Amazing- cheap- fully equipped- nice people and atmosphere - cant go wrong
D. S.Huge selection of plate loaded equipmentand free weights. Cardio area up stairs. Always clean an well maintained. Polite, friendly, and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone in the area who's serious about training.
P. H.I've given it 5 stars cos it's my sort of place. It might not have a swimming pool or a sauna but to be fair for £14 a month they've got everything you need for body building/ toning and I'm pretty sure they have a personal trainer too. The opening hours are brilliant, 7am - 9pm and 7-5 at weekend.
S. I.Great place, really knowledgeable staff, committed people go to this gym. It's clean, friendly and full of hard working people. Mainly a guy's gym but the occasional female goes in (I went a few times but now been given free gym with work), or else I would've gone back. Try it. You won't regret it.
