Alexander's recently completed a full bathroom replacement for me. I visited the showroom, and they listened carefully to what I wanted, offering great suggestions and advice. They took my somewhat vague design ideas and colour scheme and have delivered an absolutely stunning bathroom. They provided a full quote of the work before starting, including a full cost breakdown, which was great. The fitters were extremely polite and neat. They fully protected my carpet and tidied up fully before leaving each day. The quality of the workmanship is extremely high, everything down to the grout and silicon sealing is just perfect and very neat. Would highly recommend!

We recently had our main bathroom completely refitted and also the en-suite bathroom upgraded. From the initial consultation through to choosing the products, then the work beginning right through to completion, this whole process was made so easy for us by a team who are completely customer focused and professional. It was stress free and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alexander's. The team arrived promptly each morning and never stopped working. They were a pleasure to have in our home, hard working and polite, always involving us in any decisions to be made throughout the refit. Excellent service. Chose Alexander’s for installation of a new shower having received a recommendation from a friend. My new bathroom was installed December 2020 and I couldn't rate these guys highly enough. Total transformation with an old hot press removed and the bathroom reconfigured, everything I wanted was done to the arranged time scale. Carpet on stairs was covered and the house was tidied up every night, the whole process was made stress free. Andrei was so easy to work with and knew exactly what I was looking for and accomodated every request I had. Very happy.

We decided to upgrade our ensuite bathroom during lock down and got quotes from Total Bathroom Installations and Alexander Kitchens and Bathrooms. TBI were much more expensive for the same service so we decided on Alexander Kitchen and bathrooms and we were not disappointed. The complete service from choosing fixtures, tiles and deigning new features was really painless. The stairs and landing were protected from traffic throughout and any hiccups along the way professionally and swiftly sorted. I can highly recommend this company for bathroom refurbishment and will certainly use them again. Great work lads.

Love our new bathroom. Alexander have a wonderful showroom and can advise any style of bathroom you would like. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and on schedule. We changed our mind on tiling half way through, but they were able to accommodate us. They were also able to insulate our bathroom too - previously it had always been cold, not any more! I strongly recommend them.

Commencement took slightly longer than originally agreed, but I was provided with a bathroom corner rack/fitting to compensate. Very happy with the quality of the finished work. Would have preferred the kitchen sink draining board to have been on the right-hand-side, as per draft layout. However, the work was done to a high standard, all waste materials removed when completed. Would highly recommend using Andrei and co.

Then Sasha and his team of hard working colleagues did a really good job and nothing was a problem for them. I would advise that you make sure you agree with each item before it is installed, although it can be remedied it can take time. I hope to be using them in the future for my kitchen.
