I had problems walking up and down stairs because of my knees. I can now go and down stairs quickly. I am nearly 60 and I feel fitter and healthier then I have in years. The gym members are very helpful. I gelt a bit intimated by how huge and muscular some of them are but they are the nicest people you could wish to meet.

I've been working out regularly at Morgans gym for the last four months on the VIP programme and absolutely love it. The staff and PT trainers are amazing. They are always very welcoming to everyone and so supportive. I'm learning loads about how to use all of the equipment and weights effectively and the VIP hit sessions are loads of fun. There's loads of advice available on the best nutrition for your goals and regular contact with the team to keep you on track. The gym is a really friendly environment, not as intimidating as some gyms I've tried. I would highly recommend Morgans to anyone.

I have recently completed the 6 week challenge,( including the 4 week maintenance plan) and I am really pleased with the results as I achieved my goal. Whilst the diet was quite challenging ( I'm done with green veg!) I found it relatively easy to stick to as it's only for 6 weeks. My coach-Amy, gave great support and encouragement throughout the 6 weeks. The VIP gym classes were excellent as were the trainers ( mine were Darren, Lee and Chris) as they are passionate about fitness and wanting everyone to do well and every gym session was different, so you weren't bored with the same routines.
I would highly recommend this diet/fitness plan to anyone wishing to lose weight and/or get fit! Although I've finished the plan, I'm motivated to continue my weight loss journey!

John and his team are amazing and provide brilliant workouts, advice and support WHENEVER it is needed - and it’s always done with a smile! If you really want to get excellent results in a friendly and supportive environment, I would definitely recommend Morgans Gym! I did the 6 week VIP challenge, losing 22lbs and 6.3% body fat ... and I am staying with Morgans to continue on my fitness journey. I joined Morgan’s gym 6 weeks ago when I started a six week VIP challenge. It was definitely the best decision I have made all year. I am now 25 ibs lighter, which is amazing but feel so much healthier and happier than I have for as long as I can remember. Can’t praise the entire team at Morgan’s gym enough for their support throughout the program. The trainers are all amazing and although the sessions have been challenging I’ve enjoyed every single one thanks to their encouragement and ridiculous energy. I would recommend the gym whether on the VIP program or not.

I have just completed the 6 week challenge at Morgan's gym. I successfully completed the challenge and lost 22.3lb and 2% body fat. I am over the moon with my result, I feel so much healthier and all my clothes are feeling much more loose. I have been with the gym for 2 years. Doing the VIP classes and really enjoy them. All the staff are really friendly and the coaches encourage you and motivate you, Is a really great team and the other VIPs and other gym users are really friendly and like one big family.
When the gym shut, I wondered what I was going to do for the 12 weeks .John and Gemma who own Morgans gyms decided to run a 12 week get fit and maintain. Which was lovely, had to do 4 workouts in a week and also John would give out eating plans for the month and tips for nutritional value. Which was fantastic the workouts were on Facebook and then on Zoom. John would explain each workout and if you had any trouble you could do an easier option. They were fun , and hardwork. If you had any issues with any workout, or menu plan John and Gemma was always a message away and always get back to you.
Can't wait to get back to the gym and see everyone again, Morgans gym is fantastic.

I have been a member of Morgans gym for 9+ years and have always loved it and found it to be a friendly, accepting gym. During lockdown John and Gemma have gone over and above to keep their members and others motivated, fit and healthy. I joined their 12 week challenge and lost 6.25 kg and 30cm. This is the first plan I have managed to stick to, the food has been great and the exercise plans have kept me going throughout. During lockdown the 4 week - and now 8 week - challenge has been a lifeline. John and Gemma are very motivating and really do make you think about your health and fitness choices. I’ve loved all the workouts and there is a family feel to the gym. Darren, Lee and Kris are also fab trainers when the gym is open. I definitely recommend their workouts!
I would recommend Morgan’s Plymouth unreservedly. Taking part in challenges is a great way to keep on track. If you haven’t given it a go, you should! What have you got to lose? Apart from weight!

