Fantastic gym and body balance classes of Pilates, Yoga and t'ai chi three times a week for losing weight within your first few months of classes. For body balance classes you have to bring your own Yoga mat due to hygiene reasons.

I use this for squash only so can not comment on the other amenities, However the squash courts are decent and always available if you pre book. Staff are helpful, albeit sometimes absent because they are chatting, but overall a nice experience and would recommend. I have used the cinema once too and it was spot on. Not very busy either which is nice as you don't have to worry too much about munching 😁

Gym is good plenty of kit to use and its all modern. Just be aware you must enter you registration at Reception if you are using the car park.

Decent gym for the money from what I've seen, as I only play squash here. Not very busy, helpful staff. We are parking at Weston Favell which is across the street. Good gym to have in your neighbourhood.

Staff always seems friendly. The gym can get a little crowded but is fairly well managed. The forum is a decent little cinema for the price, but aim to sit in the middle. Only downside is the parking when busy. The staff manage it but it can get bad.

Amazing value for money. Great little trip to the gym today and it wasn't busy at all. In the main hall the CV equipment has been laid out for ease of use and to keep sufficient space from one another. Lots of happy smiley faces in the gym today which is an absolute delight to witness!

What a great venue, was working here performing another Magicdave show in the cinema. The staff here are very helpful and supportive. There was loads of events on to keep children happy and entertained. The cinema is great for family trips as there is no rip off catering on site, meaning no overpriced popcorn! Great gym and pool facilities too

The facilities seem very good. We booked a badminton court. It's a tiled floor so a bit hard on the legs and feet compared to a sprung wooden floor but OK. Parking was a pain. Had to park in the shopping centre car park across the road.

Great Gym on a Saturday morning. I pay as I go and its very reasonable. Kids play squash here and the coaching is excellent highly recommend and they can start early in the Juniors

Bit small not much equipment and atmosphere very wired . No one talks ??? 🤔 Equipment they do have ,when it breaks you are pretty much knackered as only one of each machine. Not bad for local gym definitely better and cheaper elsewhere

I think the price for their service looks promising at first but what you get is just about on par. The sauna hasn't been available for a very long time. Most movies at cinema are for kids or for niche market, blockbusters are rare. However you do get racket sports and swimming. So all in all I think the 3* score is fair. Budget bracket Gym.

Nice place for leisure and sport . Very good conditions for badminton . Lightings are little strong .Nice and friendly staff. Changing room is clean and tidy all time. Available parking places for free.

Dissapointed in the new equipment and change around. Too much of the same thing just in a different form. Steppers are stuck in the corner where it seems a bit dull and a little hard to read the instruction panel. The bikes and x trainers are that close together now that holding the side bar is even closer together than before you could be holding hands. I like a little space to myself when working out not feeling like I could be sat on someones lap. Could have been a bit better thought out.

Watch the parking here.My husband entered our registration incorrectly into the machine..he put a T where there should have been a L.We rapidly received a fine for 120 pounds,which on appeal they kindly !!!!! reduced to 20 pounds & on further complaining they have waived ! Wouldn't have minded but we were the only car in there,they had a photo of the car including the registration plate which all backed up my other halfs explanation !

I much prefer the one at Duston but changed to this one as easier to get to with traffic ect. Not bad, i go off peak so usually no problem getting on equipment. Please get some more boxing gloves!!!! Only one pair and they are quite worn and stink. Really puts me off using them, even hand sanitizer doesn't help,I have to go out to wash my hands.
