I love meditation but not a big fan of yoga hence I approached the day cautiously not really knowing what to expect. The advert for the replenish retreat promised a lot and in reality the team delivered even more. The classes were tailored in a way that the whole group (irrespective of the experience) enjoyed. We were also an ideal size group allowing discussions and sharing experiences after each session. The food was amazing and the coaches very calm, professional and extremely caring. I would gladly do that monthly or quarterly if offered. Thank you so much for the incredible treat!

Recently joined and couldn’t be happier. Surroundings, studios and equipment all really great. The fitness team are dedicated and very experienced, as well as very personable and approachable. They all take their time to get to know you and your fitness and wellbeing goals. Overall a very positive experience and the introductory offer has been the perfect start for me to get re-motivated!

I recently visited Wellington Wellbeing for my first Cryotherapy session and it won’t be my last. I am hooked! As well as playing Rugby and being a frequent gym-goer, I have been suffering the effects of “long Covid”. My Doctor recommended the use of cold therapy as part of my recovery, which prompted the appointment. The friendly and professional team are exceptional in making you feel looked after and relaxed. The facilities are truly 5*, it is a hidden gem. The following day my energy levels were restored, my mood finally uplifted and I achieved a PB on my 10K morning run. Needless to say I will definitely be back! If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out.

Starting the New Year and finally realising that as a middle aged man I needed to start and put some effort back into my body & soul, Wellington Wellbeing has been the perfect find.
I embarked on an individualised programme to suit both my lifestyle and physical state. I had several goals which an expert took me through the journey of how to achieve, this holistic approach is a game changer is making some meaningful improvements.
My PT sessions have been with Jamie Pittman, his motivating style and depth of knowledge has been incredible. After struggling with several small injuries along the way his sports physio background came in useful with many stretches & yoga posses during our sessions to keep me on top form.
Another bonus has been the Cryo chamber which I have used on recovery days. Giving me an extra boost for work!
Have seen some brilliant results in weight loss, suppleness in my body, energy levels and mental well being.
Looking forward to taking advantage of the many fitness classes as part of my maintenance programme.

I started using Cryotherapy at Wellington Wellness for back pain after hearing the benefits for muscle repair amongst a host of other things. Being in pain was a daily occurrence for me and something I had just got used to, other therapies only served to give me very temporary relief so I almost gave up until I was persuaded to give Cyro a go. I walked into the chamber with severe pain and after the short 3 minute session I felt nothing, so amazed I was at this I committed myself to 1 session a week and I can honestly say in the 6 months I have been using Cryo I have not had a single day with back pain. For anyone considering trying this out I could not encourage you enough and as dramatic as it sounds Cryotherapy has changed my life!

Wellington Wellbeing really is heaven on earth!!! Since becoming a member my fitness, health and lifestyle has improved so much and now I really don't know what I would do without WW!
I attend 3-4 different classes a week (Yoga, HIIT, Strength, Meditation etc.) and train in the gym 3-4 times a week as well. I also am regularly using the infrared sauna and cryotherapy chamber alongside my training and classes.
All facilities are incredible at WW - beautiful studios, a fully equipped gym, clean changing areas and a cosy, comfortable, restful "hub" area.
Every staff members (Wellbeing / Fitness Experts, FOH staff and cover instructors) are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and really are the best in their fields! They all are such a credit to Wellington as a whole.
I really cannot recommend Wellington Wellbeing enough!!! You would be silly not to sign up to a membership here. 5 stars all round!!!