Never been one for gyms,either get bored or disheartened by them but Morgans was like a breathe of fresh air,a totally different approach i feel so much healthier and have a good respect for the trainers employed there. I have never liked gyms!! But I discovered Morgans in October 2018 as they were advertising a 6 week challlenge and I thought I'd give it a go... Amazing!! During the 6 weeks I was welcomed as part of the family, groups of like minded people looking to shift a few pounds get healthier and learn about diet and fitness. After shifting 8lb and more than 10%body fat I was hooked. Their set up, support and training is second to none... For the first time in my life I can go into a gym and use all of the equipment... Even the weights!! And this is all down to their amazing team of trainers! Ive learned so much about a healthy diet and how and what to eat when training, and how to make the most of my time in the gym. Then covid struck ... But as always John and Gemma stepped up! They have provided amazing online support, daily workout sessions, further meal plans and even more challenges. 👍They have been amazing at keeping us all motivated during the past few months and with a further few lbs shifted rather than gained and a new way of working out I'm feeling fitter and healthier than ever... My first visit today and I was greeted by Darren at reception who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Darren went above and beyond to help me and is a credit to the gym. A huge range of equipment and lots of work going on so can't wait to see the big changes yet to come from an already extensive range! I highly recommend Morgan's gym for all your fitness needs

Whether its weight loss, toning, strength training or improving general fitness, there is superb equipment, friendly, fun instructors and packages available to suit everyone with a fantastic timetable of classes to keep you interested and help you reach your goals.
There's even a great incentive to get you started for the first 6 weeks.... you get all your money back if you achieve your goal. who else offers you that? I've just successfully finished my 6-week VIP Challenge at Morgans Gym in Plymouth and can honestly say that it has been YEARS since I felt so physically and mentally healthy and happy in myself. I found it really easy to follow the meal plan provided, the coaches were always on hand for support and I felt like part of the VIP Challenge 'Family'! I've always been very active with racquet sports, but have struggled with knee injuries in the last few years. I was therefore a bit concerned going into my first class but this was all taken into account by the fab coaches and modified exercises suggested so that I could still get the absolute most out of my classes. I've had a brilliant time, and I am truly delighted with the results. Thank you so much to the whole Morgans team!! :)

This gym is great if u are as self conscious as I was! The staff are very good at supporting you and advising you on what you need to so to achieve your own personal goals. The best bit for me is I feel comfortable in using (what I call 'the big boys Weight's ha) weight machines. It's a place where it's clear everybody has their own goals, making it much easier for u to focus on your own. Big Thanks to the Morgan's team for reaching out to social media and encouraging me to give a gym another chance. I have finally found one for life 😁

It seems odd to review a gym, 250 miles away from where I live during a pandemic. But the fact that I am goes to show just how fantastic the team at Morgan’s gym are. I joined an 8 week program online through Facebook for ten times cheaper than any other gym or PT was charging at the same time.
I received numerous recipe packs which were not only suitable and manageable for my entire family, but flipping tasty too!! And with a pre programmed barcode for my fitness pal! THE DREAM! 5 mornings a week John and Gemma ran fitness classes on Facebook live and zoom, correcting people’s form throughout and encouraging people to carry on. It was like having a PT session, with alternatives and inventive suggestions for those who didn’t have weights (trophies as dumbbells. Genius.) Nearly every morning for 8 weeks they showed up, despite juggling their own family commitments.
John was on hand to answer any questions/worries and his no nonsense approach was just what I needed to re-focus my eating and training. I also have an under active thyroid and John had an abundance of help and advice when it came to what approach I should take to training and nutrition. If I lived in the area there is without a doubt no other place I would go other than Morgan’s. The other clients were nice, normal people. It wasn’t clicky and there was no intimidating people during any of the sessions and I should imagine this is carried across to the actual gym too. A family run business which in my opinion knocks the socks off large, corporate chain organisations. Those that can, you have to join this gym.

