I have been a member of Hitzone Northampton for some 18 months and have genuinely loved every session. The instructors are amazing and encourage and inspire you every step of the way. There is no pressure and everyone works at their own level. Every session is different but always enjoyable. Suzy, who runs Northampton, is so friendly and supportive and all members, without exception, are the same. Please come and try it - you’ll definitely not regret your decision!
