Darren Pyefinch really knows his stuff when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I went to his fitness studio for the first time today. He has some fabulous kit to analyse your current fitness levels and then target the areas that need improvement as a bespoke program. Very impressive.

The encouragement and support that you get from Darren is brilliant he is 100% dedicated to his clients.
With Darren not only do you learn about fitness you also learn about nutrition.

I have been training with Darren for just over 18 months. I was not in a good place approaching my 50th birthday. Started training with Darren back in October 2018. Within 12 months I had made consistent fat loss combined with significant strength gains - shedding 20+kilos (mostly fat). One reason is that Darren is also interested in the science associated with nutrition and developing muscle growth both of which contribute to weight loss - and adopts technology to measure a range of factors that combine to provide feedback on how you are progressing and general health - the results from which help to motivate and seek further improvements.
The other factor is Darren himself - very human (for a PT) - doesn’t take himself too seriously - but knows how to push and motivate, makes the training part interesting and has a wealth of knowledge and experience + not afraid to train with you.
Highly recommended if you are looking for that ‘something different’ from what personal trainers normally offer and looking for a return on your investment.

Looking at his biometric gear he can help anyone to get back in shape without doing any damage to your body. I'd highly recommend Darren as a personal trainer. He’s very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I wanted to lose weight, and within a month I'd dropped almost a stone - oh and I did it with no exercise - because Darren knows what he's talking about. Unconventional? Maybe, but I think Darren has an insight into the industry that isn't necessarily sexy or accepted, but it delivers despite the attempts of gyms and corporations that are promoting outdated and more generally accepted methods of improving your body shape. Darren is a pro. Literally, a pro. The guy walks the walk and competes to a very high level - because that's what he wants to do. If that's not what you want to do, fine, but you can listen to Darren because he really knows his stuff and uses it successfully himself. Highly recommended. Thanks!
