Reviews of PureGym London Canary Wharf
S. R.
The gym itself is a very well equipped gym. It looks great and really fits the area it’s in. It’s very spacious on the ground floor, but first and minus one floor is a little on the right side due to its number of equipment. The changing rooms are spacious too and the gym is kept clean.
However, there is a down side to me personally. I drive everywhere so parking for this gym could have been handy. The nearest free parking is after 6:30pm and is 15mins walk away. They do have a 24hr payed car park 1 minute away though. Also it does get busy after 6pm (which is expected in most gyms), but it was too busy for my liking. The changing rooms have two size lockers. I use the bigger size one which they only had a handful of, and I resulted in squeezing all my stuff into the smaller locker.
But in general, I can not knock the gym itself. Credit is due where it is deserved, and the points I made was a negative point for myself and not all.
T. M.
Good gym, great machines on the upper level (I love a leg day here) also very good area for cardio and stretching on the ground level. Only downside is the weight room is a little narrow and cosy. All round a good gym
N. H.
Great gym. I got my membership one month ago and I am fully satisfied. The staff is friendly, it is clean and the members are nice and pleasant too. I would definitely recommend.
T. M.
It would be good if you could put some WD-40 (grease ( on the calves machine. And finally get a wide lat pull bar. Besides that all the rest are kinda cool.
C. A.
I like this gym for the equipment and classes. But i have to say the womens showers are terrible! It smells like old water as most people must decide to shower at home instead of use these terrible showers.
Feel like im having a prision shower. The shower head is placed soo high in the ladies showers that it mainly hits you in the head and face rather than your body.
The showers are the only thing i dislike about this gym and wish they gave them a makeover to improve them. As many more people would use them then
a. b.
All round good gym, great atmosphere and some amazing and helpful staff too. Staff member Lucy Carpenter always happy and very welcoming. All round pleasant experience.
S. H.
Has good equipment and lots of it. If you are looking for cardio machines I think you can come at pretty much any time and be ok. If you want to bench, squat or deadlift be prepared to wait or come at non-peak times.
M. R.
That feeling you get when after 1.5 years of plus membership you want try a new branch and you're told that you cannot: it's not for your (lower) level 😅. So after Commuting to get to it, I am facing the closed door and the patronising staff member telling me that because my home branch has a lower monthly subscription (by .. £3?) I am not allowed in. (Actually joining my branch is more expensive on their website).
Puregym, what the hell? Just let a dude visit a different 'more expensive' branch once in a while. What is that '200+ gyms available' statement about then?
M. H.
This is a well equipped gym. Clean and orderly environment. If you avoid the peak hours, you will get a very good workout without having to wait around. The range of equipments are awesome. Whatever you fancy!
A. M.
I had the best boatcamp class with Thomas Mallia yesterday. It was very energetic and fun. I enjoyed every bit of it and want to appreciate his professionalism throughout.
C. B.
Good gym, and great staff. Definitely recommend Ryan, if you need a personal trainer. He's fantastic!
P. H.
This gym as well as all the Pure Gyms is very well equipped. Although this may be a biased statement, the staff are brilliant and there for any questions you may have about usage of the facilities.
O. B.
A great gym located in the heart of Canary Wharf. Friendly staff and great quality equipement. You have complete autonomy from the moment you enter as it is all self service. There is a large window that is the length and height of the room with all the treadmills facing them.
S. V.
Nice gym but you need to wait your turn to use the equipments during peak hours.
M. H.
One of the larger gyms in the area, it has a good range of machines and plenty of options on site. Even during peak times there is always space to work out, and the changing routines after lockdown might keep the location less busy.
F. R.
I have multigym access to all puregym sites. This is a good size gym, however the downside is that it is split over 3 levels, with free weights being in the basement and the weight machines 2 floors up. Itd be better if they could be together.
D.
Really nice staff (especially Lucy who helped me a couple times as I had no idea where anything was). Lots of equipment and treadmills etc. Only downside is the weight area is a bit small, used to quite a few benches in other puregyms and this one has like 5 in that area, luckily I went off-peak.
