Love coming here for a workout with a friendly bunch of people and determined trainers. It's definitely a better and a more enjoyable workout than going to a gym, the added bonus is that you're training outside rather than in some sweaty gym.
At One Element, you decide your own intensity, so it really is suitable for anyone regardless of their level of fitness. I think they still offer a free trial for your first session, so give it a go!

An amazing workout and even better community! The sessions are tough but you leave full of endorphins and motivation. I noticed a big difference in my fitness in a short period of time. Everyone is so friendly and the post workout coffees/drinks are always a highlight!

One Element Dockland Sessions are a great way to get Fit in a fun outdoor Social Environment. I have felt a gradual increase in my fitness over the course of my time with OE Docklands. The trainers Rhea, Laura and Nate are great and the different workouts are really good to stay fit and workout outdoors in a fresh environment. Highly recommend!

Love coming to One Element. I am a beginner in my fitness journey and these sessions are great, very accommodating to all fitness levels.
The trainers are brilliant, with great advice for improving general fitness as well as exercises to accompany the sessions.
The social aspect to One Element really makes it the full package. Everyone is so friendly and the after session brunches / coffee is perfect on Saturday mornings!

I only done a few outdoor classes but they were all really fun and everyone is so supportive and encouraging to help get through the workouts. Rhea one of the trainers is also super friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fitness journey which is fun and social.

One Element classes are a great addition to the Docklands! All sessions can be adapted to accommodate varying fitness levels and the instructors are friendly, helpful and fun!
The group dynamic is fantastic and you are always encouraged by one another to push yourself to your limits. I have seen considerable improvements in both my fitness levels and general well-being.
The social element also adds to the experience with regular coffees, festivals and nationwide trips, there is always something going on!

The best outdoor workout sessions in London! I joined OE Docklands to help boost my fitness & stamina and Rhea helped me do exactly that. She is such an amazing trainer & definitely pushes you further than you’ve been which is incredible. Highly recommend!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have attended a number of online fitness sessions with One Element Docklands and have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them. The trainees Rhea and Laura are so encouraging and friendly yet also push me to work that extra bit harder which otherwise I wouldn’t do independently. These sessions are unique, varied and have honestly helped me throughout the lockdown period as I can work out easily from the comfort of my own home. I’ve become healthier and stronger as a result and I can’t wait to keep going. The team atmosphere has also been really special as I am an avid lover of team sports, which has been lacking in my weekly routine due to coronavirus. I also love that these classes are for all ages and abilities. I highly recommend!

OneElement has massively upgraded my fitness level. Both the instructors Rhea and Laura are both super encouraging and diversify the training session each week to keep them exciting and keep your body challenged. The feel of a community with outdoor session as well as online sessions during the lockdown has kept me mentally and physically stable and strong! The sessions are addictive because after a month in you will definitely see and feel the change and want more of the same endorphin rush :)

I love going to One Element! It's not only a great way to keep fit, but you meet lots of new people and it forms a great sense of community! Everyone encourages each other which is good for those who find going to the gym a bit daunting.
The trainer's are extremely supportive - if you have an injury, they’ll always help you to adapt different exercises so you don't miss out.
I’ve lost half a stone since joining and haven't looked back!
There is also a great social aspect from post coffee mornings on Saturdays to One Element Festival and an Annual Ski Trip.
I would definitely recommend One Element to anyone and everyone!

Amazing way to get reach your fitness goals away from the gym. Sessions are varied and accommodating to all levels with knowledgeable trainers who will guide you through your journey. I love coming to One Element sessions! Each week is different and coming multiple times a week you can really track your progress. I have noticed considerable improvements in my fitness already (in just a few months) and have even lost a waist size! Great way of exercising in the outdoors and meeting people at the same time - much better than being confined in a gym!

Joining OED this year has been an excellent way to keep fit, build up strength and continue to see people in a safe environment! It's one of the few things that are still possible during this pandemic, and having regular workout sessions with a great bunch of people has helped hugely. The members are super friendly & extremely encouraging, the scenery of Thames Barrier Park & the open air exercise is so exhilarating & the trainers are brilliant, helping all fitness levels work out to their best ability & improving our fitness in a short space of time. The post session coffee is a lovely wind down & a chance to catch up with everybody. I highly recommend joining!

I've trained with one element for over 6 months and they stand head and shoulders above anyone in this area. Primarily because the instructors are highly perceptive and constantly tweak and change the program with variances in weather, numbers and modify intensity to make a beginner feel welcome.
Often taking names is not fair on others involved in running it, but I couldn't leave a review without mentioning Rhea Patel, who juggles her hat as a trainer and an accountant with relative ease, makes everyone feel engaged.
