I have done EMS sessions at other places. Karl took time to understand my fitness levels and goals and pushed me on the EMS session.

Karl Jack is a very experienced and knowledgeable Personal Trainer. The EMS Training Room is small, but clean and perfectly adequate for EMS Training. Training this way quick and efficient, but you still feel the benefits of doing work out. I would highly recommend to anyone, of any fitness level, their free try it session.
It’s the best workout I ever had! I guess it’s safe to say that I am absolutely got hooked! It’s simple, fun, effective workout and I am sure everyone can do that even on their lunch break as it took only 20 min of my busy day time schedule. After EMS session I felt so alive and energetic for the rest of my day! Thank you Karl for such a professional guidance and I can’t wait to have another session soon!
The fitness session was exceptional and can't wait for my next one. It really works my whole body and I feel feel sore after so shows it really works. Done some sessions in Australia but found this better. Have a go...you will love it and see results. Highly recommend
Lovely people, I'm having so much fun during workouts with Karl where I actually feel like I'm getting in a great workout. I feel great after and have a better overall self image of myself. Definitely recommend for people who are struggling with self confidence and loving the body that they are in.
I had the training session with Karl. And he was absolutely amazing! He will always help to chose by your ability and you definitely can feel after workout that it worked.. It is the best way for someone if they busy with their life but want a healthier body.

I have no hesitation in recommending Karl as a personal trainer. Along with Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) training ,for me, handing over my wellbeing and fitness to Karl, took the worry and hassle out of having to think about it. He is inspiring, fun and knows just how to push me that bit further. There is no shouting involved, just loads of encouragement and positivity.
Really impressed with both the service I received and the effectiveness of the technology. I was referred to Frequency EMS due to ongoing lower back issues where I have had 2 courses of spinal injections together with countless physiotherapy sessions that have had limited improvement. After just one session with Karl, I can honestly say that the improvements in my condition have exceeded everything else I have tried to date. I am looking forward to continuing with the treatment on an ongoing basis.
What a great piece of kit. If you are looking for a a stimulus to recover, or to target weaker areas.. this might be the answer. Carl took me through a 20 minute session and it was carried out with a professional manner. He kept asking for feedback to ensure that I wad comfortable and that the stimulus was correct. I would 100% recommend.
I travelled from Bristol for EMS session with Karl as I wanted to try something different. I go to the gym everyday to manage my sciatica and hip problems but I always come away still feeling the pain.
The session felt like I was doing weights which I was really surprised by - felt great! Also, today feel as if my pain in my hip has lessened and moved more towards a less painful part of my back. I basically feel like I can walk better again! Definitely feels better than when I come out of the gym. Also, my glutes especially feel a little more tenser !
I thought this was better than the gym, more interesting and this is the future I think of better fitness.
If you want to try something new that actually works for fitness and especially tackles muscle pain points… go and book a session! It’s definitely worth it !
I tried the EMS work out for the first time ever today, I need to get fitter and to help my knee which is in a bad state. I can only say that Karl is really welcoming and professional. Its also good fun, I felt like I had had a really good work out. Its a different experience but one you should try. The results? After just one session my knee felt easier and I could walk with much less discomfort. I highly recommend it.
I really enjoy EMS with Karl its quick, functional and an excellent work out for my busy lifestyle, Karl focused on my back and neck issue's, the pain has been minimised with EMS and I feel much stronger and my posture has improved tremendously. Thank you
Having experienced EMS in Germany, where it's ubiquitous, I wanted to train during my UK holidays and bought 6 sessions from Frequency EMS training. I think EMS is great, it does in 20 minutes what takes hours in the gym and having done it for years I can vouch this isn't some kind of marketing blurb, it really tones you up in less time.
The service experience at Frequency EMS is excellent, you walk in and they provide all the kit, a towel and shower facility. 30 minutes later you walk out having trained, fresh and ready to go.
Training is low impact (EMS doesn't require heavy weights) and properly guided by Karl who is an experienced personal trainer. He is a cheerful and focused person, everything you would expect from someone experienced in EMS training.
I am looking forward to training with Karl again as I visit family in the area multiple times a year. All round a good experience.
EMS will change your life. I’ve heard about EMS a while ago and I was very keen to try it and I am glad I did. The sessions last not longer than 20 mins but it will work your whole body. After few sessions I could say ‘Goodbye’ to back pain and after every session you will feel like a brand new person. Your body will tone up and you will also feel better. I highly recommend, give it a go, the trainer will push your limits which will prove to you that you can do more than you think.
Really great training method. It's amazing how it works and how you feel it.
It's a must do training method in my opinion. It really helps with any body/muscle pains. Just like normal training if you do it once you won't see a great deal of difference with your body. But over a long period of 4-6 sessions you will 100% see the difference.