Although I am not a member yet !!! I have been taking part in the 4wk front room challenge due to the lockdown and having been accepted am truly thankful I did. I am amazed at how welcoming John and Gem and all the members are, its really opened my eyes at how determined they are to help as many people as they can without even money coming into it ! How many other gyms can you say would do that 🤷♀️? John is an inspirational man who is passionate at what he does, he gives the whole package from the educational side of nutrition and why you need to eat all your nutrients to exercises that you can follow at home at all levels and the encouragement is second to none !! I am intending on changing over to Morgan's as soon as I can, I only wish I had known about it before becoming a member elsewhere.

Amazing from the off. Morgan’s team and the 6 week challenge has kick started my feel good factor even through the toughest of times. The food plan is great and you won’t need to be hungry. The training is different every time and the trainers will listen to your worries but also push you to do things you never thought you could do. Meeting people that are all feeling like you and support each other. If you are stuck in a place and need a push do it you will never look back.

I've known of Morgan's Gyms for years as I'm John's sister in law, and having followed their Facebook page I've always been a bit envious of the community spirit and family feel they seem to have. We live in Newcastle, and I've commented on many occasions that I wish we lived closer as I would love to be a member!
When lockdown started and I saw what John & Gem were doing with the Front Room Fitness group, it seemed a great way to join in with the gym from afar. My husband (John's brother) and I have really benefited from the daily workout sessions and as we were on shared parental leave it gave us some structure to our day and a boost. My 4 year old son even joins in sometimes, he loves seeing Uncle Johnny & Auntie Gem Gem on the TV! Even now we are back at work we are sticking with the workouts daily, fitting them in when we can.
When Morgan's announced the 4 week challenge I wasn't sure, and I joined at the very last minute. When I saw the rules and the recipes (and my daily calorie allowance!) I panicked a bit and felt overwhelmed, but after the first couple of days you settle in to it and it just becomes part of your daily life. The recipes are amazing, there's a huge choice and we haven't had a meal yet that we haven't enjoyed. I've never really felt too hungry, or that I've missed out on much.
John & the whole team at Morgan's have been so supportive, answering any questions, posting motivational videos and nutritional advice, and much more. John always takes the time to explain the workouts before we get started, what we are doing, how to do it, and why. There are always alternatives available so you can work to your level.
I honestly feel so much healthier and stronger since lockdown has begun, when I could have easily gone the other way and used it as an excuse to eat and drink to excess.
Thank you Morgan's, for helping to keep me sane throughout this strange time, and helping me to make such a positive lifestyle change - I wouldn't have done it without you! ♥️

I have just completed the 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs. Smashed it with a loss of 22.2lbs! The staff at Morgan’s are so supportive. I can’t thank the trainers enough for giving me encouragement and that extra push to really work my body. Training with Lee, Darren, Kris and Gemma has been amazing and I would highly recommend them and the gym itself. Great gym equipment and friendly faces is what you will get at Morgan’s Plymouth. Just before Lockdown I paid for a full 12 months membership! Great! I thought I’d wasted my money, but how wrong could I be. John and Gemma have provided us all with either a Facebook or Zoom workout everyday without fail, sometimes their kids join in too! Some of us took part in the 4 week and 8 week challenges where we were given a variety of healthy recipes to choose from which had a scanner code that was easy to register on My Fitness Pal. John is great at explaining about Carbs, Protein and fats and I feel amazing that I have dropped over 10 lbs in weight!! You can see the passion that John and Gemma have for their gym and their members, they have gone above and beyond to provide a source of workouts suitable for beginners and advanced! I would totally recommend Morgan’s to anyone! Before I joined Morgan’s I felt FLABBY, BLOATED AND MISERABLE, now I’m a SLIMMER, FITTER, HAPPIER member of Morgan’s xxxx