M. F.
Really enjoyed my workout today. Nice gym with lovely bit of kit. Steph the PT in the gym is amazing , had a fantastic friendly approach and helped me out.
j. r.
Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommended!
By far the best facility around.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Special thanks to Tom.🙏
h.
Very decent gym with plenty of equipment but it's just a shame that there doesn't seem to be any working here after 5pm here. The air con has been broken for months and I've coincidentally caught more illnesses/colds in this time period - I've emailed the manager several times about this and nothing fixed so far (the personal trainers have also been complaining).
As a gym though, great when it's quiet but packed during rush hour times (around 130-150 people according to the app).
A. D.
Very well equipped gym, modern equipment, open 24/7.
J. F.
The Gentleman's locker rooms has a big hole on the wall in the bathroom under the urinals and it smells like a sewage!
The water fountain has been broken for over 2 weeks
N. J.
Good: Lots of benches, squat racks and machines. Don't use the classes, but there are two rooms for that and also a large section for crossfit stuff.
Bad: Changing rooms (can only speak for the men's), are low quality. They always smell (might be cleaned, but why not just have an automatic air freshener installed) and there is a drain fly infestation. There is a lack of positions in which to sort your hair out (space for 2 people at a time) and apart from 10 lockers, all the others are too tiny to fit a suit jacket in, which is illogical seeing as the gym is located in a business district.
Overall, decent gym for the money, but the changing room gives it a real budget feeling
T. P.
Great gym with amazing friendly instructors !The gym has got better with great leadership shown by the the manager Matt !!
A. T.
You get quite a good deal with the membership fee.
There’s more weights for the guys but slightly less machines for the ladies.
Access is easy, female changing room is clean, you can use studio space to workout when there’s no classes.
Evenings get a little busy and not quite enough floor space.
M. B.
I think Pure Gym is great value for money. Having been to other London locations which are often small and awkwardly laid out, this Canary Wharf branch is flooded with natural light and spacious enough to be fitted with a wide array of gym equipment, a running track and two studios for spinning and a larger one for other classes. They've also recently refitted the changing rooms, after listening to customer feedback, however management can be slow to act on general maintenance and repairs. It gets incredibly busy at peak times so be prepared to negotiate with other members on sharing equipment.
M. C.
This gym is great! They've added new equipments like Tyre flipping and a cross fit area, with air assault bikes and an area for medicine ball exercises. This place is great. It does get really busy in peak hours though, the best times to go are in the morning between 5 am - 10 am and after 9pm if you wanna be alone and get a real good work out in.
S.
Gym doesn't get less than 40 people during week days 4:30 to 5:30 which is to be expected, so sometimes you need to wait for equipment. Well kitted and plenty of staff to help out. More than enough lockers and room to change. DLR and Jubilee both within walking distance, DLR being closest and Jubilee 10 minutes away.
D. K.
There is a decent selection of equipment, but fairly limited free weights, so this is a gym for your average fitness enthusiast, and not for serious lifters. With only one platform with adjustable squat rack, you are guaranteed a long wait for your workout during busy hours. I'm a strength coach, and noticed several of the trainers teaching terrible technique, so buyer beware if you hire a trainer there. Also, there are signs everywhere to wipe down equipment after use, but there are no sanitizing sprays or towels to be found. Otherwise, the gym seems fairly well kept.
C. N.
I love Pure gym! It's not the closest Pure gym to me but I love that you have classes that are free once you are a member (depending on what membership you go for then determines how many free classes you get) I really wanted to get into shape so took the one that gives you access to all gyms and where you can sign into classes unlimited times! Happy to go back to Standard! I really got in shape when attending did ALOT of cycling classes and classes in general. Spent a lot of time on the cross trainer (with a little bit of rowing the most -hope that's what its called) and enjoyed it! Not a member anymore but hope yo jump back on it!
L. W.
Fell in love with the gym, now i am addict like many people here. Good atmosphere, well located.
