As a coach myself , I have quite high standards on who I choose to teach me something . Ade takes great pride in his team whether you are a fighter or not and gives you the attention you need . There is quite a personal element to this gym and you aren't treat like a number . I feel truly honoured to be part of such a team under a fantastic coach.