Morgan’s you’ve been brilliant !!
So over 100 days ago we were forced into Lockdown and had to stay at home .... within days John and Gemma Williams, owners of Morgans Gym HQ in Plymouth, swung into action putting together a Front Room Challenge. This challenge initially involved four weeks of sending photos and your starting weight and measurements to them, downloading the recipes/weekly shopping lists and taking part in the weekday workouts ....a minimum of four to be completed each week and sending a selfie each time you complete a workout. All of this done with using what provision they already had - using Facebook and Zoom to lead the workouts and using chairs and home made weights.
In addition to all the above we had regular dietary advice and weekly feedback when we had to submit our new weight and measurements.... which really kept us focused!!! The banter, friendliness, encouragement and motivation was a joy to be part of - Jonny and Gemma (occasionally their children too) worked out in their front room - sometimes in fancy dress - motivating us to complete the workouts. They both did the workout even tho they were home schooling three children and maintaining family life whilst shouldering the concerns they had for the business.
I’m so pleased I joined them on this challenge and began to feel much better in myself when they extended the challenge at the end of the four weeks to an eight week challenge - well, we were still in lockdown and it was a positive thing to do.
I live in Derbyshire so this has all been achieved via the Internet!! I’ve lost 21lbs in weight and 38cms and I’ve learnt that I can loose weight without prepacked food, not having to spend hours exercising and I’ve really enjoyed trying different types of food through the fabulous recipes.
For anyone wishing to loose weight and get your body back into shape join Morgan’s.... they will help you .... I feel great and it’s made such good use of this dreary time in lockdown. I am so glad I joined the Morgan’s Front Room Challenge

I joined the 6 week VIP programme in November 2018. Best thing I ever did! The support and commitment you get from everyone is amazing. It certainly isn't easy BUT it is really worth it. I joined morgan’s back in 2012ish on a groupon offer for the city centre branch. Back then I lost 4.5stone with their awesome support. However, through postnatal depression, residual pain from SPD which developed into osteoarthritis of the hip, and returning to uni to train as a nurse, paying for the gym and rarely going, I gradually over the past 5 years or so gained it back. With lockdown being thrown upon us and the added pressure of working from home and homeschooling the kids it was a choice between taking responsibility for my past excuses or snacking my way through lockdown and regretting my actions!
The 12 week challenge has been amazing! So much hard work has gone into the daily workouts and the fab meal plans. John and Gemma have gone above and beyond for us all, keeping me motivated and always at hand with advice and guidance. I've lost 17lb in 12 weeks and 72.5cm overall through consistency and a sensible calorie deficit. I'd never have achieved that without them. And I enjoy cooking again!!

Amazing staff! The classes are varied every week. Friendly atmosphere, everyone there has a positive attitude. They will help you lose weight! I lost over 26lbs in 6 weeks. The diet can be tough but the Facebook groups are full of people adding tasty recipes. Great gym!

My experience of the 6 week challenge at Morgan’s has been literally life-changing. Having tried various diets and exercise regimes all of my adult life, none have been sustainable in the long-term. I am 50 and feel that, having completed the 6 week programme, I am now fitter and healthier than I have ever been before - even when I weighed less. The carefully combined diet and exercise programme has enabled me to shed unhealthy fat and to build lean muscle. I no longer see exercise as a slog and look forward to my next workout. The trainers are fantastic, always positive and encouraging and the accountability coaches are friendly and supporting. Walking into Mogans was the best thing I ever did. The support, encouragement & passion from all staff is refreshing & first class. The first gym I’ve not felt nervous or intimidated in, as a larger lady that is a challenge in itself.. but, I encourage & recommend anyone to step out of their comfort zone & sign up, you won’t regret it, they are with you every step of the way, as are other members on their own journeys.