Open 24/7 👍
Changing room, toilet, shower, everything clean. Special mention to the cleaning staff, you guys do a great job.
Ps : I am an ex gym hater 😂
D. B.
Downstairs has no music which is weird, but if you have headphones and don't mind a bit of a crowd at peak times it does the job!
A. S.
I've been at this Gym for the first time today to a class. The staff was very friendly. So much nicer, bigger and cheaper than my previous gym.
Very impressed.
A. C.
Well equipped gym, open 24/7. The classes are nice and engaging, I especially loved working out with my PT, Pavel, he really pushed me beyond my limits. 100% recommend this place, so sorry I can’t go there any more.

Best gym in the area if we consider quality to price relations. That's probably the reason why it gets crowded at times.
Only thing which bothers me is lack of paper towels in a gym, so sometimes you can hit the bench covered in someone's sweat, bit disgusting. Also mens toilets are not really clean most of the time - sometimes it smells really bad and on all the walls you can see those toilet moths flying and sitting around, which is not a nice thing. Besides that - lovely place to do the workout.
E. W.
Great location with plenty of equipment and machines. Plenty of natural light coming in and classes are excellent, and lots of personal trainers floating about should you wish to sign up with one. However, the men's changing rooms, toilets and shower are horrible! Constant smell of stale water, and drain flies crawling about - definitely needs a DEEP clean rather than just the staff that check them regularly. Its a bit disconcerting to clean in an area that has so many flies and a bad smell! Not sure if the ladies has this problem, but the men's are in dire need of pest control/deep cleaning.
****Update**** Have received an email from management of the gym advising that they are aware of the issue and it is being looked into - potential refurb of the showers being reviewed.
J. M.
Good gym that opens 24/7. The gym is always clean. Is expensive but if you need to go after work is always open that is a plus. The machines of food or drinks don't work very good. The machines of exercises are in good conditions.
C. Ö.
Gym is enough for a daily training. The only problem is high demand, the rush hours are pretty crowded. But the staff is lovely and helpful all the time. Cycling classes are amazing! Great value for what you pay for.
M. L.
Nice and modern gym, loads of classes to chose from.
It might not look like it from outside but it's really spacious and well equipped, I never have to wait for the machines, even though I come in pick times.
The only downside would, in my opinion, be pretty cold changing rooms, but I am hoping it gets better in the summer :)
D. L.
Layout is wide and spacious with more than enough equipment available. Staff are friendly and easy to locate if needs be. Men's changing room is a little small so can get cramped pretty quick.
Paying more than double the price of some other PureGym centres with it not being 24/7 like the other centres makes 0% sense to me.
j.
Very nicely kitted out gym, I do have some issues with it. Mainly there being only one drinking water fountain, I haven't been once where there isn't a 10+ line of people waiting to use it. Another one would be nice and also having a water bottle attachment making it easier to feel water bottles more than half way due to the angle.
The changing rooms and showers are'nt very private which isn't a big deal (pretty standard for puregym)but one or 2 private ones would be nice. At the very least a hook on the toilet doors to hang up clothing for those who don't want to get naked and change in front of 20 other people.
C. D.
PureGym is a great modern facility with a large range of equipment.the are both static machines and free wieghts...one of my favourite aspects is that it is a twenty four hour seven days a week gym which means you can go any time day or night.I might find it hard to sleep on night so just go for a workout and burn some energy off. The facilities are clean, modern and well maintained . I am not sure how disabled people get access out of hour but think this is possible.one good thing is you can get a membership for one PureGym and then use any other around the country, which is great if you travel.not all pure gyms are equal tho and facilities at one may not be available at another. The showers and toilets are spacious and kept clean at Canary wharf.membership includes a choice of daily free/ inclusive classes which I really like.Canary wharf gym has a lack of both free car parking and cycle parking but there is a paid for option near by. Be careful as the classes get booked up quickly and you need higher level memberships to get priority. The Canary wharf gym has a huge exercises studio with a great wooden floor and mirrors. This makes it ideal for practicing dance .see pictures.
