIGHTEEFIT has definitely turned me into a gym bunny!!

I started training with Anaïs twice a week to improve my overall fitness. I saw immediate results but I was even more pleased to feel ongoing improvements in my strength, posture and health. It's great to see my progress and follow a customised programme at each step of my journey.

I LOVE IT. Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, not intimidating in the least bit. I went in expecting to maybe have a few sessions to pick up some pointers, and instead I have increased my visits and am now thinking I may have found a new passion. I sincerely feel like I have the BEST trainer I could've hoped for - for me anyway. But even just from observing others when I'm there, they all seem to really care about their clients. I personally don't feel like I'm someone to get in and out the door for £££. I honestly didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I do - if at all - I feel incredibly lucky and thankful for whatever guided me there. If I could give them a gazillion stars I would. I highly recommend them.

A 1 to 1 or group classes only gym.
Recently (Sep 2014) moved to 2A Fortis Green (next to Domino's) and completely refurbished with brand new equipment. Monthly membership program starts at around £100 for 3 small group classes per week... slightly on the pricier end.
Coaches are well trained and nice to hang out with, will push you very hard which is exactly what you need.

I've done a 4 session assessment with the head coach Jordan. It has been very beneficial. I have reduced pain in my knees. Lost weight. Built muscle and generally feeling great. I'll be working with them lots more in the future. Highly recommended.

I don't do reviews. But I suppose that's worth it! Enter short / long review.
Short version: I used to be super lazy, now I exercise 4 times a week. Love the atmosphere, the trainers, the place, the people I've met. By far one of the best decisions I've made for myself. It's all work in progress for myself, but even now the difference is huge and that's thanks to this lovely gym!
Long version: The idea of exercising used to provoke in me the urge to sit down and eat pizza with a tin of Carlsberg. I hated it. Even going to the shop a few streets down was a drag and "urgh" was the general thought of any activity that did not involve sitting down and playing on the console. I've toyed with the idea of going to the gym and getting fitter: that lasted 3 weeks and followed a cancelled membership every time I tried.
I am now going to Mighteefit and have been for the past 9 months (give or take). Religiously, 4 times a week. Best decision I've made for myself. The owner and his family are very sweet people, my personal trainer is an absolute gem, the trainers I do my classes or have done classes with are suuuper friendly and caring (no stereotype of the buffed up muscle man slurping a shake in his hand) and the trainers I have never trained with are always very welcoming and courteous.
The idea of making friends at the gym was not a priority, but since I have acquired some friends for more than just the gym run, I can say it's a pretty good one! What am trying to put across: you just might end up making friends with some of the clients too! :)
Now, for you sceptical people: if your fitness level is equal to the one of a "30 stone sloth" then yeah, it will be hard at first. I remember how hard it was for me! But those brilliant people I've been talking about will encourage you throughout all the way. If you want to do that first step forward and keep on going after, then they will pave the way for your success and you will find that with time it just gets better and better!
That's about it really.
I will stop here. If you've read the entire thing: congratulations, you're a very patient person and hopefully that'll make you want to join! ;)

I have a severe back and hip condition and had never exercised in my life. Tee came highly recommend to help me get some mobility back. With patience, sweat and a few tears, my legs and strength are where I never dreamed possible and still improving. Three year down the line I still love it. This place has changed my life. Staff and clients are welcoming and friendly.