I started going to the gym a few years ago and have achieved a lot in this time including 10k races, OCRS I have even climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.Despite all the training required to get me across the various finish lines I remain in the obese category when it comes to my weight. I have tried various weight loss challenges and spent hundreds of pounds on them, I generally did well in the first week, but then plateaued and the weight remained the same, so until now i resided to the fact that I'm 'meant to be big'
Morgans gym is the silver lining in my cloud 100%, At the start of Covid 19 lock down i had already started comfort eating and finding excuses to not continue with training. I was randomly invited to join Morgans front room fitness on Facebook so i thought i would take a look: I have not looked back since. John and the other guys from the team started putting regular classes on line to cater for all standards, then John took it upon himself to do a 4 week challenge. I like to have a goal; something to aim for so I asked if I could join despite not being a full member, This was not a problem and before i knew it i was weighed, measured and signed u to the challenge, I wasn't sure how it was going to go as I did not know anyone else in the group at all. I had nothing to worry about, John and his wife Gemma have been super friendly answering any questions or queries without judgement. There were lots of 'before photos' being uploaded and i was literally overwhelmed by the positivity and support offered between the challengers to the point where i felt i could add my before photo with out worrying what people would think.
I didn't know what to expect but have literally been impressed from the word GO. The classes that John ( and Gemma) do are brilliant, they are fun ( may be not at the time) and each one is different, there are always options as well if you don't feel you can do the exercise being shown.
What I find awesome is how John takes the time to explain why the exercises have been included, what they do and how it all works int he grand scheme of things.
The amount of extra information that is given is fantastic, it not only includes the 'diet' and nutritional stuff it also has details around why and how things work.
If anyone has any questions John and his team are sure to answer them immediately.
John is very supportive, but direct in his approach, he seems to know when to push you and when to be encouraging, He offers every spoke to the wheel, you just need to roll it!
His entertainment factors are class, and is actually quite funny at times ;0) also his standards of training and teaching are top quality and he certainly knows his stuff.
Despite being given all the tools needed to become a strong, fit, and healthy individual you are still expected to take responsibility for your choices, ans are held accountable for your own level of success.
I am not sure if i will do well in this challenge weight wise ( I'm only half way through) but i already feel i have come further than I have before when it comes to changing my whole life style. I am definitely stronger than i have been in a long time and am already noticing changes in my appearance, eating habits, sleep routine and mood, not only are these things happening but for the first time ever I am actually understanding why which helps me to make my informed decisions about what i eat, and that is all thanks to John..
What ever my final results maybe; I know I have definitely not failed this time. I cannot wait for the lock down to be lifted so I can join Morgans gym properly .