D. P.
Great gym but I put 3 stars because it can often be overcrowded - not the best for social distancing and for following a workout routine. Setting a max amount of people entering the gym would be ideal
C. W.
EDIT: The toilet area has now been cleaned thoroughly and repainted. The fly issue looks to be gone. They've also added two power-racks. I've amended my rating to reflect as this basically alleviates my complaints, and as far as you'll get for £30 a month or whatever it is you'll struggle to find a great one in the centre of London.
The men's toilet area has been infested with flies for months now. The gym is also subscribed well beyond reasonable capacity, meaning that even during off peak times you'll be hard pressed to access barbell free-weights. Staff are friendly, but that's all there is going for this gym.
O. S.
I am giving the gym 5 stars because of the price, flexibility and options available. For a very cheap free you have basically all the machinery and weights you need as a guy. Plenty of cardio machines and loads of space for core work outs etc. They have two sets of all free weights as well as loads of benches, two Smith machines and two squat racks. It's not fancy with a spa or pool but has everything you need in good quality. No need for 6 month contracts either as you can go monthly and easiest way to sign up and cancel. Love this place for a pure work out.
S. P.
Best gym ever! It’s plenty of space, 24 hours open, plenty of equipment, many classes you can attend along the week, no limits and the staff is approachable and ready to help you with anything you might need. It’s really close to DLR line what is perfect!
I really enjoy every time I go! :)
A. M.
A good budget gym - plenty of equipment is a great positive, especially 2 stairmasters, several squat racks and 2 Smith machines. Nobody uses a towel as it is not provided. Try to go during off peak times(you can check on website how busy it is).
K. C.
Average gym. The free-weight area is a bit cramped but there is a large open space at the front that you could use instead if you do not need a bench. The mens changing rooms and shower area is fairly large
C. I.
I trained with Steven for about a year and I didn't find only a personal trainer, but a motivator and inspiration too.
He is great,he makes specific training for each clients.
Even if I'm not training with him a the moment,I plan my sessions on what he taught me and all the tables he prepared for me.
He really knows how to motivate people and how to always take them out of their comfort zone.
I highly recommend him to the most beginner with gym trainings to really fit people getting ready for fitness body competitions.
D.
Decent sized gym with plenty of treadmills and new weight lifting equipment, not too crowded at peak time. Unfortunately this gym closes at 10pm which is a shame as you'd expect it to be 24 hour since it's the most expensive gym in the country. Overall very good.
T. M.
Great location, great gym. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can get busy after 5pm but that's down to the lower price that attracts more people than the expensive gyms.
S. G.
I thought i'd add my 2 cents here as some of the reviews seem to be rating the gym on what it's not, rather than what it is. I don't want a gym with extra facilities, i just want a cheap gym that isn't too busy and has enough equipment so I can do the essentials and this fits the bill.
I go first thing in the morning when it opens and its quiet enough that I can always do whatever exercise i want without having to wait. I've seen a comment about the bench here and it's true there is only one but there are 3 racks and plenty of benches downstairs that can potentially be used for that so i don't see it as an issue.
The price is good considering where it is located even if it is one of the more expensive branches. As for the opening times, its open at convenient times for me so although its not 24 hours like other Pure Gyms, its not an issue.
The gym generally seems pretty clean and tidy to me but i cant comment on shower facilities as i don't use them. You will still get the inconsiderate muppets who don't rack their weights after use or rearrange the plates in any old order but I guess this problem would exist anywhere.
v. p.
Only been here during the weekend a few times and It's not very crowded, which is great. Need to work on keeping changing rooms a bit cleaner and it's annoying they don't provide you with towels like they do in Aldgate. Although it's common sense, there are way too many people who do do use towel while working out! (as consequence the mats in the studio are not great!)
S. C.
Great value, has everything you need
I. S.
Before I met Steve I was what you call a gym plodder been working out for years with moderate gains at first but then very little happening, if anything gaining weight in all the wrong places. I knew a little about good foods but was largely ignorant and in a rut. I wanted to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat but wasn’t sure how and at 44 years old not an easy task.
