The best studio with the best instructors. Ley has a wealth of knowledge, is dedicated to training safely but is also able to push you to achieve your goals. A welcoming, inclusive, friendly and relaxed studio, I wouldn’t train anywhere else.

A truly inclusive and supportive space to learn both Pole and aerial. All the instructors are extremely knowledgable which has taken my aerial ability to the next level. It's a gorgeous space with tonnes of height, which is really hard to find. Without a doubt the best studio around!

Excellent studio, all the instructors are super friendly, and the beginners courses in both aerial hoop and pole dance are comprehensive enough to get you feeling confident in what you're doing! Can't describe enough how supportive the atmosphere is in these classes, do yourself a favour and sign up!

Love, love, love coming here - best studio in Newcastle by far! From the tall poles (which you won't find elsewhere in the city) and cushioned floors to the highly-trained, patient and supportive teachers, there's everything you need to start your pole journey, or safely progress to the next level. There are a great choice of classes through the week too, including flex and aerial hoop. The monthly passes are excellent value as you can do as many classes as you wish. Ley and her teachers really care about their students and the fact that there's always a familiar face here is a testament to that. It's not in the city centre, so while it may not offer the immediate convenience of other pole studios, parking is super cheap, right on the doorstep, and Byker Metro station isn't too far away. It's totally worth the journey!

This is the best place to learn pole and aerial, aswell as increase both your strength and flexibility. Ley, Jadine and Amy are blooming fantastic, couldn't ask for better instructors or people. If you want to learn amazing things in a great environment, this is the place to be. I can't recommend this place enough, it's taken me too long to try and say how brilliant this place is in so few words.

I signed up for a block booking and enjoyed.it so much requested 1 2 1 private lessons with Ley. She is an excellent teacher making the classes fun and inclusive. There's a great atmosphere in her studio and I would highly recommend Poleguns to anyone. Give it a go and I bet you won't regret it.

Ley Poleguns is one of the most passionate pole instructors in the north east. She always puts 100% into her lessons, will push you to be the best you can be, to achieve things that you thought you couldn't and give you the confidence that you thought you didn't have. Signing up for lessons at Poleguns is like signing up to being part of a new family. Everyone who attends lessons at Poleguns are your friends, there is no pretence and what you see is what you get, and you only get what you put in. The words 'I can't do it' or 'I'm not good enough' do not exist at Poleguns, Ley will get you to do it and encourage you all the way through your pole journey till you realise that, yes, you are good enough. You will not regret signing up.
