The trainers are brilliant. My coach, in combination with the attached Physiotherapy service, took into consideration my medical condition and transformed my body. I also joined the weekend Strongman class led by another one of the coaches.
The gym has top quality equipment, is in a great location and all staff are friendly and highly qualified.

I've moved to PerformancePro with my trainer when he changed the gym. Never looked back. All the necessary equipment is at place, not crowded, cosy soundtrack, conveniently located to walk, if you train early hours even free (out of control hours) parking available. Physio is available at the same location and I've found a therapist I'm comfortable with and she can communicate with my trainer directly - I find this very convenient. Also the pricing model is much to my liking - I tend to go to rather unplanned business trips for several weeks at a time and had to arrange shifting my sessions every time previously since the session allocation was on a monthly basis - now I pretty much use the same amount of sessions but without all the bureaucracy. Last but not least I'm still with my favourite trainer - I cannot recommend him enough.

Excellent trainers who work to your individual needs whatever your goals. Using the combination of the superb on site physios, and tailored core work in the gym with Dan, I've overcome previous back problems. Now, thanks to the individual care, he now focuses on increasing my overall general fitness and strength levels, whilst constantly being mindful of prior issues. Nutritional advice too has meant that I'm in better shape, and have better fitness levels, than 10 years ago! Sessions are always fun too, so that any stress is definitely busted by the end. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic training at Performance Pro. I felt completely supported as an athlete and throughout my time training there I stayed injury free and only continued to get stronger. My coach Rob was attentive and tailored a program exactly to fit my goals. My deadlift has virtually trebled since I started lifting and I have made plenty of progress in my other lifts. I feel I know much more about my body and how it works after training at Performance Pro. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Exceptional PT studio with great people, super smart trainers and a really great vibe. They have all the equipment you need and with only 6 people max training at any time its about as personal an unstressed as it can get.
Everyone is here to work and progress, lots of ego-less hard work and genuinely thoughtful coaching. I've trained in many places in London and USA and I've been lucky to have some great PT's, but Performance Pro is the best. If you are ready to commit and really make progress then this is the place to do it.
Having on-site physio is a real bonus too.

Have trained at PerformancePro for the past 1.5 yrs with Natasha. Before joining I've always struggled to keep up consistent PT for more than a couple months, but I now train with them regularly 2x per week - much thanks to Natasha. She is great at keeping me motivated and always with a smile. She designs programs that focus on long term results and core strength (not just quick, but unsustainable, results).
The space is relaxed with a friendly atmosphere without the typical aggressive sales push. Despite being a small space it rarely feels crowded.

I’ve been training with Will at Performance Pro for over 6 months now, and it’s been fab.
I’ve had a couple of injuries we’ve had to work around and I struggle at times with Rheumatoid Arthritis, but Will has found a way to keep the training interesting and fun! We started by correcting asymmetric movements and building the strength in my lower body with body weight exercises before moving on to weight training exercises.
The approach to training is scientific, personalised, fun and effective. Highly recommended!

Having suffered a massive calf injury, my physician directed me to Oxford Circus Physio for rehab, where they did an excellent job. My therapist Alice suggested a few sessions with Dan Boulle at Performance Pro to speed the recovery and strengthening process to get back towards full functionality. The experience with Dan and his highly professional team has been transformational - so much so that I'm now a regular. I'm back to 100% and more, and thoroughly enjoy my sessions at Performance Pro. I'm well past the point of rehab, having set new goals for strength, speed, fitness, and endurance, and Dan's guidance has been invaluable. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for an effective workout that has nothing to do with fitness fads (looking at you, ubiquitous "HIIT Pilates" studios) and everything to do with sports science, come here. Everything will be perfectly tailored to your goals and your particular strengths and weaknesses, and the trainers, although they all share the same no-BS empirical approach to fitness, each have different personalities and styles so that you can find a good match. I absolutely love working with my trainer, Will McAuley, who clearly loves what he does and really understands how to balance cutting-edge research with tried-and-true resistance training. He's also an excellent teacher and motivator and is highly articulate, which is an asset if you, like me, enjoy learning why a particular exercise or modification works or doesn't. And perhaps most importantly of all, his training simply works.

I would highly recommend Performance Pro Fitness if you really want to get results out of your training. I've trained with multiple trainers and friends over the years and it was only when I started training with Will McAuley that I realised some of the bad habits that I had developed over the years. All the trainers know their stuff, they are professional, friendly and there to help.

A great fitness center which caters for many needs - I use PPro primarily for personal training but have in the last year also used the physios, sports massages and cycling training. My trainer, Mat, knows how to drive a hard session with a demanding combination of weights and dynamic exercises - each session fits in nicely with the overall big picture demands of my bespoke programme (Mat's banter isn't too bad either).

Over that period we have worked out in numerous personal training gyms, but the facilities and more importantly the atmosphere at Performance Pro are the best I have experienced. Helpful trainers and very friendly. Not a great range of trainers though as they all look alike and offer similar training styles. Not one edgy or with something different as you would expect from a LONDON studio. It felt a little provincial and would have been more suited to the shires rather than 'edgy' London .

Being only 26 and having suffered from a bad back over the last few years and being a massive sports enthusiast, I decided to join Performance Pro to see if they could help to improve my deteriating lower back. In a period of 6 weeks, Mat Grove has made minor adjustments to the way I conduct my training, sports, and general life and my back and general body condition are in an excellent condition. I wouldn't think twice about bending over to pick something off the floor or lifting heavy weights or objects now. Performance Pro and Mat Grove is a place of sports/exercise professionalism, all the trainers are at the top of their game, all you have to do is look at them and it says enough. Having the onsite physio to help with any niggles is also a great benefit as what may seem like a major problem to yourself is only a tight muscle to the physio and this is easily rectified on site. If anyone is considering improving their day to day life or moving their training to the next level, this place is the best for it, they are really friendly, excellent atmosphere and will work around you to hit your goals and objectives.