I read Steve’s profile was impressed with what I read and how he had transformed his own body he is one of the few trainers I saw that was genuinely passionate about his clients goals and not about earning money.
I decided to take the plunge and seek his guidance on exercise and specifically diet which I was largely ignorant of. Best decision ever made!!
I have been following closely his diet and training schedules and we achieved exactly what he said I would. All in the space of just over six months.
In the initial phase I bulked to gain 5kg of muscle!! Following that I have been through my first cutting phase and lost 8% body fat!!! This is just one cycle and I am aiming to achieve even greater gains with lower body fat in the near future.
My recommendation, take the plunge he really knows what he is talking about and will make a difference to your goals!
J. J.
The gym is good depending on what you want to do there, where for those who just want to keep fit/lose weight there are great options especially the classes that run.
When thinking about fitness and the craze of Cross Fit, many have left those gyms to come to a general one and with this those members will want to do squats and deadlifts; however they're let down as the free weights area is too small and gets extremely crowded. This is a shame as some women come in the free wights area, but with it being cramped with many men they get put off and mainly end up doing cardio. The space they have the cardio equipment in is a complete waste, as the treadmills are pretty much empty apart from an hour at lunch and an hour after work.
It would be great if this gym chain were proactive understanding fitness desires of people, feeling they should invest in more half racks and change the layout due to the growing desire for people to want to do lifting rather than cardio - Even some staff agree with this!
This gym chain is nice and clean, however they need to move away from the old fitness fashion of cardio and think about what most people are being exposed to now, which is Cross Fit and lifting.
S. C.
Always jammed at 7pm Tuesday but after 8pm is a sweet spot
E. C.
Cheap and decent gym near the Wharf. Gets really crowded after work, and is pretty full most other times as well. Book in advance or come at off times.
C. B.
Good gym, solid amount of equipment. Gets very busy, particularly after work. The smell of sweat regularly assaults you as you enter but that's a gym so what else do you expect...
S. A.
It's ok as gyms go, can be crowded at times so best to plan what you're doing workout wise to be time efficient no cleaning items provided so not very hygienic although the staff have been observed to do cleaning routine
G.
The gym itself is nice and there are some very good classes. Still, a few things could be improved such as the change rooms and showers. Also the cleaning is not super
E. 1.
Steven is amazing. I have been working out with him at least once - twice a week for 2 years now and can only recommend him. He is experienced, super knowledgeable and motivating. I have problems with my balance, and he has been tailoring our programme to my needs so I have vastly improved. You could not find a better personal trainer anywhere.
X.
Really going to miss this gym, not the best in the world but for a reasonable fees and a multitude of equipment...even in the busy periods still a multitude of equipments to use. I've moved homes so I will not be attending there anymore 😥
S. D.
Nice Gym in canary wharf area. Loads of machines and equipments.
Good: Cheap, 24/7 open, good clean machines
Bad: can get really crowded in peak hours
Overall 4 stars for the place, location and service.
H. S. A.
Steven is an absolute genius and knows exactly how to help people achieve their goals. I have been training with him for a couple of months now and the sessions keep getting more productive, informative, enjoyable and effective. Having hated going to the gym for years, I now thoroughly enjoy working out and look forward to my sessions with Steven. He also helped me set up a diet plan and religiously monitors my progress. I couldn't recommend him enough for his expertise in the subject matter and his dedication towards it. I look forward to continuing my training with Steven.
L. D. L.
Very nice gym, often is just too crowded.
Have to go at 6am in order to use all the machines with little to no problem.
S. L.
I have been training with Steven for many years now. I find him very engaging and patient with my ever changing goals which differs from rehab to weight loss to strengthening. All the different programs that he creates for me takes into account my dietary requirements and ability to find time to exercise and the ultimate goals i want to achieve.
