3rd week in to the the 28 day challenge and loving it, the trainers are fantastic and really motivate you. I have for the first time in my life I've caught the exercise bug. There are people of all different levels and honestly the gym has a great vibe! Best decision I’ve made for a while

I've just finished the last session of my 6 week challenge at The Fitness Rooms and can honestly say it's one of the best things I've ever done. The meal plan has got me eating more food and helped me to reduce my stomach tablets (doctor approved), I've got more energy, motivation, and generally just feeling fitter. I've still got a long way to go, but for once it seems achievable.
I was assigned Laura Parker as my accountability coach for the duration. She's really knowledgeable and has always been available for support, advice and to answer questions. Her sessions have had a huge variety, tough, but ultimately fun.
The gym has a fantastic atmosphere and EVERYONE wants you to succeed in your goals. It's not just the trainers, it's the other members too. It really rubs off on you and motivates you to keep going.
I can't recommend this place enough, they've really created something special here. If you're thinking about doing the challenge or joining, do it. You honestly won't regret it.

I’m currently doing the 42 day lock down challenge which is being run by the awesome team at The Fitness Rooms. The platform, workouts, advice and support has been outstanding. I find it really hard to workout on my own and this has provided the perfect combination to enable me to do so. The workouts are awesome and I love the support provided by the team and the wider community. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to focus on their health and fitness during isolation.

This place has changed my life... really it has! I signed up to an 8 week transition fitness challenge, doing bootcamps, understanding flexible dieting, having an accountability coach to teach me things that were essential to changing life long habits. I lost 17lbs and 10cm off my waist, I couldn’t be happier. But what I’m happiest about, is how I’ve now continued this journey effortlessly because everything about it is enjoyable. The fitness rooms has great facilities for every type of fitness you want to do, the people (staff and clients) are so lovely, David is always walking the floor and making sure everyone is happy, all of the personal trainers are supportive and helpful. Damien was my accountability coach for the 8 weeks and his attention to detail along with everything else was a huge part of why I’ve continued to do sessions with him alongside attending bootcamps to maintain my fitness levels and become stronger. Highly recommend the transition challenge and the gym overall...once you start going you’ll not stop!

Joined for the 6 week challenge in July, have just finished it. The bootcamp classes are enjoyable while pushing you to your limit. Have seen great personal results. All trainers are very knowledgeable and will help you out. Not your normal gym, have signed up for good and will continue to go and improve fitness while enjoying myself.

The trainers are amazing. Just finished the 8 week bootcamp and have signed on for a year more. Totally worth it if you are wanting to get into shape. They don't make it easy but by pushing myself I've seen my own potential. Laura's bootcamps are intense but absolutely mint, doesn't let you give up on yourself. Craig, my accountability coach, has been fantastic with encouragement and support. I feel great about myself and it has helped my climbing no end. #findyourstrong

Just finished my 8 week challenge at the fitness rooms and have signed up for a years membership for the group weight training and cardio bootcamps. Really enjoy all the classes. Something different every time and go over really quickly. The trainers always help me with my technique doing the group weight training. Had Damien as my accountability coach, gave me a choice of how I wanted to approach dieting and was always available to give me advice about food and exercise. Lost 8 pounds over the 8 weeks thanks to Damien and the classes . Definitely looking more toned and feel a lot fitter generally!

Can't thank the Fitness Rooms and Damien enough. I've proper enjoyed the last 8 weeks and there is no getting rid of me now. Damien had really helped me stay on track and feel confident going to boot camp and working out what to eat (Protien and calories), it's been so helpful, feel like I'm back on the right track. I can sometimes be a proper shy but these past 8 weeks have given me so much confidence and I've found myself really enjoying it. having that extra support from Damie as my accountability coach has helped so much so thank you! You've been great! Tbh the confidence I've gained the last few weeks out does the physical changes for me even though I'm well chuffed with them.

Absolutely incredible gym. It has a vast amount of equipment. This is the kind of gym I have been waiting for.
