I would highly recommend this fitness class. Catherine is very welcoming to all abilities and ages, tailoring each exercise to ensure everyone gets the most out of it. I don’t enjoy going to the gym, but Catherine makes exercise fun. There are classes in the evening and daytime depending on what time of day you can make. Plus I get to spend time with my parents and make new friends.

Catherine runs a great class with lots of variety each week so there is no chance of getting bored. There's always a mix of cardio and strength training and the class is suitable for all levels of ability. I have noticed a positive change in my muscle tone and fitness in the year that I have been going. Catherine also has plenty of time for each person in her class - and even spent some time investigating a question I asked her once, which I was very grateful for. If you're thinking about going, give it a try! It will be worth it.

It can be quite daunting going to a class for the first time, but Catherine's classes are really welcoming. You work hard, but completely at your own pace and level of fitness. It's fun, everyone is friendly and I feel good for it every week!

I highly recommend these classes, I have been going to AWOL for just over a year now, I recommended Cathrine to my friends and family as the session are very fun and focused.
Every week is different, Catherine takes the time explain how and why we do the exercise and what areas of the body we are working ( trust me we are working them). Cathrine will always ensure you are carrying out the exercise correctly.
I have gained so much confidence in joining these classes that me and my friends have challenged ourselves to the MoonWalk in May, ( something I know I would have never done with out the help of Catherine pushing me and proving that anyone can achieve anything).

This class is the best class I have been to. You can go with a friend, but will feel equally welcome on your own. Catherine makes sure you exercising safely at all times, and working as hard as you can. This is a fun class where no one will judge your fitness or ability. We are all there to do our best and enjoy.

Bootcamp has really helped me improve my fitness and stamina. Catherine always has time for everyone and makes us all feel at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. You can go at your own pace and there is no pressure to during the session. I always feel it's been worthwhile to attend, most of all it's a fun way to get fit.

I have never found a class I enjoy so much. Catherine is very knowledgeable , encouraging and fun. Her classes are so varied that you would never get bored. No one judges you and you get out of it as much as you put in, so no pressure to do more than you feel comfortable with...give it a go, first session is free so nothing to lose.....

Catherine ensures that everyone in the group maximises their own potential. No 2 weeks are the same so its never boring, however Catherine always gives clear instructions to ensure that your technique is correct in order to get the most out of each exercise. Highly recommended.

If you told me I'd be going to and enjoying a weekly boot camp group exercise session every week a few months ago I definitely wouldn't have believed you. Thankfully for my fitness AWOL has changed that! Catherine is great, incredibly welcoming and really works hard to create classes with variety that don't focus on one area and also have exercises that can easily be adapted for your fitness/capabilities. She runs a very supportive and friendly boot camp group that I can't recommend enough.

I would highly recommend this class! I had never done anything like this before I joined but Catherine was so welcoming and before I knew it I was hooked! Every week she has a new set of exercises and challenges for you and clearly explains and shows you what to do, tailoring them for everyone's abilities. Give it a go - you won't regret it!

Anybody who knows that their ratio of eating vs. exercise is out of balance should come and join this exercise group, whether you need to lose a lot of weight, or just need to tone up? Friendly (non-clique group of 12 - 20 people) all ages welcome with a 70% v 30% split (female v male). Lycra & leotards unnecessary (for the boys)! 😀 Catherine is professional, encouraging & super-supportive. She makes exercise fun, easy-to-follow, yet demanding. I'd highly recommend this class whatever your fitness level. Why not come & join us (free 1st session, only £5 thereafter).
