Only just found the gym been twice now.Very friendly and very reasonably priced.Good place to get fit and meet new friends.

Lovely gym for ladies. Has automated machines with settings to suit your personal preference. Emma always polite, and ready to give help and advice if you need it.Great way to keep you fit and exercise the muscles, especially for anyone with a disability who cannot use conventional gyms. Highly recommended.