Wow where do I start…?
I’m a Yoga Teacher & Sports Massage Therapist, living in Hertfordshire. When lockdown begun I was unable to work from my practice or attend my local gym, which I’d been visiting 4 times a week for the past 6 years.
That’s when my sister who lives in Plymouth kindly added me to ‘Morgan’s Front Room Fitness’ group on Facebook. John Williams (personal trainer) who runs gyms in Plymouth & Truro was offering members of the group free HIIT & Cardio fitness sessions involving WODS & EMOMS every weekday at 10am live on FB and using Zoom as a platform.
These sessions were intense, short & sweaty lasting around 30mins including a cool down & stretch, quite different from my lengthy sessions at the gym which took up a good 2 hours of my time. I used my own hand weights and occasionally found weighed objects around the house and put them into my rucksack for extra resistance, fellow challengers found toolboxes, water bottles, and even petrol cans. Each day we’d focus on different muscle groups, timing our workouts and posting our results with a sweaty selfie after every session. ‘Bring Sally up’ and ‘Don’t stop me now’ are a few of the tracks which accompanied us - fond memories, makes me smile just thinking about it.
By the end of April I was managing 4 to 5 of their workouts a week and by the beginning of May I’d the confidence and determination to sign up for their 8 week challenge. I was particularly drawn to the challenge as it involved following a dietary plan leading to your desired weight loss. I’d been struggling trying to lose weight for some time and this was just the ticket, I’d hit the Jackpot!
I’d fortuitously landed myself into their expert hands with a programme of Fitness, Nutrition, healthy diet plans, daily workouts, much needed support, enthusiasm, informative guidance and warm heartedness. Protein, PROtein, PROTEIN! I gained knowledge in Macros, understanding the importance of eating carbs first thing and adding protein to every meal, with no carbs after 5pm. Using My Fitness Pal, I zapped everything that went in my mouth, after calculating my TDEE Total Daily Energy Expenditure and subtracting 10% off to arrive at my daily calorie intake. Whenever I went to the cupboard or fridge out of boredom and pure habit I’d hear John’s voice telling me whatever goes on your lips you need to account for. I managed to wean myself off sugary snacks, alcohol for the duration and curb my emotional eating habits, making way for healthier choices and being more mindful. Simple oat cookies, coconut & peanut protein balls and overnight oats were just a few of the recipes which kept me going.
After 8 weeks, I can proudly say I’m a good 10lbs lighter, have lost inches off my belly, hips, chest, arms and thighs, my physique is nicely toned, I’ve more body confidence and I’m much happier. John has supported me through this transformation and I couldn’t have done it without him, I can’t thank him enough. His wife Gemma has also cheered me along and been there every session ensuring we’ve all on track, creating fun playlists and cool down/stretch sessions.
I can’t thank you both enough - you’ve been Amazing, such a support! Your children were a delight too and exceptionally well behaved throughout considering home schooling was going on in the back ground.
My ‘Covid backbone’ I’m so pleased I took to this Challenge. I wholeheartedly wish you both every success with re-opening your gyms and I know you’ll be inundated with your existing & plenty of new members as there’s no doubt everyone will benefit from what you both have to offer - A True God send! This is all down to the fantastic support you receive at Morgan's Wellbeing Centre from ALL the team. They don't make you feel bad about yourrsey and encourage you every step of the way. Even when you feel you can't lify that weight or swing that kettle bell or do that push up they seem to get you to do it.
Been to gyms in the past that all the instructors are concerned about is themselves or their egotistical mates who pump lots of weight but that most certainly isnti the case with this gym as all of those that go say hello to everyone and this means a lot to those who are in need of encouragement.

If you are having any doubts or reservations about joining the 6 week challenge..... Don't just do it! It is so much more than just a healthy eating/fitness plan. I have struggled with food addiction for nearly 10 years and food became an emotional crutch for me. I have tried most diet plans and none of them have worked, as it always came down to me still using food for comfort.
The turning point came when my husband deployed for 7 months and I saw this as an opportunity to change all these bad habits and have a complete lifestyle make over. Morgans have given me the support, knowledge and tools to do this and I now see food as fuel and express my emotions in a healthy way through exercise. Everyone is so friendly and because we are all in the same boat there is no judgement, only encouragement from your team mates and staff. This plan has changed my life for the better and I look forward to continuing my journey with Morgans.

I kept coming across Morgan's callouts for challengers for a weightloss programme on Facebook. After looking at it a few times I plucked up the courage to make contact. My problem was being lazy to move, though I manage a healthy eating style. The 6-week challenge seemed reasonable, and I signed up practically without hesitation.
The HIIT classes are just brilliant, and the personal trainers are fantastic. The support within the groups is phenomenal, we all pushed each other to success day in day out. I managed to meet the target and lost 6.3% body fat, alongside a stone in weight and some inches all over. The programme has given me the drive to carry on at home, which has always been my aim. I implemented some long term habits into my every day diet too, like carb free dinners (both my partner and I established that since then we've not been craving snacks later in the evening!) and a sugar free existence, which is fantastic and highly recommended!!!
Overall, I'm really pleased I signed up for the programme, and I think it's fantastic what Morgan's are establishing here: a gym that teaches people an overall, long term, healthy lifestyle with ongoing support. THANK YOU!!!

