Zoe is a brilliant personal trainer who motivates you in a positive way to reach your goals. She pushes you when needed but never over the edge. Best of all, she is a genuinely fab person who makes you feel great about working out. Nothing more needed!

I was training with Zoe whilst at University studying Performing Arts/Dance and she was the best thing that happened to me! Not only is she knowledgable, encouraging and professional, she is a friend who you could chat to if you are feeling down about your journey or in need of a laugh whilst training. I love how Zoe also holds you accountable for your own training and builds a plan for your programme outside of the one to one sessions. Training with Zoe was also crucial to the rehabilitation of an injury. She adapted exercises, made sessions specific to my injury and checked in regularly. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to join Zoe's family!
