I've been visiting Tom for the last few months to help loosen up my back and shoulders. Having a desk job I frequently seize up and he has been incredible at making me feel less tense. He's friendly, approachable and takes an interest in his clients. He has a wealth of knowledge, not just in sports massage. I will miss our regular sessions now that they have ended. Definitely recommend Tom to anyone who is in need of a massage therapist.

Tom is an excellent massage therapist. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and was able to give a strong sports massage that really helped me to overcome an exercise related back injury. Tom also suggested some very good corrective exercises and stretches that helped to iron out some imbalances in my back muscles, to help reduce the likelihood of re-injury. Thanks Tom!

I have being seeing Tom for help with a range of either preventative massage or help with sporting injuries for over 6 months now and am always impressed by how professional and knowledgeable he is. I would highly recommend him for good quality sports massage.

Tom is a great soft tissue therapist... knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and able to provide a great treatment with a range of techniques. I highly recommend you get a treatment for any day-to-day aches and pains AND any sporting issues/niggles.

Has to be one of the best personal trainers by far! I can’t recommend Tom highly enough. I have been training one on one with Tom now for 5 months doing about 2/3 sessions a week. I have a 6 year history of un-diagnosable pain, 2 shoulder operations and a slipped disc which caused sciatica down both legs which lead to an operation in my back about 18 months ago. Being preciously an exercise addict. No longer being able to be active took a toll on me mentally as well as physically. The difference in my physicality now is remarkable, I am doing things I never thought I’d do again and I’m doing things I never thought I’d be able to do ever! He keeps you guessing by switching up the activities and keeping it interesting. Tom is all about proper technique when doing the exercises, and his passion and knowledge for biomechanics is outstanding. I now work out smarter, with no repercussions. I previously lived at the physio practices but I no longer need to. He tailors your work outs just for you and knows what’s best when working towards your goal. Mine was to be strong and to function. I feel so different now, and don’t suffer with pain at all. I have mobility in my shoulders and can now move them without stiffness or discomfort. I don’t feel like I’m trapped in my own bones anymore. I am fitter, stronger and have a much better relationship with my body. I had trouble adjusting to being with someone in the gym but he’s friendly, funny and kind, but serious about what he does and what he believes you can achieve, even when you don’t believe in yourself.
