P. G.This is a fantastic little gym! Excellent equipment, clean and really friendly and helpful staff. I wanted a small gym where I could go and not be diturbed and just do my thing and this ticked all those boxes. Very good value and there is never anymore than 4-5 people at any time but usually just myself and my music! I'm gutted I am moving otherwise this would be my forever gym!
T. S.Great facility and lovely people. What I love the most about this gym is the atmosphere with great parking and aircon facilities.. There’s always someone around to help you. The gym membership is great value for money as you are not locked into a contract like some other gyms.
S. S.Have been a member of NHF gym for the last few months now and could not be happier. Facilities are perfect, and it has all the equipment you need. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I joined after leaving another gym nearby due to their lack of air conditioning and poor cleanliness, and I could not be happier at NHF, their air con works and it is always spotlessly clean! The biggest selling point for me is that it is a private gym, so it’s always quiet and you’re not fighting others for a piece of equipment. Definitely is a hidden gem in the centre of Norwich!

The fact it is a private gym means the members are respectful, equipment is put away properly, there is always equipment available and it is evident the staff really care about the facility.
