Today, the new experience provided by EMS training,it was totally something different for me, a different muscle stimulation, which is referred to as the electrical muscle stimulation system (EMS). I am very impressed with how this system affects the work of muscles. MEON EMS is a higher level of training. Amazing experience. Professional and very friendly service, you just have to come and everything will be waiting for you. Personal trainer who will guide you step by step, supplementation before and after training, clean towels, drinking water and a shower after exercise. The training ends with a wonderful relaxing and lymphatic massage. Anyone can try it, a person who plays sports and a person who does not have the condition. I recommend it very highly

Hi Meon EMS Definitely worth to try. A very friendly team is there to help you With all u need on your work out session 30 min of full body work out is absolutely brilliant option for these who got no time. I have got tennis elbow on both arms very painful Which dose restrict me with most exercises But with Meon EMS I was able to do a proper session without straining my joints Great results really recommend.

Great experience! Short training, great effects. After short training I feel a kick of the energy for the rest of the day. Next day my body feels like after a hard training so I give myself couple of days to regenerate. Nice friendly atmosphere. I go there with my wife and our two years old son. While me and my wife are doing our training he is well looked after and has plenty of fun too.

Not normally the type to leave reviews but really wanted to for this. I had to give this a try as I struggle to find the time to workout, and just 2 x 30 min sessions a week is a real win for me. The trainers are really positive and friendly which makes going a pleasure. The technology really works as I feel it all over each time. 5 stars from start to finish. Great alternative to the gym training for everybody, especially for seniors, people with injuries etc. You barely need any weights to stimulate your muscles. I'm a body builder and I was quite skeptical about the EMS but after my first session I got DOMS in glutes and biceps. To be honest I don't even remember when I had DOMS in those 2 muscle groups despite long dedicated hardcore sessions in the gym. Truly amazing. The facility has all the things you can ask for so you don't need to bring anything with you. In and out within 30 minutes. WOW The EMS training is something new, something different and definitely worth trying and I mean it. Thanks guys :)

I had my first EMS training session and they made an effort to explain the process, benefits, technology and even the cleaning process. The facilities are absolutely stunning here. A fully personalised training using the latest EMS tech. I hav the only seen the suits that are connected with cables and need to get wet before using. This on the other hand is fully wireless and gives full freedom to do almost anythig. The trainers were superb and makes sure you are comfortable while pushing you to your best. After a 20 min session, I fell like I had the biggest day in the gym ever. If you don't have the time and want a fully tailored 1 - to - 1 experience and facilities that match, this is the way to do it.

What a great experience, I’ve never had a workout like the one I’ve had here. Firstly, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the facilities were very good, clean, and well laid out. Before the workout I was asked a series of questions on my health and history of exercise. This helped them to gauge how fit I was and where to start in terms of intensity of exercise. I was then given a suit to change into that enabled the EMS system to work. I started off with a warmup to get my body warm and muscles ready, then proceeded to the actual EMS system workout. Wow, I’ve never felt anything like it, my muscles were working, and I didn’t have to do anything drastic. But more importantly, I was doing multiple body parts at the same time, and all it took was a different posture change and my trainer altering the EMS system on his device. I ended up doing 20 minutes, but it felt like I did well over an hour, and my muscles ached, but in a good way. One thing I’ve realised is there is no cheating doing this, whereas in the gym you can relax or do things incorrectly and not get the right results. It’s been a couple days and my muscles are still pumped and, in some areas, never been. I really recommend this place, not just because it’s a great place to go to but because it’s the future of exercise.

When I first heard about this system via a friend, I struggled to believe how this could all be true - as an avid gym goer, how was it possible for a full body work out to be done in 20 minutes? I though that this was just another quick money making technology scam promising people the world.... I couldn't of been MORE WRONG! From the moment of entering, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, my goals were understood and the training began. I was blown away by how this suit and stimulations were making each of my muscles working, they say seeing is believing - in this case it is feeling is believing! I was astonished that it literally does what it says it does! The best thing about the training is the incredible handsfree massage that you are given at the end of the training to help you wind down and feel amazing. I noticed changes to my body within 2 days. This is the best training that i could ever have signed up to and I will continue to do. Thank you to everyone at the studio who made my visit so welcome and opened my eyes to such a short, time effective training session that has given me a new lease of life, confidence and health!

This is truly next level training. If you think you normally train hard, whether that's cardio or weight training then you need to experience this EMS training. I train daily to a competitive level and after only doing a 30 minutes session of 10 seconds interval sets with 10 seconds rest in between each on a bike, battle rope, rubber band, pad work and planks I started experiencing Dom's 8 hours later in my triceps, biceps and quads plus i felt drained like I'd done an intensive 2 hour session! If you are an elite level Sportsman then this is a must for you. If you really hate gyms and are unsure in the gym environment plus have little time or desire for the gym but want to work out effectively then this is definitely for you.

Fantastic experience. I did my demo session with Troy and I loved it I am still feeling it 2 days later! The guys are so knowledgeable and it's a real learning experience not just taking you through a work our but explaining why and what it helps. The supplements are given all natural and again with full explanation of what and why. It's very detailed and everything is built around making us feel comfortable with what we're doing. Today was my first time being introduced to EMS impulse training. The staff are fantastic and make you feel at home straight away. They are very enthusiastic about what they do, which flows straight into you as a client. I am a personal trainer myself but they really put me through the works and was a huge eye opener to a new style of training I highly recommend to anyone who is going through rehab work and for weight lifters such as myself, as from the first session you can feel the benefits I will 100% return to these guys and I fully recommend to try it out no matter what level you are currently at

I had booked the trial session because my work colleague recommended the studio. I had my trial session, and I loved it! I bought 24 sessions in total, and three sessions are done already. The most important is that I can bring my daughter with me and she can do exercise as well. Now, I started two sesion in a week, and I feel more focused on results. You can feel there that you are essential to the crew; everyone is smiling and motivates you to work harder. Highly recommend. If you have any questions, you can make a trial session and ask ask ask. Then You can make a decision.

Where else are you going to get a quality low-impact but killer 30 minute workout with FAST results, complimentary supplements before workout and massage and lymphatic draining session afterwards AND delicious protein shake??!! They also provide nutritional advice and help you track your goals. These guys are the most amazing people and I will be a client as long as I reside in the UK!
