Very good service, good variety of products in stock, and if you don't mind waiting for delivery then even more choices. We picked tiles for our bathroom from the tiles that were available on the day, so far happy with the quality especially floor tiles which gives nice warmth from underfloor heating. It's always good to check their bargain corner as you can get various tiles at very discounted price. I like buying there as the service is always good, very helpful and friendly staff.

Thank you to the very friendly staff, especially Fahri who very kindly ran back and forth between the showroom and stockroom whilst we decided. Thanks to Craig for his help on purchasing tiles and his recommendations (Morning Tide, Brighton Grey and Avario tiles) – bought almost 60m2 in Sept19 and gave us a discount as well. Delivered with no problems - It’s only now (Nov19) and we’re getting them fitted. The Brightons were labelled as Seconds – and we’re finding many with very noticeable defects – but we bought extra boxes just in case. Thanks to Ben as well for the mosaic tile discounts. Some advice if you’re shopping here: 1). We found them always busy on the weekends, so a little patience if you want their help. 2). If you’re buying Seconds, buy more than the usual extra, as there is a greater chance you’ll either find more defective tiles and/or they will run out of that design – you don’t want to be short! 3). Take the tiles you like OUTSIDE and compare in natural light. The team didn’t mind us doing that. 4). Get them to WRITE on your invoice which tiles are Returnable (there is a possible restock cost). Craig was clear that our Brightons weren’t really returnable (unless batch was broken and we checked it on delivery) but we took the risk as the design and make was exactly what we wanted.

Best price for all your tiles needs in Birmingham and surrounding areas. Dont be put off by their warehouse looking interior. You dont needed a tarted up place to buy tiles. If you're looking for a bargain their clearance stock is a good place to start, just make sure you buy enough as there's no gurantee they'll be more if you go back. Customer service is good and they can arrange free delivery but there is usually a few days wait for this.

Great prices for tiles and the new large tiling boards (panels used in place of times - just in case I used the wrong terminology). However, if you are looking for high end luxury this shop may not be for you. Off you're looking for value for money though, it's the correct place. Choose good and your project will still look amazing at a reasonable price. We looked around at a number of places and chose good tiles from here in the end. It's worth looking around a couple of shops for price comparisons to decide what's right for you.

If you’re unsure about what you need aswell, they can help with recommending what you’ll need and are very knowledgeable. In terms of price and customer services I don't think major brands won't even come near to beating this company. Staff are brilliant, they go above and beyond. The reason I've knocked off a star, sometimes when they don't have a particular tile in stock they phone round and locate a store that has the stock, brilliant. However they then expect you to pick this up from the other store. There is no option for them to deliver it to the store of your choice. Last time I had to drive nearly 20miles. Not great but overall can't fault the company

I bought some tiles that were delivered. I hated them when they arrived home. I phoned the next day and they were happy to do an exchange. I was looking for some suitable tiles for my bathroom and Thankfully got them from here. I knew the ones that i wanted which were the Remake Grey and Decor ones. Greg the assistant was absolutely amazing from the beginning to end. He gave me some brilliant ideas on how I could design then on the wall over the bath to make a feature wall and suggested I use the same tiles on the floor rather than choosing some thing different. Honestly I must have been in that shop for a good hour or so making sure the tiles were the ones. I gave Greg my measurement for the walls and floors. He even did me a good deal on the whole amount. Which was fantastic.. I also had a lot of help from Ian too who worked there..Although i purchased my tiles in April,, i wasnt actually getting my bathroom.done until July. I paid for the tiles and they kept them.safe for a few months until I was ready for them to be delivered. Honestly, I can't Thank these guys enough for all their help. They are such a good team .. If you are looking for excellent service and a puduct at reasonable prices. Then.I would suggest you give Euro cladding a visit. They have an excellent selection of tiles to meet your needs. Urgently needed new floor tiles contacted our local store in Oldbury. However, found they were closed due to Covid-19. I was asked to call them instead with details of stock required, which was unhelpful in our case as had no idea what was needed. I contacted this Birmingham branch and spoke to extremely helpful and very polite Mike Statham. He delivered exceptional customer services and was very knowledgeable and willing to help. When I arrived at the store I found it was covid safe the staff were abiding by the guidelines. Mike talked about the different options and went above and beyond to organise a local collection to avoid any delays to my work. Highly recommend this branch, will be returning in future. The service was outstanding and Mike and the team were fantastic.

I needed some tiles for my kitchen floor. Went down - found the tile I was interested in, good prices, quality seems fine. They supplied with the cement and grouting. For me the experience was very good, and I would have no hesitation is suggesting that you take a look.

Have shopped here over the years many times before. Always bought my tiles from the end of range. You do get some good bargains and there have always been enough to complete my bathroom/kitchen. From the cubicles they call the bin. People are right when they say you have to wait a while for customer service. They're always busy with other people hence why I pick up the tiles I want and take them straight to the counter. On my recent visit in November 2018 I thought I would buy my tiles for my bathroom/kitchen from the display. It took ages to choose which would suit me best. I whittled it down to a range of six. I managed to get a member of staff who worked out how many I would need including adhesive and tile strips. "Ok I'll take them" I said. Off he went to see if he had enough tiles. "None in stock" was the reply. I was a little disappointed but straight away I asked if the other tiles I had chosen were in stock so I could choose from the other range? "Sorry there's not enough for the amount you want in each range" was his reply. That was two and a half hours down the drain. I had to buy my tiles from other tile places. They lost a customer that day.
