I completed my beginners training at Springhealth a couple of years ago and it was the best experience. Everyone was so patient and encouraging. I felt safe and there's no ego at the studio (even some people were just so skilled!!) They have what you need at the studio so it is v easy for beginners to get stuck in, learn and sweat!! I haven't continued as I moved away and I honestly couldn't find a place as brilliant - the passionate and friendly people there. when I went to a drop in class at another studio, they had asked if I was 'professionally train' though my kicks are still stubby 😅. Thank you so much for being great 🥰

I had 1:1 private kickboxing sessions with Aaron. Sessions were tailored to my needs and goals with clear instruction and feedback. He was always punctual and positive. I learnt a lot in a short period of time. I always left feeling uplifted and ready to start my work day. It was very easy to arrange sessions. The facility has matted flooring and changing facilities. There were also clean gloves and hand wraps available for me to borrow. This is a good place to train at and you feel at ease in the environment.

A great kickboxing gym with a family type of vibes! I have learnt so much in my 3 years there, the teachers are great and help you to push yourself above and beyond what you thought were your limits. If you want to learn some kickboxing or just improve your fitness, don't hesitate and join the Springhealth family, you won't regret it!

Amazing gym to learn kick boxing. I went there two years ago to try a kick boxing class for free and I never left. Audi and his team are great people: very friendly, patient, always smiling, always helping, and giving you advice. If you want to exercise, have fun while doing it, and learn art martial, go there.

I go to their tabata sessions and always feel great afterwards. There's always a mixture of people of all age groups and fitness levels and there's a real sense of community at this gym. The instructors are friendly, attentive, and motivating. Come in for a free trial session!

Gotta love this gym. A great friendly and safe atmosphere down there. Audi Kinga Has been running Spring Health with my brother Alex Lawson (the owner) for many years now. The standards of tuition are 2nd to none within the catchment area. Get down there for a kick-ass workout ;o)

I come for Tabata which is a great, challenging full-body work out. Really friendly reception staff (they are so nice) and the instructors are very motivating whilst pushing you hard! They take care with technique and are very professional so you feel looked after.

The place is great - it has all the necessary equipment for a full, heavy workout. The gym has style and appeal which is also important for a quality training. It's also close to my place which is another plus.