I dont often bother to write reviews but Morgans definatly needs a mention to say thank you for what you have helped me achieve in such a short space of time,
I have trained in many gyms around the Plymouth area, whether that be a fitness gym or an old split and sawdust gym and in my opinion nothing compares the Morgans, most places lose interest with you once they have you signed up to a membership and I guarantee most gyms couldn't tell you what your name is ! this may not seem much but to me it goes a long way and adds a personal touch that is lost in this day and age, I have may of only been a member of Morgan's for 8 weeks but every member of staff and the owner of the gym know me by name,
Morgan's has a vast selection of equipment to to suit whatever your needs are and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, they will always take time to discuss training and diet requirements to help you achieve your goals, they offer a wide variety of classes as well as cardio and weight training sessions, in my first six weeks of joining Morgan's I lost a fraction under 2 stone ! with a training and eating programme design just for me ! what other gyms would provide this sort of service ! plus the support of staff and other members is second to none, if you are looking for a new gym or a lifestyle change but are afraid to take the first step I urge you took book an appointment and speek to John or Gemma, you won't be disappointed

What can I say... A great organisation with fantastic staff who are committed to do things properly to achieve realistic goals for its members. The 6 week VIP challenge is fantastic and you get to join in some great HIIT classes as well as other challenging classes with different people all aiming to achieve the same goal. Well what can I say after having completed a fabulous encouraging supportive 4 week challenge at the beginning of lockdown I couldnt resist to continue with an 8 week one with Morgans frontroom fitness as with a little push for my sister to join me how couldnt I?
Support/Encouragment /Inspiration and commitment was the key from the lovely John and Gemma to keep me going and introducing Zoom was exciting (after a few blips with wifi)which boosted my performance to do better and felt more challenging doing it live together especially loved it when john would dance to his favourite tune "Lady Godiva" nope you cant stop him now cos hes having a good time 🕺always with a smile . With a huge amount of passion they both made me feel like part of their special community 💜Sciatica kicked in bad but I didn't want to let them down as I knew it was tough for them too and exhausting...... altho Ive gained heaps of energy am writing this at 1am lol . We made it everyone yay well done I enjoyed it so much that I will continue to challenge myself !!!
I would also reccomend John's personal nutritional advice with recipes that are delicious from the monthly plans and very well balanced Protein protein protein 🤣😂 I can hear him now prioritise protein ,tis hard at the beginning like everything that you've not had practice with ......I will miss this special lockdown time but I've learnt alot about myself too "I can do it "and made memories and new friends online . I have always been to gyms but never really understood what I was doing.
I have to Thank John and Gemma and ALL the staff within this Team. They have ALL been so kind supportive and encouraging towards me.
I have learnt and done things I thought I could never do. It has truely been worth while and I feel very grateful for this experience.
I am over 20lbs ligher thanks to Morgan's, feeling happier and becoming more fitter each day.

I have just completed the 6week challenge at Morgans gym to lose 20 lb or 6% body fat.
I successfully completed my challenge losing a total of 27.7lb and 5.5%body fat,wowzers..to say im happy is an understatement.feeling so much more full of energy and been firmly put on the correct path both eating wise through the personal eating plan provided by morgans and fitness program provided by the morgans team of PTs.
The specially designed vip sessions hiit training are awsome..such a variety you never get bored and work out every part of your body, the team are so supportive and encouraging and definately know there stuff..it was the kickstart i needed to get back to healthier fitter lifestyle..so once again a big thankyou to the whole morgans team and i would highly recommend the programme and morgans gym to anyone looking to change there lives.

I've tried a few gym's over the years but none have come close to Morgan's. The staff are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is not the type of gym that take's your money and doesn't care about you, they help you get the most out of your time there, what ever your goals are you'll be able to reach them here.

So I started Morgans in October 2019 on a 6 week transformation challenge and I haven’t looked back!
I’ve lost 3.5 stone so far, and is hands down the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to.
Not only are John and the team so friendly, but they are also so knowledgeable in regards to nutrition, they have taught me so much!
When we went into lockdown, I was worried all my hardwork would go down the pan, but thanks to John and the team and their amazing online support, I have continued to consistently lose weight and improve my fitness!
I cannot recommend Morgans Gym enough! If you want to make changes to your health, body and motivation.. Then Morgans is the place for you!
