Reviews of Mill Hill BJJ

One of the most experienced gyms I encountered, very professional trainers, along very friendly trainees who share their love to the sport.

Instructors at this academy take the time to see you develop into a skilled killer.
You are a team here and you feel part of the team from day one. And it means you train with Nick, Dan and Ed and the rest of the instructors who run excellent programs.
Stop by and get the thrill you've never had before.

Was on holiday from AUS and dropped in for class on the 2nd of January which is crazy! It reminds me of my club back home, no egos, 2 hour classes, half of which is rolling and they seem to train every day no matter what, even on bank holidays!!
Highly recommend training here over anywhere else in London or dropping in if you're just visiting as they are so warm and welcoming to everyone. Very thankful I found this club on this trip and will be back again soon! Oss

Been training here for 2 months now. Was warmly welcomed and inducted with care and patience. Great facilities, great tuition and they offer something for every age, ability and requirement.
Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

In my opinion one of the best clubs to train in London. Super friendly guys and very relaxed atmosphere to train. Unfortunately I was there for a short period, because of combination of moving work away too far, having ruptured meniscus (not related to the training in the club) etc. Daniel Strauss is one of the best instructors I have seen and I will always regret I can not train there for now. For the short period there I learnt so much and improved a lot without even realising how It happened, which was the best thing for me. Learning things while having fun. I really hope that I will be able to go back again. There might be have something to do regarding the shower and the locker room, but that is so minor thing comparing with the experience You will have overal. Please, do try it. You can learn from some of the best in town.

The place is really hard to find but it worth to keep searching :) I had a chance to join training during my holiday in London and no regret to travel 2 hours there. Nick is great coach with a focus on detail. All guys there have aggressive guard and they push you to move whole sparing session. Spike (Prague)

Full disclosure: I am a member and have trained there for the past 8 years.
Mill Hill BJJ is a full time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) gym with classes in the morning, lunchtime, evening and weekends. There are classes for kids, juniors, adults and more. There is a very healthy mix of men and women of all sizes, ages and abilities. Classes are taught by highly experienced instructors. Beginners are introduced with fundamentals classes which gives a great grounding in this most fascinating and multi-faceted of martial arts, while those seeking more athletic pursuits can enjoy classes aimed at competition focused training.
BJJ training is more than simply about learning a martial art. BJJ is an all-consuming and addictive sport where you will meet people who become life-long training partners and friends. Atmosphere is important and at Mill Hill, the family vibe is strong. Try one class and I’m confident you will feel our friendly welcome.
