Amazing gym, for the first time I’ve found somewhere that I enjoy going to and have stuck at. The class format means every session is different, the time flies and I’m really noticing the difference in both how I look and feel. All the trainers are super friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Good range of class times and availiability, so worth the money!

I’ve really been struggling with my fitness the last few months and even though I had a gym membership before, I really struggled motivating myself to go. Since joining YourZone45, I book at least 2-3 sessions a week and get excited to book them because I know I’ll enjoy them and I come out feeling fitter/ mood lifted. I don’t see myself going back to a normal gym again, this works a lot better with my schedule and stops me from slacking on my exercise. Hats off to the team behind it, all the trainers are really skilled, organization is spotless and can tell the training is all up to date and effective.

I started personal training with Adrienne she is very encouraging and keeps me motivated throughout the sessions. Unfortunately she is moving but I have really enjoyed training with her. All the trainers have extensive knowledge of sports science and take into account any medical conditions you have whilst providing you with exercises that are safe but challenging so as the weeks go by you can see your improvement.. I now take classes regularly and it is brilliant to push yourself to new limits in only 45 minutes I am burning around 500-600 calories which is wicked, much better than wasting time in a regular gym. I have no regrets in the slightest about choosing YourZone45 over all the other gyms in the area I highly recommend it, the atmosphere is friendly and they are dedicated to helping you reach your goals

I have been to many gym places and never really found a reason to stay but with yz45, you have an amazing community and brilliant coaches who motivates you to do your best each and every session. I myself find it very helpful whenever they push you to exceed your limits and everyday you get stronger. I wouldn't have gotten fitter if it weren't for these amazing coaches (Adri, Benny and Jeff). I have been a member at YZ45 for the last 2 years, attending 5-6 classes per week, I can safely say that it's my absolute favourite type of work out, every class is different but just as complete, challenging and enjoyable as the previous one. I love training at yourzone 45, its always a challenge and you can push yourself as hard as you want to, the trainers are great at motivating and the workout are always varied. Its lovely and clean and the place has a great community. There is also the option to purchase a myzone belt which records your workout which encourages you to push yourself further. Highly recommend!!

For years I've struggled with working out to achieve the body I've always wanted because I would go to normal gyms and do exercises like everyone else but not knowing exactly what I was doing, if I was doing it right and not seeing any changes in my physique which lead to lack of motivation to push myself and ending up not going for weeks or cancelling my membership. YourZone45 Colliers Wood has changed my life! I wish I knew about this place ages ago. I joined in April 2021 and I've already noticed a huge change not only in my physique but also health wise I feel great, mentally refreshed and a lot more active! The coaches there know exactly how to push you to achieve what you want. They are dedicated professionals always willing to help with tips and advice, and I enjoy each and every class, as they are all different! At first, it may be quite a shock to your body if you're not used to HIIT classes but give it a week and you'll be addicted! There is a great vibe when you enter the studio and you feel part of a community working out together to achieve personal goals with the help of a PT! I would definitely recommend this place if you need that motivation and looking to keep fit and healthy!

Joining this gym was one of the best decisions and investments that I made in my life. I HIGHLY recommend it! I still remember the first time I tried it and thought there’s no way I can do this… 2,5 years later, I literally became obsessed, I completely changed my lifestyle, lost 20kg, learned about fitness, training, strength and met amazing trainers and members. Jeff and his team are just awesome, you can tell that they really care and are passionate. Last year and this year have been tough on them, yet they kept encouraging their members, gave them support and tried everything to keep us engaged. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at this gym, the heart rate monitor/professional trainers really encouraged and motivated me throughout and I definitely noticed results. Very friendly team who where welcoming and chatty! I left this gym as I moved out of London, but I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Best gym I have ever joined!! Truly personal and motivational training programs and trainers! Ps I lost my hair tie on my way in, Jeff magically produced a new one for me to use!! Imagine if you were going to those normal gyms you probably have to either head home or train in your crazy hair mode!

