Such an awesome gym - really recommend! I spent years going to a range of different fitness classes and studios across London, where you were an anonymous number, in often very dark rooms! I love being part of the W10 community where all the trainers know your name, your goals, and how to best motivate you towards those goals, even when the going gets tough. Also love having the heartrate monitors, which are displayed at the front of the class so I know how hard I’m pushing. I set a personal goal of a 100kg deadlift when I joined, and with their support, reached it in less than 2 months - thanks W10 team ♥️

I know it's their tagline but I've genuinely never been in better shape in my life. Within a month of joining, I lost 5% body fat. I only joined in 2019 because it was the most convenient option (the prices made me have a serious think!) but now I'm glad I didn't sign up to another chain gym. I've never been as strong or fit in my life, and I had been going to gyms for a few years doing HIIT/Body Pump etc. I also personally hate 1:1 training, so group PT is the perfect level of attention.
The trainers are incredible, engaging and all have their own extensive fitness backgrounds (literal Olympians, pro athletes and circus performers). Their knowledge also lets them tweak exercises if you're injured to keep them challenging but safe. If you're already seriously fit, they go to the next level and do personal programming to make sure you're continuously improving.
They also do heaps of social events and keep friendly competition alive (optional, of course).
I could go on about all the great things they offer but all I can say is if you're thinking about taking the plunge - just do it.

I absolutely LOVE being a member of W10 - I have never experienced a gym like it before. The first thing that strikes you is how friendly and welcoming absolutely everyone there is and you immediately feel comfortable. The workouts are different every time so it’s impossible to get bored and the trainers make sure every single session is tailored exactly to your own personal needs. They go above and beyond to help you towards your own goals and all of them have a wealth of knowledge and experience so you know you’re in good hands. I recommend W10 absolutely wholeheartedly!!!!

I’ve been coming a couple of years and the results have been good. It’s not cheap but small group PT is less than (and arguably better than!) having a single personal trainer. Quality place overall and strong sense of community.

Fantastic PT gym! The staff are all brilliant! Really knowledgable, approachable and great at keeping you motivated and on track! Great community feel to the place, social activities and some really good classes on offer to supplement the PT sessions. The only gym I’ve ever managed to get up at 6am for!!!

In a word; transformational. I was never into going to the gym, I preferred playing sport. But having been training at W10 for 3+ years now, I have never been in better shape, physically, mentally and nutritionally. The trainers are among the best in the business, providing very personal and tailored support with a smile. I had a significant shoulder injury and they kept me going through it, working around the problem and rehabilitating me to the point where now I'm completely pain free and stronger than ever. If you had asked me a couple of years ago that I would enjoy the gym I would have laughed it off! W10 has become a part of my daily routine. Been a member here for 2 years. As a personal trainer myself, it is always important to train in an atmosphere where you feel you are progressing and learning every time you go.
The atmosphere is electric, the coaches superb and it has a really nice community feel. All the members are very friendly and make new people feel welcome right away.

I have been a member of W10 now for over 2 years, which is unbelievable, as I swore never to join a gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and make you work hard ensuring great results in a friendly environment. Ok where to start. 😀
W10 is a place where I go to train since 2016 if I am not mistaken.
If thinking to join W10 it is the best place to start your fitness. All team is very profetional and knowleageble. They won't make you perform any of the main movement without proper coaching and time invested in you.
The money is completly 100% worth it and if you are comitted to the program and follow what you are advised you will feel and see the results immediately (within a Month definitly)
Training is very fun and results orientated.
They have different classes to do too which are focused on different performance you want to get better at. (strength, cardio, endurance)
I personaly like to go there because is very relaxing enviroment and I can stay in my world for a couple of hours or so. The team there is really nice and they do a lot of socialising events too. For example in 2018 we climbed mount kilimajaro togeter (10 of us) which was unforgettable experience.
So long story short W10 is a place where profetionalis, knowledge and fun meets under the same roof.
