I started with Carrie and her team about 8 months ago. I was very nervous and hadn’t exercised for years but Carrie and the class members made me feel so welcome that I thought I can keep going to these classes. I have met some wonderful ladies and everyone is so supportive! The classes are fun and we laugh a lot. Not only have I lost weight and inches it’s been great for my mental health too! I have found confidence in myself that I forgot I had!

I’m one week in on my journey with Carrie and Mindset Bootcamp & I’m really enjoying it. Everyone has made me feel so welcome. I started with Mindset Bootcamp just a few weeks ago but it has already had such a positive impact on me. I was nervous about getting started and going to the classes where I wouldn't know anybody but literally EVERYONE is so welcoming and supportive that by my second class I was completely in my comfort zone.
The team here are amazing but special thanks to Carrie who is by far the most energetic, enthusiastic and encouraging person I know! She truly is an expert in her field and there's nobody else I'd choose to go to for advice on exercise or nutrition.

I started the body bag class a few month ago, after moving to a new city and then being in lockdown I was desperate to get out and have something of my own. The ladies in this class are fabulous and so welcoming - I am 6 weeks into the accountability bolt on and all I can say is Carrie is amazing. So personable, direct and honest. She gives you a personal one to one review each week to keep you on goal and the ladies in the group are so supportive and keep you motivated - over the months I have lost weight, gained back my lost confidence, met amazing people and had the best time doing it. Can't recommend Mindset Body Transformations enough! I haven't done exercise like this since my 20's (I'm now in my 40's) and in only a couple of months I've noticed a significant positive change in my physical and mental health. I have so much more energy, my body feels stronger and I have more endorphins. The classes are so fun and Carrie has created a safe, welcoming space that sets the tone for how everyone interacts with one another. This is definitely a place where girls cheer on other girls. I would sooner give up buying clothes or getting my hair done, than give up my exercise classes.

I joined Mindset Bootcamp about 6 weeks ago having finally found some confidence and taking the decision to make some time for myself- it has been the best thing I have done ‘for myself’ in a very long time. The group sessions are hard work but fun and relaxed at the same time- to the point that you don’t realise how hard you are working due to gigging! There is no judging, feeling body conscious or pressure with the session which is amazing in comparison to other gyms I have used. Plus the changes Ive seen in myself - physically and mentally have made me feel so much better about myself!

Last week was my 1st week at Mindset Bootcamp, I can honestly say I was so nervous but Carrie reassured me that I could do it, which I felt so reassured that I could do. Lucy made me feel part of the team and helped me do the exercises that were being done that night, I could honestly say if anyone was wanting to try and do something out of there comfort zone, Mindset Bootcamp is the right place to learn, enjoy, get FIT. My 2nd session is tonight and I’m so looking forward to it. Hopefully after a few sessions I will be able to lift the weights with the squats. Everyone needs a goal 💪

I just want to take a moment to thank Carrie and the mindset team!!
I joined her bootcamp a couple of years ago in summer outside at riverside and loved it but had to leave for personal reasons!! This year I needed a kick up the bum and I knew there was only one person for it!! It was the opening of her new studio in September and a 4 week challenge!! This was it, it was what I needed to get myself motivated again!
Well since September I haven’t looked back! I am training at least 4 times a week (those of you who don’t know me - that’s a lot!! 🤣) and I love every minute of it!! Carrie has two gorgeous boys but she runs around tirelessly to kick our butts, juggling being a mummy and wife!
We have weekly check ins and the sessions are always amazing! I really am grateful to her for making me feel the way I do today! Mental health is just as important as physical health and I feel great! I have lost weight, gained lots of muscle and most importantly feel happier!
I have never looked forward to exercising haha… but I do now… even though it hurts! She also runs the BEST fit boxing class ever and everyone should try it in my opinion! 😂 🥊
Plus to top it off I have met some amazing women along the way!! 🥰

Since starting with mindset bootcamp over a year ago, I have lost over a stone in weight, the classes are great, all the ladies are great and Carrie and her team are excellent.
Normally I would give up exercise after about 6 weeks but the classes are such fun it makes you want to go back for more.

Fantastic inclusive club for women of all shapes and sizes who are empowered by a highly motivated trainer, Carrie, and the most incredible bunch of ladies I have ever met. Healthy eating and the right exercise in combo gets results!

