Came here for my daughters 10th birthday as she loves anything like this.. and she LOVED it and so did her sister. Her sister is a very nervous child when it comes to anything like this completely opposite to my oldest, however it was amazing to see her fear at the beginning turn to pride as she was doing it after realising she was safe. Was great being able to see her confidence grow in just one session.

It's much better now than it was before. It's been titivated....added extra lights, alot more things to do in ways of arcades, mini bowling etc which pays out in ticket voucher where you can redeem for small prizes at the kiosk. Great for young'ns & teenagers.

Brilliant day for the kids but very pricey to get in and play for an hour when you have more then one child. Refreshments are very over priced and service is very slow (mainly due to high demand). Not enough seats downstairs for parents to sit down so majority of parents were having to sit on the floor. Has lockers to store trainers etc using £1 which is returned to you. Girls toilet upstairs was flooded and baring in mind the kids are only wearing socks when playing it is not ideal. Over all I probably would return but this would have to be a very rare treat since we spent £65 with in 2 hours which was £12 per child per hour of play (I have 2 son's) £2 per drink of juice (Inc small slush) and lunch.

Staff are great and the climbing walls are quality. It's just such a shame that the place is so expensive. It's £10 / £12.50 for the walls (depending on age), then an additional £14 for the inflatables, followed by £4 a go for the zip wire (£6 if you go twice). Cafe overcharge too. It's just money, money, money. Doubt we'll go back simply based on the cost of taking two kids. Shame it's not just a case of a set price per child as you go in and then they can go in what they want once they're in there. We'd make a regular thing of it if that was the case and end up probably spending more in the long term.

Great activities for kids and adults who like climbing or want to try something different. Staff are helpful and polite.

Love this place.
An hour of challenging, fun and exciting climbing walls.
Being my two kids regularly and they always leave ready for bed. Great exercise at a really good price.

This was my first time back after lock down, staff constantly cleaning and lots of hand sanitizer available. Due to reducing the amount of people allowed in at once, means no waiting around to go on the equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it.

Kids love it but it's not cheap. Lads on the clip and climb were great but a miserable receptionist with long dark hair not the welcome that you'd like or expect .
Bog standard get your eyes taken out for extras suck as leap of faith and sky track. Could afford this only once in a while with 2 kids.

We had a lovely visit to clip n climb inside inflate space in Benton business park.
There is a confusing sign beside the metro bridge. Ignore it the entrance road is long and is between the hospital and railway bridge further north.
The party size was limited to 6, the safety video was amended for COVID. There were three staff all wearing masks to help clip the children in and out. A new development on me was you can clip yourself in or out. This made it more interactive, so instead of sitting nursing a tea or coffee for an hour, we got to interact with the children and whichever board or challenge they wanted to go on. I preferred this, more family activity than child activity.

My daughter Jennifer loves it here.
Auto belays aren't my thing though.
I'm an experienced/qualified lead climber and there's no facility to do that here 😒

Lots of different walls to try suitable for adults and kids as varying difficulties. They left us waiting a long time for the briefing though which cut into climbing time
