A fun and friendly dance and aerial fitness studio. The instructors are friendly, passionate about what they do and supportive of their students. The students I've met are all very supportive, friendly and encouraging of each other. I have been going for two months and really enjoy my time here, I love going to class and also my private lessons. I believe you can do Pole, Hoop, gymnastics rings and pole flow. I would highly recommend 10/10.
