I really like this gym. Facilities are well kept and the place is clean. There are 3 levels with multiple rooms so it is spacious and never felt crowded whenever I went. It's also one of the only gyms I've been to that had a sauna that wasn't always crowded with people. The commute was really my only issue. Really sad I can't go here 😭

Gym is cheap yes, but has a few issues! 1. 16x treadmills at the gym, only 5x work, of those 5x, 4x have faulty touch screens. All other machines have had a maintenance sign attached promising replacement, the signs have been on there for over 6x months. 2. Fingerprint access/egress is problematic, you will not be able to leave sometimes! 3. The staff seem to be disgruntled, every engagement has been negative and strained, best option is to avoid any communication with the staff. 4. Gym users bang the weights at the end of each set (not controlled) I know this is a usual occurrence in most gyms but it is particularly bad in this gym, the staff could do a better job at reprimanding this behaviour. 5. Not the cleanest of gyms. 6. The tannoy music is poor, on a loop and the same genre. Needs variety or turned down so you can hear your own personal music. 7. Not enough barbel plates, specifically 10k plates, this is promoting arguments within the gym. Causing friction. Broken equipment, negative staff, dirty stuffy and dark environment. All in, the gym gets a 5 out of 10, has the potential but falls short, needs money spent on new equipment and better trained staff that are in attendance in the weights floor. Avoid and look for an alternative.

First time here, love the fact the have soo many options, 3 levels according to what you want to do an focuse on, liked lighting downstairs, makes it feel alittle less intimidating. They have a very spacious ladies changing room with a sauna, then 3rd floor is more of your Normal weights and with other options of working out.

Absolutely top notch. Lots of good equipment and they don't fleece you like other gyms. Very fair price considering the quality. Always clean, the people quietly going around keeping things clean are a credit to this gym. (I don't want to recommend because I don't want the place to get overcrowded. But I think that would be kind of missing the point 🤫🤣😂) Still a good Gym. Suffered a bit after COVID but I have no plans to go elsewhere.

Wow what a shame. In 6 months the gym looks knackered. Fingerprint scanner now has an issue recognising me. The Gym equipment is dirty, poorly serviced, most pads split and broken, air conditioner vents dirty. You walk upstairs breathing in odour de armpit. Really shocked how bad it is now

I joined last week after being a member at David Lloyd Northwood for many years these are a few reasons why I like pump gyms. Easy sign up - I made an account payed the £20 immediately I recieved a email with instructions on how to enter the gym, that same day after work I went to the gym typed my membership pin on a screen set up my fingerprint and entered the gym. Staff - I had a few questions so I sent them a email and within 10 minutes I had a reply with all my questions answered. Also in the gym so far i've found the staff very approachable and keep the gym tidy (lets hope this keeps up) Equipment & Parking - So far I've found the equipment in very good condition although there always seems to be few treadmill's with 'out of order' signs on them, its never been a issue for me but I can imagine when it gets busy having a few down may cause one. The parking so far has been good I've been able to get a space. It really helps that they have a live capacity checker so I can see how busy the gym is. Overall for the money I think its 100% worth it, its open 24 hours, has a sauna, shower and changing facilities and its only £20 a month with no contract might as well give it a try! (lets see if they can keep this up!)

It's a relaxed environment to work out. There's plenty of space and facilities over three floors. The equipment is good quality and there's plenty of it. It gets very busy straight after work, but that's nothing unexpected, so I just avoid that. It has a varied and numerous selection of classes included in the membership, which are well run by a friendly team of staff.

Very very good gym, especially for the price. I've paid 3 times more than this and had a much worse experience at other gyms. It's open 24/7 with loads of equipment to use. There's even a sauna (when we aren't all social distancing anymore I'm sure they will turn it back on) During the day it's really clean the cleaning staff are there 7 days per week and do a fantastic job. It can get a bit rough at night, but that's not the gyms fault. It's down to the fact that some people are basically like animals... Go and join, it's only a one month contract. If you hate it you don't even have to cancel your membership, just stop the direct debit and they do the rest.

I am so pleased with how the gym operates post-lockdown. The staff are great about cleaning benches after people are done with them, the chemicals and blue roll and wipes are full and in multiple places. And everyone has done their part to clean up after themselves. We all looked forward to coming back, so it's good to see everyone treating each other and the space with respect.

Plenty of Equipment and lots of space, everything is well marked and socially distanced, staff are great and friendly. It's well lit and is thoroughly cleaned. Lots of classes available and PTs there for advice or sessions. Definitely worth 19.99 a month.

As a new starter I found the gym to be clean and well organised, the staff were very polite and helped me sort entry access, has everything you expect from free weights, machine weights and more spread across 3 levels, hopefully over time I get to use most, was a busier than I thought but took this a good sign that it's a good place tobe.

Great Gym, so easy to keep going being 24hr, friendly atmosphere with a great crowd and mixture of staff and customers. Due to being so cheap you don't worry about maybe skipping a week or 2 either, which has annoyed me in the past with other more expensive gyms that you felt you maybe overpaid for and were tied into a contract. Only thing lacking is a pool but at these prices you can't expect everything. Showers and changing rooms are always clean and well kept, plenty of machines to keep you fit, mat area can get a bit busy during peak hours but overall 5 out of 5.

I have been using this gym for a year now, and although the price is low and it is in a suitable location for me, I find that it has fallen a little this year. The past few weeks the classes have been cancelled with no notification whatsoever. You just have to turn up and hope for the best. Any classes that were actually very good and motivating were removed altogether and now it is so busy in there you can barely get your own machines. The showers are very difficult to work; you tend to only have freezing cold dripping-tap showers available, so I tend to wait until I get home. Finally, the parking has been more difficult now that its busy, with a small amount of space and difficulty leaving the premises due to its location. I am contemplating finding another gym, however the price is the most decent around, so it is a difficult decision.