It’s honestly changed my life I had a lot of messages with Carrie before taking the courage to join. My first session anxiety kicked in and I thought I’m not coming back until I walked through that door the instant confidence support and love is so addictive even the pain becomes addictive.

I joined Mindset in December 21 on a four Week Kickstart programme and it was brilliant! - The classes on offer are varied and fun and Mindset members themselves have been a wonderful mix of non judgemental women, of all shapes and sizes and experience who welcome and support each other. The support I received from Carrie, her team and the other members was tremendous and it truly inspired me to make life changes. MINDSET BOOTCAMP was first established in May/June 2020 and it couldn't had come at a better time for me😃 Its is fun, energising and empowering💪 The ladies in this group still inspire me to this day. It has gone from strength to strength and the support all around is something you don't see easily else where💖. I joined Mindset Bootcamp in August 2020 weighing 82kg. For many years I had been very unhappy with my weight and body image. I knew that I needed to stop over eating and exercise but lacked the motivation and willpower to do it on my own. A friend suggested Carrie's group. So I took the first step, made the phone call and attended a trial session. I LOVED IT! Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel self conscious as we were all in the same boat. Initially I attended the bootcamp sessions in the park with Carries watchful eye checking my daily calories, protein and steps. Just what I needed, some accountability! With Carrie's help my mindset around food and exercise had changed. I left Bootcamp for a while as the Covid situation worsened, knowing I now had the skills and enthusiasm to keep going. I kept loosing the weight and felt healthier but then weight loss plateaued around Christmas so I gave Carrie a call. She now had an extensive range of online live and recorded exercise classes. Perfect! So again, with Carrie's daily check-ins, access to as many classes as I wanted, the weight started to shift again. I'm now attending 3 classes a week and particularly enjoy the strength training. I feel so much happier with my body image. I now buy clothes that fit rather than hide my body. I'm healthier, fitter and more active at 48 than I've ever been. My weight is now 66kg (May 2021) and I'm close to my target weight. I tried a pair of size 12 jeans on today and they fit! That's not the end though! I'll still continue with online exercise classes (its easier to fit in with work and family) and healthier eating. During this past year I have not been on a diet but, with Carrie's help, changed my mindset around food and exercise. I really couldn't of made the change without her. You can do it too. You just need to make that first phone call.

Carrie is a Duracell superwoman! Her energy, motivation and madness are inspiring and infectious!
This is a group of all ages/sizes and circumstances that come together and spur each other on, with exercise, fitness and laughter in equal quantities!
I’ll be honest- I still don’t like actual exercise, but I love being part of the group and do you know what- that 45 minutes a couple of times a week flies by!
I’ve lost just under a stone and maintained this for about a year, without any faddy dieting as Carries understanding and nutrition support is great!

I recently signed up for Mindset bootcamp to try something new and get out some proper advice about types of exercise and nutrition. Almost have way through my first month and logging food has become second nature with tips and ideas shared on our group chat and with the amazing Carrie as chief coach checking in each week! I'm.buzzing after the exercise classes, amazed at how much I can achieve when pushed a little but within a safe friendly and supportive environment. Theres so much variety to the exercise each week and flexibility if life gets in the way of original plans. It's early days but I can see a weight loss, muscle mass increase and fat loss already. I have been thinking about joining mindset for a while now as my friend goes but ive always found an excuse not to but finally last monday i took the plunge and done the free 7 day trial and its the best thing ive done, i enjoy the bodybags and fit boxing so much especially after a hard day at work. Im enjoying it that much that im now a full paying member. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Carrie is amazing and understanding too. I literally finish my Saturday class and i can't wait to do my next class on a Thursday and ive never felt that way about exercise before 😊

I worked with Carrie for around a year and as well as rediscovering a love for excercise, I also built physical and mental strength. I have bad knees and from day one I said I wanted getting this area better and stronger to be my goal, Carrie listened and this was always the main focus. I know some people can worry a personal trainer will focus on how you look and not just how you feel, but this was never the case with Carrie. She has a great understanding of my needs and goals and what i want to achieve and plans our sessions to achieve these goals..... I have been going to Carries boxing workout sessions on a Monday. I have loved the sessions so far... I have been under carries (mindset personal training )wing for 4 weeks now. She has helped me develop a nutrition plan and put a lot of time into me helping me to understand the how why and what. Carrie has helped me gain confidence to believe in myself and and has shown belief in me. After my first pt session I felt empowered although a little knackered but empowered to continue my journey.