I joined YZ45 in October 2019 after years of going to other gyms and doing loads of exercise but never getting the results I wanted. I initially joined on their 6 week programme, but very quickly signed up full time. I got results in that 6 weeks I have never had anywhere else, no matter how many diets I did or how much exercise I did. Jeff and the team are a great bunch of people and know everyone by name and how to motivate everyone individually. The classes are great, really hard work but enjoyable. They have changed my diet and exercise regime for life - thank you YZ45 for an amazing gym experience!

A fantastic place to exercise, for all levels of fitness. It has a supportive and friendly atmosphere, it never feels intimidating and the trainers are all lovely, and keep you motivated. The workouts are always enjoyable and don't get boring, as well as burning plenty of calories! A big thanks to Jeff and the team!

Great gym to be a member of - Jeff and the whole team are friendly and the atmosphere in classes is always great. You get encouraged to push yourself to the max. Really convenient 45 minute sessions which can slot into your day and you definitely feel it afterwards! I’ve lost some fat, I’m building muscle and having fun doing it!

Great gym just 5 mins down the road from South Wimbledon station, very fun and very motivating. I am not overly fit and quite new to exercise, but I felt completely comfortable training here. The workouts allow you to improve over time or are challenging if you are already an avid gym user. Everyone is really friendly here, and makes sure you get the most out of every visit. I sometimes take my baby to the lunchtime class which is a real bonus as it's so hard to find a baby friendly workout like this.

Before YourZone45 in Colliers Wood, I wasn't a gym go-er. I was always a member of a gym but could never bring myself to go. YourZone45 is a completely different way of getting fit. They have c. 60 classes a week to choose from, and every day they're slightly different. All classes are 45-47 minutes and the trainers are brilliant. Jeff, who runs the gym really pushes you to go harder, faster and makes you feel like you've got a personal trainer even though there's a few other people in the class. Overall, a fantastic way to get into the gym and get fit - great trainers, great music and great monthly challenges. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a gym that provides workouts that are fun, tough enough to make you sweat (a lot!), and get results (of course when combined with a good diet!) then YourZone45 Colliers Wood is your place. At first I was hesitant about joining YZ45 thinking that perhaps the workouts might be repetitive, whereas they are anything but! I've been going for almost 2 months now and don't think I've done the same workout twice. Not only do I really enjoy the workouts, but I've found that I am getting stronger and fitter. The trainers are great and it's a friendly, supportive environment to workout in.

I love YZ45! Small group, intensive focus and form correction - it's noticed when I'm not there and I really need that accountability. Really good variety of workouts and regular switch ups means that it's hasn't got boring or formulaic. Having such small groups also means that there's a really good team atmosphere and we all encourage each other. I've found YZ45 really good value and it's helping me push towards my fitness goals. Class times are super convenient as well and I can do it around work and school drop offs. Result!

I have been meaning to shout about my new found love. This is coming from a gym hater paying guilt money each month without going near enough for years. I found by accident your Zone 45 and it has been a match made in heaven. They do a different Hitt sequence each day combining machines with floor stuff. You wear a heart monitor which appears on the big screen so you know exactly how you are doing. The owner Jeff and the Trainers knows everyone's name. I was thinking of hiring a personal trainer to get me back on track but this has been perfect. For the first time in my life I put on a bikini on holiday. The inches have literally fallen off me. My clothes are all loose. I am now addicted to it and get such a buzz, allowing me to run my home and business well. Sorry for going on. This place is epic. The training is fast paced and your calorie loss is accurately recorded. Trainers are highly skilled at motivating anyone, no matter where they are in their level of fitness- it is well worth the money. It’s been 1 year since I started at YourZone45 Colliers Wood and I still love it just as much as I did when I started! I’m not usually one for going to classes, as I like to go the gym, work hard, no faffing and then get on with my day, YourZone45 let’s me do just this! It gives me my workout, so I don’t have to worry about planning my own, has trainers who motivate and correct my technique and using the heart rate monitor system allows me to monitor my effort and make sure I work hard so every workout counts!
