Tom is the absolute best PT out there. I came to him with an injury at the start and he was so supportive and caring, helping me to build exercise back into my routine and keeping me accountable. I became so much more confident with exercise and also in myself more generally. I cannot thank him enough for helping me to achieve my goals whilst having so much fun along the way! I always really looked forward to our sessions and check ins. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to lose weight or improve their fitness!

I've been going to Tom's Tuesday bootcamps for around 6 months now and would definitely recommend! I was a bit out of practice and hadn't attended any group sessions for a while so was a bit nervous. But the sessions suit all abilities and you can take it at your own pace, there's a real mix of ages that come along too. There's always something different each week so keeps it nice and varied. If you're feeling a bit nervous about exercise this is a great way to get back on track in a nice supportive environment.

I love Tom’s bootcamps! Everyone is very friendly and Tom is always full of encouragement, makes sure you are doing the exercises properly, and offers great advice on keeping healthy. I originally started going just once a week, but have enjoyed it so much I go twice, sometimes more. I feel better, stronger and more agile since starting, and my back issues have almost disappeared! I have been working with TBH since Jan 2022. Tom has been a great trainer, offering insight and support when needed and pushing me when needed. Seriously. If you want to kick start your new year, or anytime (like me!) I can't recommend this enough. You will have improved physical health, mental health, have a better relationship with food and you might even lose a few inches and pounds to go with it! It’s a great community to be involved in too.

Tom’s bootcamps are great; he’s a lovely guy, very encouraging and always on hand to help with form and technique. The exercises are different each time, keeping it fresh and helping with progress.
The sessions are suitable for varying fitness levels and there’s a really nice mix of people that attend.

I was so nervous about joining the Bootcamp but Tom reassured me that everything would be fine and he was absolutely right. The group is lovely, so supportive and such a friendly bunch of people. A mix of abilities and Tom will always encourage and provide great advice on technique and working towards your end goal; every week’s workout is different which makes it more enjoyable and a challenge. My fitness has definitely improved and I’ve grown in confidence and ability. Would highly recommend Tom and would encourage anyone thinking about coming along to give it a try!

Having been overweight and lacking in confidence I had given up on trying to do anything about it. But then I contacted Tom and started my journey with TBH. Over the last 5 months my twice weekly personal training sessions with Tom have been so motivational and also fun. He immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I am capable of getting fit and healthy again. With each session I could feel myself getting fitter and Tom always makes sure I am pushing beyond what I felt was my limit. He is so encouraging and really made me feel at ease. His knowledge of exercise and diet is extensive and most of all he really cares.
I have now lost 2 stone and 9 lb and I am confident enough to exercise with others at the TBH bootcamp twice weekly. Tom has created a lovely community of people here all with the same goal of keeping fit and healthy. And it's fun too!
For anyone hesitating, as I was, give Tom a call. You won't regret it!

I've been going to TBH for over a year now and is such a great Bootcamp. Its really relaxed and Tom makes everyone feel welcome, along with everyone else. Love TBH bootcamps. I’ve struggled to find a fitness class that I’ve enjoyed and felt comfortable in but Tom makes each session interesting and challenging, with every day having a different theme, and changing exercises each week. The group is friending, welcoming and encouraging. My fitness levels have increased and I feel happier and more confident in myself. I genuinely look forward to my bootcamp visits.

In my 40s and have been WFH since lockdown and really needed to do something fitness related but not a gym person at all so gave this a try. I started to attend a session once a week to get out in the fresh air and I find the group very friendly and Tom is very encouraging but caters for your individual capabilities at the same time. Each bootcamp is different and Tom keeps everyone motivated throughout the session.

I never go without and I still get to live my life to the fullest whilst losing weight! TBH has honestly changed my outlook on my own fitness and health. Tom’s is the first bootcamp I’ve ever been to and I would highly recommend him. Cheerful, positive, knowledgeable and motivating, he makes everyone feel welcome and supported. Exercising outdoors with a friendly bunch of bootcampers of all abilities makes it fun. Tom provides a good range of equipment and challenge and each week is different. With a choice of sessions four days a week, its a fantastic flexible option to fit in a good workout around busy lives.

I’m relatively new to the bootcamp sessions and it’s been a while since I’ve done any exercise so I wasn’t sure if this was for me but I love it and dare I say…I look forward to each session!
Tom is fantastic. Knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and always has a “surprise” up his sleeve to push us that little bit further.
There’s a great social element to the sessions and group banter is an added benefit! To anyone not sure if it’s for them, just give it a whirl! You won’t regret it.

I have trained with multiple PTs in the past, but Tom has to be the best of the best. Patient, knowledgeable, and makes the sessions fly by and not even realise the hardwork you are putting in. I have been seeing Tom since January on a one to one basis, once a week and recently started his bootcamp classes. From a PT perspective he keeps it fresh every week and pushes me while having a laugh. In the bootcamp classes, he mixes up the exercises and makes it accessible to all abilities. I started seeing Tom just after Christmas. At this point I was having to leave the top button of my work trousers open due to them not fitting! I’ve been training with Tom for 12 weeks now, prior to which I had struggled to maintain my fitness. Tom has had such a positive impact, delivering training in a fun but challenging way and keeping me focused on my goals. After 12 weeks, I’ve lost two stone (28 pounds) and my body fat percentage has dropped by a third. Under more normal times, the training being delivered at home was a big win and removed many of the barriers I’d struggled with before. If you’re looking to for a personal trainer, I can not recommend Tom highly enough.

I love Tom's bootcamp. You work very hard but you have great fun. It's a supportive, friendly group with a lot of encouragement from Tom. He explains everything clearly and helps you with the exercises. You feel the burn, it definitely works!

Tom inspires the whole group every session. We are at varying levels of fitness and ages but that makes it that much more fun! He encourages and tweeks our technique. The only downside is he can't count so a 60 second round is often more like 90 😀. If you are tempted by bootcamp give it a go you won't regret it.

Many thanks for helping me with my journey on my weight loss. Having started on January 02. 2021 i have currently lost 1 stone and 4 pounds. this has been very easy following your plan. Admittedly I have followed it to the letter of the law with the help from my wife. There has been some weeks that went wrong due to Holidays and a big 50 birthday but getting back into it is so easy as the results show each week. I have mainly lost between 1 or 2 pound per week. The plan is easy to follow with all weights and measurements included. The meals are well balanced and I have never felt hungry afterwards. A decent breakfast to start the day with some healthy snacks to carry you through to lunch. A great lunch leaving you not to full leaving you feeling lethargic for the afternoon. A little sweet treat in the afternoon to pep you up to get to your evening meal. Then a satisfying meal to end the day. Each day was different and never felt as if you were eating the same thing each and everyday.