To date, i have never missed a goal which we set for me and the challenges are made easier with his unique style of motivating through laughter. If you are seeking a personal trainer, i could not put him in higher regard.
P. M. F.
I just started going there, the place is lovely, all equipment are just fine. My only issues is the place but can be very crowded Specially in the beginning of the work around evening time. Best working out time will be daylight and over the weekend.
H. N.
Very nice and clean facilities. Good location and good price for what you get. Has 3 floors: cardio, machines, and freeweights area The best time to go is off peak hours and make sure to bring a towel because most people don't
D. R.
They have all needful equipment for a workout, it's always clean inside.
Cons: At specific times it's overcrowded and if you are perfectionist you can find a lot of small unfixed things that could be easily fixed by the staff.
H. T.
Can't fault the gym one bit. For the price it has everything you need, good location, and machines a-plenty. Some odd platforms that aren't used and quite frankly wasted, but that doesn't take away the fact that it is a well equipped, no frills, £35 a month gym.
M. R.
Best value for money. Pretty crowded however and there's some maintenance going on but shouldn't be a problem for the long term. also open 24/7 so it's pretty good for its price and it's also very clean
D. A.
Excellent gym and never full. Yes it's not posh gym but what do people expect for the money. Best budget one I've used around wharf.
N. Z.
Love this gym. Whilst a slightly more expensive branch of the PureGym chain, it is still a v affordable gym which is open 24 hours and kept pristine and well stocked with all your #gymbro needs
c. V.
Best gym in this area. Budged friendly and loaded with equipment
W. T.
You get what you pay for! Very very affordable, no frills gym with all the equipment you need. Strange amount of flies in the men’s changing room though
A. G.
A clean gym with everything you need for your workout!
M.
In the beginning I was a whopping 22% body fat. After training with Steven I am now a mere 11.4%! Only through Steven’s tailor made training programs, detailed nutrition plans and expert advice was this possible!
With Steven’s help and support, I have seen fantastic results in muscle gain, fat loss and overall shape and posture.
Steven has helped me to literally turn my life around in terms of health and wellbeing and a much better body. Choosing Steven as my trainer is one of the best life decisions I have ever made.
Thanks Steven!
K. A.
Great gym near west India quays. Lots of cardio equipment and machine for body workout. Spacious free weight section as well. Opened 24hrs which is great
t. t.
Great location and decent stocked gym. Weight room could be a little bit bigger and would be good if free parking avai;able. Is 24hrs an advantage.
n. e.
I love this center. It is spacious and lighting is really great and good number of equipments. Did I say spacious? Yes spacious. Didn't feel squeezed in and have to deal with all the smell of sweat. Really spacious (I said it again).
V. N.
Great gym facilities, with 5 work out areas. Good cleaning system in place
M.N.Ali

Very good Gym and pool. Great staff and friendly environment and affordable. Definitely recommend
I have been member more than 10 years
J.
Pleasantly surprised . I joined here
Mainly because I need to have a shower before work but was greatly and pleasantly surprise with the quality of the premises, lockers and the automatic door system .! Definitely perfect for me!
M.
Good selection of machines, gets quite busy at peak times and mens changing rooms can be bit grotty but overall good value for the location. Good classes too
T.
Good gym, gets quite busy at certain times. I wish they had woodway treadmills or assault curved treadmills. Overall decent gym
N. A.
I was reasonably fit when I met Steve but had the desire to take it to the next level and Steve has been helping me do just that (It's been 8-10 months). He has been in the business for many many years so his knowledge is unparalleled. He pushes me hard and mixes the exercises around to keep the body guessing and extracting the best out of the work out. I'll recommend Steve any day.
E. H.
Not too busy good experience good amount of free weights and machines
J. P.
I like this gym, here you've got almost everything you need to make a good workout! The only one problem - during the year of 2016 I've listened many promises that they are gonna work for 24/7, but it's still working till 7 p.m on weekdays which is quite uncomfortable :(
H. W.
Good clean gym. Everything you need, decent classes, good value. Most of gym is wheelchair accessible.
