Signed up for my first class in a long time - watt bike. Whole experience was good from the start, nice friendly welcome from Ian. Ian helped me to download an App which is extremely easy to use, showing visibility of all the classes and times I can use the ‘open gym’. No expense spared on the equipment, real impressive set up.

Great gym with fantastic facilities. Being able to take my son with me to the mummas and bubbas class makes getting back in to the exercise game alot easier! The yoga studio is also the perfect place to get in some restorative exercise.
