K. M.I’ve been training with Lucie for many years now and her creativity and ability to motivate is really special. You get such a wide variety of exercises which I find really helpful when I am travelling and not sure what equipment I will find in the hotel gym. She’s also always pushing you to try just a little bit more than you think you can (but you actually can do it) and so you progress far more quickly than you would on your own. Looking for the next many, many years of training with Lucie!