W. D.
Everything is new and reasonable well maintained. Not perfect but the value for money can't be beat. Virgin active is 5 times the prices with inferior facilities except the pool.
j. z.
Great gym, but don't go between 16:00 - 20:00 on weekdays you will just be queuing for a space to work out.
N. A.
Nice big gym, well kitted out. Although i went in off peak hours- it was reasonably busy and I would say its prob best branch in London.
A. C.
Great set of equipments. Can get very busy during peak times so I try to go during the more quiet hours. 24 hours opening is a fantastic addition.
D. C.
Very cramped gym just outside of canary wharf, but does the job. Membership here I believe is half the price to the next available public gym in the wharf, so it does get very busy here.
S. p.
Good spacious gym with all the equipment you need. Only issue is that it isn't set up in the most conducive way for super sets
L. H.
Very spacious, loads of free weights, good atmosphere. Entrance is strange, feels like you're entering a submarine and showers are not the cleanest.
J. E.
Great gym and lovely members/staff. Highly recommended for a fraction of what other gyms cost locally.
J. S.
Has all of the essentials and some great classes. Quite busy just before and after work as you'd expect so best to go mid morning or mid afternoon if you want shorter waits
A. Š.
It's ok.
J. S.
Great gym, open 24 hours a day, price is reasonable but could be a little more flexible on day passes for friends
K. J.
The only reason I didn't rate it 5, as shower room facilities aren't very nice. Same with lockers, you need your own padlock to use the locker.
L. A.
Fantastic...it’s always a pleasure to visit this gym...stuff is well trained, super friendly and helpful, personal trainers are very experienced
M. Z.
Thanks to the extremely nice cleaning lady, who tried to help me out with getting my membership and letting me using the showers while she was cleaning.
This made deserve a good bonus.
J. L.
Not as big as other Puregym places but it has a wide variety of machines and different types of weights
A. A.
Great gym! it smells a bit at peak times and their music is not that great but you can avoid that with headphones.
C. W.
Gym gets very busy after work, always struggle to have a quick, effective workout, usually have to compromise on exercises. Usually queues for the water fountain, of which there's only one.
M. M.
Brilliant local gym. Open 24 hours a day. So always available and open whenever you need. Not bad price too.
J. W.
Great gym at a great price - pretty busy at peak times but that's just coz it's such good value!
S. J.
To the people that steal in this gym: You are pathetic! You took my socks ! I mean, you can afford a gym membership but can't afford a pair of socks ?! Really....?! No security at all!
R. G. (.
Lots of machines for lots of people, always super busy, but it's OK for the price you pay, temperature is good and music is also good!
F. M.
Badly designed men's changing area with the toilets at front before you get to lockers/showers, combined with bad ventilation there's always a horrible smell! Needless to say try and avoid the changing area When possible
B. Z.
This is a nice gym near to my home in canary wharf with a lot of equipment and very nice spaces, prices and programms are very flexible,i was in puregym in east acton and also in piccadilly, this one is my favorite, the only problem is that the personal they are not strict to people to use towels, they should not allowed to workout without a towel.A nice gym to price ratio.
J. C.
Nice clean gym, good staff. A little bit on the small side. But not bad gym.
M.
Great classes. Good opening times and always able to jump on a machine. Instructors are very keen for feedback.
j. N.
I worked with Steven my Personal Trainer when I was preparing for my wedding, his dedication and knowledge help me tremendously to achieve my goal. I would highly recommend Steven.
J. S.
Love PureGyms and Canary Wharf is my favourite. Inexpensive, great equipment and great staff. I love you Puregym Canary Wharf.
I. C.

The showers could do with an upgrade.
L. D.
Very good temporary membership options. i was only in london for a few weeks and found it very modern and a great place to go and train.
C. d. R.
Small gym. Only one of each machine type. Close to work and affordable which were the key selling points for me
G. B.
Not bad as quality/price, new equipment but not too much, surely needed more especially as busy as it is!!
E. A.
